Where to start? If you think you are buying just another 80’s fougere when you purchase this one think again. This is way ahead of its time and is an absolute powerhouse that more than a few sprays will clear a room. Spicy lavender and lots of floral notes with this very deep sweetness that ties it all together and way, way deep down is the leather. You could wear this for any occasion because it’s complicated and rich enough for winter but that spicy lavender will work perfectly for summer. I really don’t see any reason to buy some ridiculously expensive when this exists in the world for 35 bucks. Just be careful with the sprays...nuclear. Question, does anybody know if and when this was reformulated? I ask because it is the most intense and long lasting fragrance I own. If Soldano can create this kind of performance in a gentleman’s powdery fougere for 35 dollars, then why do almost all modern men’s department store fragrances suffer from such weak performance?

I got it for 16usd and probably wouldn't pay more than 40usd for it. I am really enjoying it. Wore it all summer long. It is oldschool barbershop but in a good way. There is no forced sweetness, no public toilet "animalic" notes, just pure mix of classic. You can wear it with the suit in the office or with the flip-flops at the beach. You can layer it easily with Drakkar (Intense) or Al-Rehab Dakkar. Performance is good and it projects quite well for 1.5-3hrs with 2-3 sprays. Don't overspray!

found this little gem, the scent that smells clean, reminds me a lot of Paglieri's Blue Felce ... a really horrible bottle but that contains a wonderful fresh-citrus-floral accord that gradually leaves room for a woody and fresh drydown that lasts for hours and hours ... simply gorgeous, in spite of all the fashion colonies! I find it perfectly unisex, perhaps even more feminine. white shirt or t-shirt a must! shock price, if you meet it do not miss it, a small pearl, very clean!

Note to self: please remember that Italian cheapies hit the spot better than most everything else. The top delights me. Then it's a quick ride to creamy barbershop/shave foam dry down. It's all about the top. Bonus: the packaging on White and Black is delightful. You must hold it in your hands to appreciate its sublime "Tutto a 99" chintziness. So much design for something so tacky. I am surprised Italy managed. Congratulazioni!

You can easily smell lavender and carnation. Sweet and fresh bomb with enormous power for its price. I bought it for 8€/100ml and i'm so happy i did it. I can smell it on my skin even after 10 hours, unbelievable

Like some has noticed before me, this product it's quite close to the classic Felce Azzurra (italian:blue fern), just a little more floral and less lavender loaded, while keeping the same musky overdose. Felce Azzurra is an old (1960s) classic Italian toiletry and laundry product line from Paglieri. It is almost as old as Vidal's Pino Silvestre (1950s). Both are classics of perfumery and are even to this day commercially popular in all parts of Italy. As with Pino, the Felce line has been recently modernized, but luckily it's classic version remains intact and it's scent appears still in all those formats. The Italian fashion house Sergio Soldano also hails from the 60s, but his male line of perfume was launched in the 80s. This version comes encased in a huge white plastic carcass that one can easily open from it's sides to inspect a basic 100ml edt bottle. The aroma will be nostalgic and familiar for many. The performance is surprisingly quite what you would expect for an 80's powerhouse, it just doesn't quit and IFRA be damned. You can find this for 10-15€ and that's a bargain for a walk down memory lane. Even as a room spray it fills the room and it lingers for hours, so go ahead and get it if you can find it.

Just received my bottle after blind buying it on Monday based on the recommendations here. Holy smokes!!! This is more powerful than my bottle of "Boss - No 1"....I didn't think i'd ever find anything that was MORE powerful that also smelled great!! This is definitely a lavender-bomb!! I smell all kinds of florals and with just 2 sprays on the test napkin...my office is lit!!! I haven't smelled any of the remaining frag-notes outside of "Lavender" and "Carnation" yet...but I expect it will develop better on skin. I'm going to have to figure out just how to wear this before I wear it around people. If I put on too much, I'll choke people out...and possibly choke-out myself! I'll start out layering it with a vanilla...then put on 2 sprays to the chest. If it doesn't choke me, I'll put one on each inner-elbow OR one on back-of-the-neck. That should be way more than enough... Update to follow... (09MAR23) Okay...I remember a reviewer saying that this smelled like a "...Mature version of "Le Male" with more power". They were very close to identifying this with that description. It's a lavendery-bomb with the added "80's" floral notes in the mix. Kinda like if someone mixed "Le Male" with "Xeryus". It's a sharper, barbershop-fougere styled, purple-feeling, nuclear-mode fragrance that feels powerfully masculine...yet refined enough to wear with a suit and tie. I'm wearing it today as a base layer with "J.Choo - Vanilla Love" sprayed liberally on top to soften it up and give it a creamier vanilla overtone. Absolutely LOVING the combination!!! I can see this being a "Once a month" fragrance I wear when I'm in the mood for lavender. I still prefer "Honey" based 80's fragrances, but it's nice to finally have one in Lavender. Now I just need to find a nuclear 80's Iris frag...lol. 29MAR23 Wearing this with a base-layer of "Versace Eros EDP" tomorrow, can't wait!!!

Very cheap. Old fashioned. Soapy. It smells like a mix of Dove soaps. If someone needs a fragrance which smells like dove soap it is a good choice. And it is suitable to freshen up your bathroom and/or living room.

Meh.....wore this a few times and nope, I'm still not a lavender fan. Sending this off to my buddy.

This is a perfume that I found very special and pleasant. For lovers of aromatic perfumes, I think it may be a rare composition worth trying. I feel it is truly timeless and unisex, although at the same time the composition has something that timidly reminds us that it is a masculine and vintage perfume. It has a refreshing start of lavender, citrus and basil, keeping the basil and lavender present when the floral part comes out. In it, to my nose, the carnation and geranium stand out, mixed with a powdery and creamy orris that is seasoned with a subtle pinch of cinnamon. As for its base notes, I only perceive a cottony musk that surrounds the composition. It has a moderate sillage and lasts 7-8 hours on my skin, very acceptable for an EDT. It is clean, pleasant, balanced and very good for its price. If you get over the fact that its packaging is not very aesthetic, because it is literally made of plastic, you will find a beautiful gem inside. Scent 7/10 Duration 7.5/10 Sillage 7/10 Quality/price 7/10 Versatility 8/10 Packaging 0/10 Would I buy again? I did not buy it

The creamiest scent in my Collection. Beautifull, rich and full of that creamy, dreamy, milky feeling. Very reminscent of NIVEA cream, very soft, yet dete table for hours, gentle citruses with white florals give you an impression that you are waking with your love ones on a besutiful meadow while spring is kissing the begining of the sumertime. Sweet and calming lavender is there playing with wonderful basil and rose, like you are bathing in the most delicious soap in the world. Magical, elfish I would say. Briliant!

Wow This is fantastic! This is very clean and fresh. It smells like you just took a luxurious shower at first blast. Then it goes to a spicy peppery herbal lavender/cinnamon like something you would smell in a craft store, then it morphs into a less spicy creamy buttery powdered leather. If you can get past the cheap plastic bottle, which still looks cool like an Italian sports car, you will fall in love with the scent. Great price for the quality of juice.

Finally snagged a bottle of this 1986 creation. This scent was way ahead of its time very unique for the ’80s time frame. When first sprayed its smells like a Christmas popurrí of spices and myrrh with a touch of smokey incense. Then that takes background and spicy carnations and a creamy clean musk and powdery note of orris root take over. A fall-winter fragrance. Love It!

Very pleasant old school fragrance. Long lasting (8-10h), moderate projection. Close to Geoffrey Beene - Bowling Green. Good value for money, 8-10 Euro/ 100ml. As a blind buy, I would recommend it.

Excellent. Old fashioned high quality hesperidic fresh warm spicy perfume in delicate italian style. For me - close to Bourjous "Masculine black 2"
