Fleur Excellente

I'm the only one to write a written review so far, but I guess that's understandable since this perfume is super rare and long discontinued. I bought it off of Ebay from a seller here in Australia and I was super lucky to have acquired it and to not have it turn in any way, being so old. When I received it in the mail, I thought that the packaging for the perfume and the bottle itself is the most beautiful I've seen for a perfume ever. The box it comes in looks a bit like an old-fashioned powder box and is a lovely light calming green. It also has a piece of mother of pearl on it. The bottle itself looks a lot like a lotus flower. Lotus is one note that Fragrantica forgot to include for this perfume, because it's definitely in there. It gives it a slight hint of lemony freshness. I can smell the other notes listed on this site as well, but the lotus is definitely the most dominant. I then smell the jasmine and the musk the most after that, with hints of gardenia. I don't really smell the rose at all. This is a lovely aquatic white floral fragrance, which is very rare in perfumery. This perfume is stunningly beautiful and the only thing I wish is that this lasted longer on my skin. It seems to dissappear after about 3 hours or so.

Wow, I fell for the gorgeous bottle when it popped up for sale for 40 Euro. I read the description and thought it might smell nice, and wow am I happy that I bought it! Lush and sweet, smooth as the softest silk, it has kind of a transluscent creaminess. It's really beautiful. Too bad it's so incredibly rare.
