Original Pink Fragrance Spritz

This is so marvelously on point with what I had hoped it would be, which is a rare occurrence, thrilling me when it actually happens! It's a very 90s, clean, soapy, minimalistic rose with a buttload of bergamot up front & center. The opening is brisk, energizing and CLEAN. It settles into a very unisex rose+wood+patchouli aroma that I disagree about being "elegant", I actually really don't think it is at all. But, it is British. However, it (take into consideration I'm an idiot American) stikes me as more of a casually British scent. More downtown, more fun, less buttoned up. More like Liverpool, less like Manchester. I'm not sure how to articulate it, but it's one of the most congruent packaging&scent pairings I've seen. It smells like it's from the UK, but it smells fun. It doesn't have great projection, but I think this is the sort of thing you might wear when you don't know what to wear, but you want to be scented. It's *there*, but it isn't crazy or try-hard. This is super enjoyable and anyone could wear it. It's the type of thing that you could just load a whole household with products in this scent, and everyone from your toddler daughter to your live-in grandfather could rock. 🌹 🧼 (Cross posted from other entry.)

Somehow this SMELLS vintage. But in the best way possible! This is the most comforting, fresh-smelling soapy rose - perfect for body care products. The powdery notes in here really give this a classic, vintage feel. I imagine ladies in the 50s and 60s smelled something like this. It is iconic for a reason! Plus, it's incredibly affordable, so worth the purchase. The rose, bergamot, and violet are the stars of the show here. I'll always have this in my collection. Love layering it with their body scrubs and lotions as well. Rating: 10/10

This deserves an award for the supporting role of my perfume collection. It’s not too sweet, very clean, and the base notes keep it delightfully grounded and earthy. It smells like you stepped out of the shower, if you happened to shower in an enchanted forest. On its own, it’s fine. Not my favorite, but certainly not a bad scent. But as a layering scent, I think it especially shines. It helps temper other scents that would be wayyyy too sweet for my tastes otherwise, and brings out a delightful depth to scents that would be rather flat on their own. I wear this with almost everything else, but personally, I’m more enthusiastic about it as a layering scent than as a standalone one.
