Cheirosa Tropical Nights

Bought this from one of the ladies selling it on here and I. Am. In. Love. I have been interested in getting the first summer release since it came out, and lucky for me, it never came to our side of the world. So I get to pay exorbitant amounts of money to try and get my hands on them to add to my collection 😭 Let me start by saying that I’m not a fan of pure vanilla fragrances, but this is so sexy. It gives a bit of black opium (which used to be my signature scent before it became viral) but I’d say black opium is sweeter while tropical nights is creamier and that tobacco leaf adds just a hint of spice, which is probably why I love this so much. I don’t know if it was a good idea to buy this because now I’m in love and it’s definitely not coming back 😭 I might just need to go back to black opium..

My favorite scent to wear for summer dinners or long nights out near the ocean. Sultry yet tropical. This is what a fun summer night smells like. Ugh! I can’t get enough! I really hope they’re going to bring this back, I tried using it so sparingly last summer just so I could still have some for this summer. Love, love, love!

This is the sweetest of the three imo, in the bottle and on clothes you get the mandarin, jasmine and vanilla, it’s more of a “dark” sweet scent if that makes sense. On the skin the patchouli and tobacco leaf shine a bit more and makes it heavier, and the vanilla becomes richer than it was in the bottle.

I have grown to like this one, a beautiful vanilla heaven with a splash of floral something in it, does not smell like jasmine to me. Not your usual Sol De Janeiro body mist. Lasts for a long time on the skin and clothes, would love to see this in their permanent line.

The absolute best of all the sol de janiero! 💗💗💗🤩. Smells NOTHING like black opium either... I don’t know how anyone’s getting the comparison- I can’t think of any fragrance as fabulous as this! Not even a hint!

This is beautiful! I spray it in my hair and it lasts all day. To me, the vanilla smells so light and airy, it’s the perfect vanilla for summer. I just wish they would bring it back.

I love this so much, although its a body mist it has a pretty good lasting power and sillage. Sort of "darker" than the others, reminds me a little bit of Good girl by CH

they NEED to bring this one back... its their best scent out of everything they've ever released

I was at a party when I caught this fragrance in the sillage of a lady I was speaking to. I asked her if it was Carolina Herrera's "Good Girl Blush", and she told me it was this, actually. I have to say that I enjoyed this much more as a bystander, than that of any of the CH Good Girl line. (Which have enormous scent auras that take over a room) This was soft and respectful to other guests. Nobody at the party had an allergic reaction, and there were several scent-sensitive attendees. The lady wearing it had a gentle scent aura about 1/2 foot, only detectable if one leaned in closer to speak over the crowd, and it was honestly lovely. I didn't feel like it took over her personality, it merely added to it.

alleged notes: tonka bean, vanilla absolute what i smell: incredibly alcoholy on first spray scent event / my reaction: vanilla? really disappointing considering the rest of this brand's scents. the ugly stepsister in the sol de janeiro family tbh

This has to be the worst Sol de Janeiro fragrance mist released yet. Very Walmart smelling and I have to dig my nose into my arms just to get a whiff of a nondescript scent. I am happy it got discontinued because this does not align with the other SDJ products as in it is not unique, distinct, or memorable.
