Fleur d'Oranger

Perfect straight orange blossom scent fora great price! If I were to describe it to you I would just be describing orange blossom. This isn’t like an abstract idea of orange blossom or a citrus perfume, it’s just what actual orange blossoms smell like. If you want to douse yourself in orange blossom water, then this is for you. It does have that kind of sharp green Neroli aspect to it, so if you don’t like Neroli I wouldn’t recommend. To me, there is nothing added, nothing softened, and there’s nothing weird about it, like the awful Demeter one. It seems to have more depth and realism than the Demeter one, which is very flat and strange to me. It’s intended to be a layering note, but I love it on its own. And if you don’t know what orange blossom smells like, it’s a kind of dreamy creamy airy white floral, but it often has this weird green-ish note in the background. The best way to describe that note is if you were to grab some random weeds in your backyard and smell them it would be vaguely similar. It’s not like a grassy green or a clover or mossy green, it’s more of a random weed you don’t know that is hard to pick because the stem is so reedy kind of green. It’s a little bit sharp. So it’s this combo of a beautiful, innocent, celestial floral with this slightly challenging reedy green note in the background. The combo never ceases to delight me. To me, it’s the smell of childhood. Playing outside on a sunny day, surrounded by random plants with a halo of innocence.

Great orange blossom scent, but hard to find in the UK 🇬🇧. Being an orange blossom addict I had to ask my mom to get me this perfume during her last trip to Paris. So it was a blind buy for me, but it was the right decision. UK stores just don’t sell it 😭, and Amazon only has third parties (I don’t trust them, such low ratings and bad reviews). Happy that I was able to get a bottle of this goodness. This Fleur d'Oranger smells quite similar to the real thing. Tested it side by side with the orange and lemon blossoms straight on the trees and it does smell realistic. Lasts a good while. But does not last all day. If you are an orange blossom addict like me you would love it 🥰. Keep in mind that it is single note perfume, so it wouldn’t smell the same as Prada’s fleur De orange 🍊 or as Jo Malones Orange Blossom. Can be paired with vanilla scent from the same line. I wish I had other perfumes from this line. Looks like a trip to Paris is needed 🙆♀️.

I allready have big bottles (50ml) of Solinotes Amber (x3!!!), Patchouli (x2!!), Musc and Vanilla, and I love them so very much, and when I saw these small bottles (15ml) in a shop at Gjøvik, I grabbed 5 different scents .... this Fleur d'Oranger is outstanding, next time I'm visiting that shop again (I live far away in the bush at the countryside), I will buy the rest of them - of whats left, of cause... ;)) This Fleur d'Oranger smells quite similar as my beloved tiny bottle of Fleur d'Oranger Lavande Petit Grain by Yves Rocher and Secret d'Essences Neroli YR, and I also sniffed Tom Fords beautiful Neroli Portofino some y ago, - I think they are all families, I for sure will buy Tom Fords perfumes in the future, but I'm not that keen on eating dogfood right now..., and I praise Solinotes nice perfumes, they can be worn of everybody on this planet; throw of the dices: Seven - 7

Love. I have always loved Orange Blossom and Neroli. I was basically bottle fed 4711 as a kid - so this is one of my holy grail notes. Not to mention it smells like summer and combined with other notes it smells like my dream sunscreen lotion. I have citrus trees in my backyard. Last time they flowered I crushed an actual Orange Blossom flower on one wrist and sprayed this on the other. IMO this is one of the most realistic OB fragrances out. I just wish it lasted longer. Can't go wrong really.

i bought this because i was looking for a fragrance dupe of glossier's 'body hero' line because its my favourite scent ever but they won't bring out a perfume. this is exactly the same scent. if you're the same as me and want a body hero perfume, this is it. i cannot tell you a single distinguishable difference between this perfume and the body hero collection. an exact dupe. and its so cheap too – its really a no brainer. so happy to finally smell like this gorgeous line!

Strong orange blossom! Love layering this with other perfumes that have the scent and want that extra boost of fresh sweetness. The longevity is amazing. Ive wore this as a bedtime scent and its still on my clothes when I wake up. A few sprays goes a long way. Ive also got the roller ball and with both Ive gotten lots of compliments just on this scent.

Omg. This is absolutely a masterpiece. The orange blossom is spot on. Reminds of zagara fragrances in Sicily. Fantastic price and quality.

Love it. I feel like it can be a Tom Ford scent - reminds me of Neroli Portofino and Eau de Soleil Blanc.

Solinotes is one of my favourite low cost brand. I't a pity that their fragrances are so underrated and generally unknown, because there are many little gems and the quality is overall superior of many mainstream brands of the same price range. Regarding this specific fragrance, I like it. Orange blossoms are very prominent there. To my nose, maybe untrained, they smell quite realistic, not particularly synthetic. There isn't any sweetness in this fragrance. The orange blossoms are in fact combined in the opening with other citruses which are not prominent as single notes, but they give sharpness to the composition. The fragrance itself does not evolve so much, it loses as bit of the initial bitterness and sharpness, but it never become sweet, even if the pack listes honey as a base note. Side note: as all the Solinotes fragrances, this isn't a real solinote, thus the olfactory profile listed here doesen't reflect the one in the pack. Finally, since I love mixing toghter different Solinotes' fragrances, I'm suggesting some interesting layering between other fragrances of this line I really enjoy: 1) fleur d'oranger + magnolia (which to my nose is a pure jasmime): it gives me a very mediterranean vibe. It is very close to the kind of natural smell I can smell i in mediterranean garden, at least in Sicily, where I have most of my experience. 2) tonka + fleur d'oranger: the way to create the perfect orange blossom scent for the cooler months. With this mix, orange blossoms acquire a slightly gourmand vibe, without being too sweet 3) the blanc + fleur d'oranger: I obtain a greener citrusy fragrance. Happy and casual. The green tea smooths the sharpness of the citruses without adding gourmand sweetness. 4) fleur d'oranger + pomelo: the triumph of cituses for all the citruses lovers like me! Pomelo adds woodsy note to fleur d'Oranger, which is really perfection

I bought 15ml of this specifically to get to know orange blossom in isolation. My thought on this before I read the reviews: looks like I’m having trouble distinguishing between neroli and orange blossom, because this is what I thought neroli smelled like. My second thought: one can clearly see from this how orange blossom can be animalic as funky nuances were quite pronounced to my nose. [The fragrance is fresh, by the way]. Then I checked out the reviews and it turns out this frag is structured in the regular way, not as a literal soliflore [as per Fragrantica], and indeed others also pick up on neroli. Whether the funk is coming off the orange blossom or something else additional [honey?], I may never know. I think Fleur d'Oranger is for those who do not mind indole. PS: it grew on me over time and I like it very much now. I’ve bought a bigger bottle.

Orange blossom is definitely not the only note here. The "green" initial blast is a sharp, green, dirty pettigrain(?)--like smelling the leaves and stem of the orange flower. This takes a while to calm down before the sweetness of the orange flower comes through and when it does, it's that intoxicating, orange flower subtle sweetness. I understand the sport comparisons but this is a real nature smell IMO (I mean, if agriculture still equates to nature). This would be a scent for hot days only. Definitely the closest I've come thus far to a natural orange blossom scent that isn't "perfume-y." Definitely not beastmode but the trail on this one is subtle and inviting (if you can make it through that top note).

This is really a gem! I thought it was going to be a creamy orange blossom but the way its reacting on my skin reminds of Burberry Sport in that they both remind me of a sandy beach, saltwater& hot sun. I'm very pleased with it & its a great hot summer day fragrance.

clean and soapy, very subtle and inoffensive smell. was expecting a litttleee more but maybe will be good for very casual days or hookups LOL. i like it but not impressed or anything :P a decidedly unisex fragrance

A scent to con your niche snob friends with! Fleur d'oranger is a very fresh naturalistic orange blossom scent which is far more luxurious smelling than it's packaging and price tag suggests.

I like the scent, but it lasts maybe 15-30 mins on me. Disappointing but not unexpected for the price.

I love orange blossom notes in perfumes and I have some solinote scents that I very much like, so I've been curious about this one for a while. Finally bought a 15ml size EdP. First impression unfortunately is a bit screechy and it aggressively sits in the back of my throat. I haven't yet dared to spray it onto my skin, only sprayed it into the air. There's something nice about it, too, so I'm now using it as a room spray, whenever I feel in the mood. I could swear there's a strong Neroli note, too, even though it's not listed. To be honest, I think that's what bothering me? It's similar to a note in 4711 Cologne, which I detest (sorry, if you're a fan). It's a cheapy, so that's fine. Maybe I just prefer this note when it's not as loud (love Guerlain's Neroli Outrenoir and Musk Outreblanc) or maybe this is just a little too chemical or my nose a bit too sensitive, I don't know. With the price you can't go wrong, if you wanna try it yourself. It's also very fresh and gives a cool vibe, so might be suitable for hot summer days.

This smells nothing like the beautiful honeyed orange blossom I know and love from fragrances such as Elie Saab Le Parfum, Chanel Gabrielle, and JPG Classique Essence de parfum. This is a lighter, fresher version, as a previous reviewer said, it is citrusy and aquatic. Definitely sporty. I am confused because the way this scent smells reminds me neither of neroli, nor of orange blossoms. And it's not straight up orange either. I don't understand why they named it orange blossom! This may suit somebody who is looking for a sporty fragrance, but not for dense, honeyed orange blossom lovers.

Although the solinotes scents I have tried are quite simple I enjoy them. This doesn't smell very strongly of orange/orange blossom to me. It almost smells a bit like synthetic grape and like something "green". Regardless this is a very fresh and energetic smell. It last a decent amount of time on my skin. I like to layer this over some of my more earthy scents to brighten them up.

I immidiately liked and had to buy this small little gem. 15 ml bottle for 9 dollars, nothing to fuss about. To me its a very autentic orange flower smell. Its fresh, sweet and floral. Unfortunately it doesnt last very long. It resembles my Prada Infusion de Fleur d'Oranger a lot. A pleasant and friendly fragrance.

I bought this at Target for a great price and it’s a small rollerball. I get a strong orange scent with an undercurrent of musk. It’s supposed to be one scent only, so I’m not sure about the musk. A nice everyday perfume.

My favorite scent is Zara Fleur d'Oranger. They are currently sold out of the scent online. This has happened before, and then 12 months later, it came back with a redesigned bottle. I have purchased all the remaining bottles I could find anywhere on Ebay or Mercari. I have seen a couple of people mention this one in terms of the Zara scent. It is another cheapy, so no harm in trying it. It is so weird. It does not smell like anything to me. I get a brief burst of orange blossom, then nothing. I tried it right out of the shower, so I was sure that nothing else was interfering. It lasted all of 5 minutes. I get that most orange blossom scents are brief and fleeting, but this one seems more so. Even for a cheap scent I want something that projects a bit and lasts longer than 5 minutes.

I dislike this perfume because it smells very soapy and I don't like this at all. It smells very strong of orange blossom (ofc because it's an orange blossom perfume) but it gives me a headache everytime I smell it. I use it to spray on carpets and curtains to make my room smell great.

hate it!! smells like a generic brylcreem hair cream. i just hate it. the good thing i can say about this is that the price is affordable and you can find it at sephora..

I didn't like this one at all it smelled like very strong cleaning products and overwhelming heady florals to me. Full disclosure citris scents are very hit and miss for me and don't always agree with my skin but usually I can at least see why someone else might enjoy it. Like Monteblanc Signature and Light Blue I get why others love them and I enjoy them on paper but on my skin they don't work. This I don't get at all it smells awful to me on paper and about the same on my skin. I grabbed it in a set that was on sale after Christmas along with Tonka and Figuier not sure I'd have grabbed it otherwise.

I'm a bit younger then most people on this site (I think you can tell by my current perfumes lol) so im not sure if this perfume maybe just smells too mature but to me, this just smells bad, like really really bad. I went to target and tested these out and the all had a weird smell. If your looking for a safe blind buy this is not for you. If you also want a youthful smell this is DEFINITELY not for you.

I'm an orange blossom snob, and unfortunately this is not a true "single note orange blossom" like the name/line suggests. To me, it's - Opening: very sharp green + bitter neroli - Middle: "perfume-y" orange blossom (like a mix of hair spray with orange blossom) - Dry down: powdery hair spray and orange blossom; soft, feminine, very similar to the DNA of "White Shoulders" Still lovely, but not for me personally. If you're not an orange blossom snob, then you might still enjoy this - especially when it's very affordable for the bottle!

Love to layer this with Solinotes Tonka. It gives me a slightly spicy, slightly fresh nuance that suits me just fine. Not going to knock anyone’s socks off, but then who wants a fragrance to do that anyway? I have received more than 1 compliment on this combo & I think it smells much more expensive than it actually is. This misleadingly named line is, contrary to popular belief, nott a single note line. As a result most reviews are all about how they don't understand what they're smelling relates to the single note concept. Here are the actual notes of this perfume according to the manufacturer Fragrance Notes: Top: Petitgrain, Bergamot, Lemon Heart: Water Jasmine, Orange Blossom, Rose Base: Honey, Musk All solinotes perfumes are actually multiple notes and have top mid and base notes like any other perfume.

This is a wonderful, pure, affordable orange blossom scent! It's great for layering with other perfumes to spice things up a bit or tweak them, make them your own. I was running out of my signature L'interdit, and wore this with it, and the smell it created was heavenly. It's great on its own, too and has pretty good staying power. If you're a fan of orange blossom with a hint of neroli and petitgrain, you'll love.

I like this one. It's green, a bit sharp, refreshingly clean. More snappy neroli and petitgrain to my nose than a fuller orange blossom scent. There's no real sweetness. I like this one a lot. It's pretty linear, but, seriously, it's Solinotes. I could spray this over something more indolic to make it more interesting, such as the line's jasmine scent, or I can layer it over mus to give it soapier quality.

I'm not usually a fan of orange blossom in fragrances, but purchased this anyway and am really glad that I did. It's not really offensive in anyway and doesn't give me a headache like some fragrances containing it can. It's soft and enjoyable, without any of the sour or scratchy aspects that some orange blossoms have. Longevity is poor but it layers really well with other fragrances.

Very similar to TF Neroli Portofino. I find this is def more *Neroli* than the actual sweeter blossom. Very clean & not bad tho. I also have the Vanilla, I have used that for years. Today I will combine them. Keep in mind tho, you can combine anything you want. It doesnt have to be the same brand (Marketing strategy) or even Vanilla.

Bought it in greece in April, when all the streets smelled like orange blossom. It starts strong but fades soon on the projection while lasts quite ok closer to the skin. Synthetic but good imitation. It is good for layering almost with anything, but best with other mediterranean notes like fig or bergamot

This one is such great value. Saw it suggested as a Diptyque eau des sens dupe somewhere, went through the second bottle and not planning to stop. Just spraying this on sheets before going to bed makes me sleep like a baby

Orange blossom is not the only note in this fragrance. Other notes: citruses, fig leaf, honey, white musk, jasmine and rose.

Fleur d'Oranger by Solinotes has a loveliest ,soul-soothing smell and it is wonderful for warm weather! I liked it !

This is a delicious orange blossom fragrance. So natural smelling too.
