Cool Minds

I got this on my local perfume shop last week and surprisingly enough, I like it. I have some of Shirley May perfumes so I know their performance is weak and quite unnoticeable, but still, I like to wear them especially when I'm just in my house. I can't really complaint because I got this for a very low price, like 5-6 dollars. Does it smells like Cool Water, they have similarity but not the same, you know what I mean?

Had it back in 2002 when I was in highschool. Got lots of compliments for it and the girls loved it. I only remember feeling only the aquatic scent (verry sintetic in the beggineing). Mabye it was some citrus there but my nose couldn’t pick it up. It was one of the best fresh perfume I had until then.

I was really excited to get this when I ordered it online. But honestly, it smells like febreeze. Which yea isn't a bad smell, but this is a cologne. If I wanted to smell like febreeze I would've just gone to dollar general. Saw this fragrance a while a few days ago at the local cosmetics store Eurokos in Lithuania. Cool minds was among the cheapest bottles available. I do believe 100ml costs around 4 Eur. People online are comparing it with Davidoff COOL water, and it is true that these fragrances share same notes. Where Davidoff fragrance opens up as a beautiful soapy lavander scent that radiates cleanliness, Cool minds builds up as a synthetic mess. Initially cool minds is bearable and even likeable however after 30mins or so you are left only with a faint sour trace that has little to do with lavander soap or cleanliness. Quite the contrary actually - it becomes musky, dry and bitter. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this as as substitute for cool water. This is a replica but not the best one. Even UDV blue is a better option (ulric de varens). This one lacks potency and has more of a "chemical" feeling to it. Overall 5/10
