Accento Viola

Sospiro is one of those brands that I couldn't wait to try. A brand that has the characteristic of having fragrances that are highly evolving, elegant and sophisticated, in a word, to stay in keeping with the vision, that are a marvellous olfactory symphony. Accento Viola opens in a very vibrant way, highlighting the note of Pineapple, juicy and slightly sour, which initially rises again as the absolute protagonist, but then, magically, fades away and is carried away by floral scents, fresh and of an innate elegance, including a creamy, green and barely touched iris, without being too gentle. It can be felt, it leaves a wonderful sillage and I consider it fresh and sensual, very appropriate for the warmer seasons. In short, to mention its name, ideal for emphasising one's own person, enriched with class. ‘At the Ball’ painted by Corcos.

Broke the decant and .5mil or so fell on my finger. Lasted that night and still very detectable the next afternoon. The smell of fresh bed sheets in the morning. Super bright blue morning definitely more spring then summer. A smell you would wake up too in a morning with no stress educing parts of life on your mind. Fresh cotton smell although gives slight smell of dipper (clean dipper nasty chimp) on first impression can be easily overlooked after a day of wear. Although a unisex fragrance it almost leans too feminine for me. If you are able to embrace a bit of femininity in your image it can easily be pulled off by a man. Absolutely amazing scent definitely less synthetic and potent then Xerjoffs, will be picking up a full bottle when the time comes. 10/10

First "expensive" niche fragrance, I really enjoy this one. It's complex, fresh, bright, and projects great. I find myself reaching for this fragrance often after purchasing it. This fragrance smells great if you're into floral, musky fragrances. This is not a safe blind buy, and I would definitely recommend sampling this fragrance before purchasing it.

New addition. Fresh, bright, powdery, while managing to be complex, dense, masterful and somewhat dark. It’s another masterpiece.

Accent Viola begins with a bright, beautiful fanfare, characterized by lively hyacinth and iris blooms with a clean, natural pineapple sweetness. It's not screechy, but it's loud. Unfortunately, this vivid opening is fleeting. The composition swiftly transitions into a dry-down that feels remarkably generic and uninspired. For those who have experienced many modern floral blends, this scent falls flat, failing to establish a unique identity. There are so many fragrances with this DNA that I can't name them all. This may have been trendy 10 years ago. While perfectly pleasant, it ultimately remains an agreeable background scent rather than a distinguished choice.

Oh how I wish I could love this!!! Thank goodness, I bought a sample of this and yeah...I hate Accento Viola. Here’s why: I know better than to mess with pineapple, Vetiver and patchouli notes that are together in a fragrance...and yet, I thought this would work because of the hyacinth, Jasmine, musks, amber and vanilla... Well, it doesn’t. At all. At least, on my skin. It is a stinky, heavy and headache inducing mess. I am going to scrub it off because it’s making me ill 🤮 Ok, thank the heavens, scrubbing it off with alcohol got rid of that screechy scent (mainly) but phew 😮💨 this is a strong, musky, heavy and very manly (but in a terribly cheap way)!!!! Never again!!

It’s got a very nice fruity POP to it, the florals smell super nice but the type of musk it uses gives me a weird like BO undertone... it’s not incredibly off putting and I’m gonna wait for it to dry down because maybe it’s just me? I dunno. My only guess is the type of musk they used? Ok I let it dry down for a while longer, that BO smell has definitely faded, I can still smell it a tad but not enough for anyone in the air to get a Whif, it’s just a “once you smell it you can’t unsmell it” kinda thing. Super nice perfectly unisex imo, I’m a sucker for purple florals like iris and lavender and this is one of the best fresh takes on those kinds of notes I’ve ever smelled. Upon the dry down it’s kind of like... imagine if Prada lhomme had a tropical/sweet flanker? (Prada lhomme intense is my second favorite designer frag of all time so this is high praise coming from me) that being said it is fairly bare bones and not very complicated. Which isn’t bad isn’t good it’s just kind of a thing that is.

This perfume reminds me of Heavenly Summer from Victoria's Secret of 2015
