She's a Witch

Oh YUM! Yum yum yum I LOVE this. A gourmand that's not too heavy, with some witchy, magical spice. She's a Witch is so unique! It's got a creamy, buttery cookie base, with a sparkling dose of anise that's almost minty - it's so crisp and bright and just elevates the whole fragrance. If you're not familiar with anise, it's not spicy in a cinnamon way, it's spicy in an almost herbal way. It does smell a bit like licorice - you either love anise or you hate it and I loveeeeeeeee it. It's very prominent here. Literal anise cookies. The dry down is a little spicier, a little woodier, just as delicious. It might even be the tiniest bit powdery, but still very much so gourmand. Yummmm. This perfume is sweet, it's spicy, it's nutty, it's magical. I'm obsessed. Would eat if I could.

Delicious. A kitchen witch’s cottage nestled in a wintery wood. She’s baking, and there’s a spray of powdered sugar over the countertops. I’ve never had a pizzelle cookie, but my impression is warm, buttery, and almondy. The bright, fresh anise seed reads almost minty like winter air. Herbal and aromatic but not really green. I even get a hint of something citrusy like orange zest in the very opening. It’s absolutely delicious and I’m nursing my 15ml, but the cold weather is perfect for this wintery gourmand and I’m already feeling the pull to upsize my bottle. 🍪🧇🌬️🌲🌰🍊🌾 Edit: The more I wear it, the more I love it. I need a 100ml immediately 😍

This is one of my go-to winter scents because it is the most photorealistic pizzelle scent I've ever smelled and it takes me back to my childhood around Christmastime. It is the perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and warm and it lasts 8+ hours on skin and clothes.

Warm slightly nutty cookies with hints of a deep woody base.

Almond biscotti, anyone? Especially when the almond biscotti doesn’t contain significant almond extract, this smells just like biting into a traditional almond biscotti with fennel seeds, which emit that anise scent and slight taste. I don’t hate it, but it’s not something I want to smell like, personally. Very powdery, very airy. You should definitely at least like anise to pick this one up.
