Chantilly Cream

From the sample - this smells amazing! Sweet Peaches n Cream. I need the full bottle. It reminds me a ton of JOUSSET Accidental Vanille: Madeleine De Proust. If you like that pretty sure you'll like this.

Smells like these "peaches and cream" ice cream bars I used to eat growing up. Gourmand but in a subtle way. Trying it a second time, I did get a Play-Doh vibe that I didn't notice the first time.

I purchased a sample of this fragrance on 6/1/18. Has it been reformulated?

Wanted so much to love this, because I’m such a fan of peaches ‘n’ cream, in theory. But I just can’t get past the play-doh vibe in this scent. It would be awesome if it didn’t have that play-doh note. My sample is currently one year old. When it was brand new, the play doh note was overpowering and terrible. Now in spring 2021, the play-doh note is only subtle. I will come back to this sample in spring of 2022 to see if age makes it go away completely

I keep going back to the scents I found very bad on my skin, and will edit these reviews if something changes. That being said this smells like a very bad sweet car freshener and then it slowly fades into something less offensive but still very disappointing. Ah, skin chemistry, why must you be like this?

I like the peaches and cream whiff that I get, but it's overshadowed by a weird play-doh scent. Not for me.

A lot of people make "play doh" comments on powdery sweet fragrances, so I figured this just had some powdery notes (which I like.) Nope. This really, truly is play doh with light fruity nuances. Reminds me of Alaia Blanche with peach added. I really don't like Alaia Blanche or this fragrance, sorry to say. That note is just very sour and chemically to me and irritates my sinuses. Sorry. Good longevity, it's been lingering on my hand an hour after trying to scrub!

This is a spring release from SS and I bought a rollerball in early Sept of last year at the very end of the season. I wore it a few times, liked it well enough and then was sidetracked by SS's fall offerings. Just broke this rollerball out again yesterday and WOW!...it's beautiful...peaches, cream and wonderful vanilla. The further resting seems to have amped this one up and taken it to a whole new level. I doused my forearms and it lasted all day. I am looking forward to revisiting other perfumes I've bought from them in the last year to see how they have morphed too. I love Solstice Scents and feel like it has ruined me for other houses now because they have set the bar so high with performance and quality.

This is *the* peaches and cream scent I’ve been searching for. A realistic, summery sugared peach (not a peach ring or a synthetic smelling peach) with a soft, sweet cream. I’ll be ordering a full bottle for sure. Highly recommend!

Creamy peach, dries down to a beautiful vanilla. Unfortunately it does not last very long.
