Magnolia

It's funny to see a ton of comments saying this is straight up jasmine/tuberose, I personally only get pure magnolia on both clothes and skin, and it's done just the way I LOVE it: creamy, soft, but still delicate and somehow distinctly flowery, like you really are smelling actual petals, like you've put the flower up against your nose. How beautiful flowers can be when they're not screechy or heady... up until the day I first tried this fragrance I steered clear of florals, especially jasmine (which is actually included here!), because they were too sharp or strong for me and made me dizzy/nauseous/gave me headaches, but this is so soft and comforting, so perfectly done for my tastes. Magnolias might be my favorite flower note, and this fragrance cemented that for me. It redeemed flowers as a whole and made me realise all my past experiences were actually really horrendous luck (and/or my own hypersensitivity to some concentrations of flowers, maybe). I first sampled this on a school travel trip and for the rest of the trip if I passed by the same kind of store (it was cosmetics and such, they don't have the same one in home country), I would either gaze longingly at the bottle through the window while walking by, or I would go inside and spray it all over my wrists and hands and on the front/collar of my clothes. If only I had brought enough money, I would've bought up a ton of bottles... the pricing is nice too. I just adore this fragrance.

This is an impressive cheapie to me. The floral accords smell very realistic, but like the other reviews below metioned, I don't smell much magnolia. I was sniffing my entire collecting and realized that this smells like Gucci Bloom but without the Tuberose or kind of like My Way Florale but without the strong opening orange blossom and citrus notes.

This is not a Gucci Bloom dupe. Yes, it’s floral and has jasmine but this is lighter and goes into a different direction where it’s more fresh and light whereas Bloom is creamy and very floral. Anyway, this is very nice, beautiful scent. One of the best in this line. Tonka is still my favorite though.

This is lovely! It is indeed very similar to gucci bloom, I am absolutely in love with the brand’s values and most importantly how affordable this is for most people out there.

I love this wonderful cheapy! I'm a musk lover so I layer this with Body Fantasies White Musk and it's a beautiful floral musk bomb.

A surprisingly realistic jasmine, to be honest one of the most realistic jasmine I ever tried. Of course I am fully aware that is synthetic. For the orice, what would you expect? Also because, having real jasmine essential oil woul have implied indolic facet. This is a strong white floral, but not indolic. I don't see much variation is straight a jasmine solinote. Maybe it starts a bit sharper (but not because a specific note) and then smooths out. In the dry down there is a faint trace of musk. Suggestion of layering? Try over solinotes tiare, it gives a tropical jasmine vibe, such as Guerlain's terracotta.

If you've ever buried your face in a huge Southern magnolia blossom, you know there's an ever so faint lemony fragrance among the sweetness. I'm looking for that in my magnolia perfume explorations. This is a nice, flowery scent, but alas...no lemon. UPDATE: I have taken to adding a couple of drops of lemon essential oil when I fill my purse spray with this. That did the trick! Now I’ve got a nice, inexpensive everyday magnolia with that elusive lemony hint I’ve been looking for. I still prefer Magnolia Sensuel, but I keep that for “special.”

Female fragrance. I got this to layer with Lazy Sunday Morning. Really just a light magnolia jasmine scent. Simple but also clean, like smelling flowers on the breeze. I and my friends used this in high school both to cover up weed scent post sesh and to stay smelling nice at a stinky ass cosplay convention. Pretty synthetic but overall inoffensive & does the job.

I get mostly honeysuckle and jasmine. It smells more like a cosmetics, it's fun and inoffensive. Like something your friend would smell like at the beach and you'd be like you smell good and they'd be like oh it's my spf hair spray.

Looks like this is getting discontinued - :((( Wish I could find something similar to this. Obsessed. Just wish it lasted a little longer. Not sure how people think this is a Gucci Bloom dupe.

A lovely white floral, especially for the price! Not particularly reminiscent of magnolia though.

Jasmine... LOTS of jasmine. If you like jasmines, this is a great find. There isn't a lot, if any citrus, but the musk does shine through after a while. Additionally, the scent is very mature, so I personally wouldn't give this to a young person. As a young person myself, I was extremely surprised when I first smelt it after opening the box, and contemplated giving it to my grandmother... But the scent grew on me 😅 It reminds me that a gamble for perfume without smelling a tester doesn't always turn out great. Am I happy with it? Not really, but then again, the perfume doesn't suit my age group. If I had to be completely unbiased, it's a great jasmine perfume with beautiful florals. But it's definitely better suited for older women.

This is a pretty fragrance on me, but it's very much a straight jasmine on me with no other notes. I like jasmine okay, but I really enjoy at least some complexity in a fragrance. I know what magnolia blossoms smell like - that's a heavenly experience that I was hoping to have through this perfume. As it mellows and dries down, a few of the other notes show up *a little*. However, I'm not sure I will keep it because I simply have other floral fragrances I like better. If you are a jasmine lover, this is for you. If not, I would say beware.

To me this was a more synthetic, flat gardenia. It didn't wow me, wasn't very memorable, and the synthetic nature was irritating to my nose. I prefer Tocca's Stella over this - that one is creamy and delicious (not to mention much more long lasting, even though it isn't much more expensive than Solinotes' version!).

It's a straight dupe for gucci bloom i have both of them they are identical but gucci is creamier while magnolia is more green than creamy
