Saddle Warmer

Saddle Warmer is probably one of my least favorite scents from the Smell Bent catalogue. However, I have been wearing it for a few days now & have started to appreciate this misguided fragrance. The combination of grass & peach are so overwhelming, I almost gagged...but wait a few hours and the scent mellows to an almost sugary vanilla dry down with a pleasant sillage that lasts more than four hours. Not great, but not terrible. This is probably the biggest miss for Smell Bent but I will happily finish my bottle.

I admire the quirkiness of Smell Bent. However, this scent was a scrubber from the get-go. I tried to leave it on for a while to see if it transformed into something tolerable but it never happened. It's difficult to describe accurately because it's dominated by the manure permeated hay/stall notes. There's a bit of stale campfire smoke in there too and I can't really tell you what else because the dominate notes were too much and I had to get it off. Brent obviously has talent and the ability to create realistic scents, this one just isn't my cup of tea.

40)just by reading your comments I wanted to buy this perfume, I hope it will arrive soon ... come to me feces and latex. Ok , it's bad...hugh it's really bad... it's like a small green tree in a car that would have remained three days in a parking in the sun. It is not nice? well actually it's worse than that because it also had a cat in it. (un petit chat mort)

I don't know... Grass here smells like horse farms. In conjunction with the other notes it's almost disastrous. The first thing that came to my mind when I sprayed it was: latex gloves. The kind doctors use, straight out of the box. Ew!

Not one positive review? Is there some sort of reward for that?

This is legitimately the worst thing I've ever smelled. I work at a hospital and it's still worse than the most foul smelling C.diff dookies. Legit the only perfume that's ever made me feel like I needed to throw up. I have no idea what this actually smells like it's just that bad.

The most foul smelling concoction I have ever smelled. Melted plastic, artificial peach, ethanol, what a mess. I can't speak to the dry-down, I left it on for 15 min, and had to scrub it off.

This was dreadful -- it reeked of grain alcohol and acidic unripe fruit. I've got to say, it's certainly not boring!
