When in Rio

The absolute best out of the 3, smells like a lighter/tad bit fruitier version of Tropical Nights from last year (which shouldve been permanent instead of tan lines). This a deep jasmine vanilla scent which is totally different (like tropical nights) from all their other scents. I hope they make this one permanent if they end up doing something like that again.

This is my favourite of the three new limited edition that came out. What a beautiful white floral mist. A perfect blend of jasmine and pear with a hint of bergamot. You can also detect the woodiness but it's really deep within. Reminds me of 2014-2015, I don't know why but it just does. If they would bring any back from this years line, I hope it is this one.

I tested "Do not disturb" that was a close skin scent with musk, and it didnt last long. For "When in Rio", it smelled divine, like "vanilla woods" from 7 virtue but without the caramel, more festive and summery. I was quite surprise it lasted from 15h30 past midnight on my skin, for a body spray!

Smells quite similar to the Tropical nights body spray, which is a good thing because that is imo their best one. Smells like jasmine and vanilla, I like it

I really like this Scent. It’s pretty much exactly what’s listed Vanilla & Amber with hints of Fruit & Floral. I think this would be perfect for a Date Night on an Island or Beach. While sitting right next to the Ocean having Dinner or Conversations you could be dressed up or in a nice lounge wear set. It’s perfect to layer with as well. It’s a Body Mist-Fragrance Mist so don’t go into expecting it to last and project for an excessive amount of hours. But I do get about 3-4HRS before it’s more of a Skin Scent and I’m Ok with that. This is my favorite of the 3! Definitely worth a Sniff. I didn’t compare it to anything in my collection because I bought it to just have but maybe BS Amber Romance or BBW Amber Scent are Similar but with more Vanilla.

When in rio smells like a lemony cake to me. It’s beautiful but I liked bikini season better (edit: nope, I just got my hands on do not disturb, and that one is better) However, for anyone desperate for this scent, I just got a sample of Girl of Now forever by Elie Saab and on first spray I thought this smelled very familiar. And after the dry down, it hit me that it’s a dupe for when in rio

Ive been waiting for forever for a good deal on this and i got lucky. Finally got my hands on it and THIS IS AMAZING. So sweet and pretty and girly. I'm obsessed!! I get all the notes listed. Also it lasts the same as all my other sol de janeiro mists. I got the other one in the navy blue bottle and that's just as good but more sexy. Love it!!

I bought this in the summer and mainly used it in hot weather. It's very sweet vanilla-amber scent. As a huge fan of pear I can sense it just a little bit in the beginnig, but it fades out quickly. It's a body mist so for that the longevity is good around 2hours. I would recommend if you like sweet/gourmand fragrances.

The only body mist in my collection I finished and repurchased so far. Longevity and projections are great. It performs like a perfume and you don't need to layer it, even though it's great paired with so many perfumes. Edit: the middle notes of D&G Devotion smell very similar to this body mist

The first spray is strong citrus and then it fades into a slightly powdery pear, jasmine, amber and sweet vanilla. But then the entire scent disappears completely within a few minutes and can hardly smell on my clothes. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I got a decant of this at the Perfumd Court website. Nice to try a small amount. I like it but think it will ultimately be too faint and short lived to bother buying again. In the nice opening I’d say pear jasmine and vanilla are all main players.

Vanilla sponge cake, it’s very light like VERY light I could hardly smell it at first until I sprayed more but to me it really just smells like vanilla. Not a BBW vanilla tho, it’s a very fresh smelling vanilla if that makes sense

jasmine meets pear meets vanilla candy floss - its so good and probably the best mist I've tried thus far. this mist has a great balance that it would shine in any season. great year round scent, and hopefully sol de janiero brings it back. i really like all the sol mists because the longevity is bar none compared to others on the market

Cheirosas took a chill pill. This scent smells the most stereotypically girly in the mainstream notes + vanilla way. Rio Radience smells the most like a perfume and this one follows. I get that she is a popular girl which wears expensive perfumes.

this one smells good but it's not my favorite mist that i have. it's long-lasting on me, which would usually be good, but the more it sits the stronger it gets, and i just can't handle it tbh, i like this but it is NOT my favorite!

This layers beautifully with Ariana Grande Ari or Kayali Yum Dupe for Good Girl Supreme! I definitely get the notes listed and can get at least 2-3 hours on skin.

Lovely inoffensive scent, perfect for every day and any place. Like most SDJ sprays the longevity isn’t the best

A fresh, bright vanilla with a slightly tart undertone. It’s very sweet. Performs okay. All round good release!
