I got a sample of this with my rather large fall order, and within a couple hours of putting it on, I was on the Solstice Scents site ordering the 5ml oil. On initial application, I just smelled a lot of popcorn, so I wasn't super impressed. However, within a couple minutes I started to get rootbeer, ozone, and fall leaves, while the popcorn started to pull back. This combination smells exactly like fall, and it's gorgeous. The fragrance does change and morph as it goes, but after a few hours, I was getting fall leaves, a tiny hint of chocolate and caramel, and a leathery/woody mix. I always adore woody and leather scents, so that dry down is perfect for me, especially with the little hint of sweetness. Beautifully unique and absolutely atmospheric. I don't know how Angela manages to get her sensory translations of fictional places so spot on, but it's an amazing talent. This fragrance IS fall. I wish there was a glace to add a bit of sillage and longevity, but for now I'll happily sniff my wrists.

Angela nailed this one. Smells just like caramel, chocolate, popcorn, sweets, and distant firewood smoke. It reminds me of the memories made at the county fair and the storybook life I have always dreamed of. I always bring this one out when the leaves start swirling around and crunching underfoot, when the air begins to bite, and when the evening shadows grow tall. Purely magnificent.

Oh! This is so good:) A strong rootbeer note (thats not listed here on Fragrantica), comes out quite big, love it. The caramel and the popcorn and airy notes makes this scent perfect for fall and winter. It's quite close to Foxcroft Fairgrounds, so if you like FF try this.

This is a pretty great scent, spot on to a drive in theater. It smells like fall air with smoke, root beer, salty popcorn and chocolate covered caramels. Has the same feel as Foxcroft Fairground with the smokey outdoor smell.

I am crazy for this and have multiple backups. Popcorn, a touch. Sweetness. Leather, a touch. It's fricking perfect for winter. I agree with trenchlove1's review.

I love the smoky sweetness but this has too much salt for my taste. The buttered popcorn accord does settle down but to my nose it just smells like salty skin in the background. So salty as the sweetness fades it travels out of range for a gourmand and instead settles squarely in creepy valley, coming across as someone sweating through this fragrance. This leans very masculine to my nose and on my skin. I was excited for this based off notes alone but it didn’t work out for me at all sadly. The smoke and leather overpowered everything for me at first, but the caramel does come up mildly after dry down to add a warm sweetness. Got no popcorn at all which though. After time this just became a muddled smoke scent.

The popcorn in this is giving me full on corn vibes, like cornfields and children of the corn. It is something I didn't know I needed until I had it and I am freaking obsessed with it. This is the kind of Halloween fragrance that belongs with things like pumpkin, apples, hay bales and candy corn. Sinister corn fields. It is a strange scent and it wore it to work today and realised I probably smell really offputting to anyone who comes near me who aren't open to /niche/ scented fragrances and I will probably wear this one in the future for specific events like watching Halloween themed/appropriate movies like Children of the corn, Scarecrow and clown in the cornfield.
