Soprano

Spectacular. Love at first sniff. Where have you been all my life? Quick story: I received a complimentary sample simply marked “Soprano.” I smelled it and knew I had to have it! Except when I checked Fragrantica, there’s a Soprano by Xerjoff and one by Sospiro. After ordering a decant of Xerjoff, it was good but not THIS good. I blind bought an expensive bottle by Sospiro, it arrived today, sprayed it, and have been in love ever since. My question: why is no one talking about it? Where has this brand been all my life? What else from this house am I missing?

First wearing, and only 20 minutes in - I am immediately reminded of Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb Rose Explosion 🌹💥 Performance with this is exceptional. This certainly steers clearly to the rose note, with only an undercurrent of fruit. Very refined and elegant, and has a smoothness that doesn't tire the nose despite the overtly strong rose. Unfortunately my girlfriend cannot stand strong rose scents, so for me to be able to wear this, then I would have to choose this fragrance over our relationship... it was a closer call than it really should have been.

For me it's a new and interesting scent, fuity but then quikly come the flowery part with the patcouly and woody part. I can't compare to anything else...Sweet but not like sugar. I can't decide it's feminim or masculin- it's really an unisex parfum. Good longevity, heavy scent- not a shy one, it's loud as the Sopranos. :) I'm thinking abut to worth this high price but it's a good and nice scent so I will buy it. Edit: I fell in love with it- sadly it is discontinued. There is Xerjoff Soprano but it's not the same...I bought a last one on Ebay

Wow, this is something. The rose is HUGE in this one, and the oud is not the fecal kind. It's medicinal / crisp at most. I also feel the patchouli, it might be the oud-patchouli combination that gives off this cold herbal dimension. But rose still rules it, projection is more than sufficient and, while I don't find it's a scent unique enough to justify the price (I'm a practical person here), for a rose lover who doesn't mind splurging for another addition to their wardrobe, this is a proud one.

My second review: this is the most long lasting and biggest sillage parfume ever!!! (I have several Amouage, Delina Exclusive, Xerjoffs...)yes, they are superb but Soprano is the Best!!! When I plant to make or go out a long garden party I’m surely using Soprano becouse Everybody can sniff 10 meters around me this fruity beauty.

Litchi, milk, bergamot and oud, smell fantastic with a beast mode performance, the dry down is so delicious, gorgeous scent, what a pity this one was discontinued.

Elegant fruity oud scent with a beautiful sparkling Litchi-Freesia-milky cocktail that make the combination very yummy and delightful.

What an intense opening. Very fruity, rosy and backed with wood notes. Nothing screechy. I love the litchi and osmanthus that finally surface as the other fruit, rose and oud back off a bit. This is my favourite stage. It is sweet but just enough to feel natural with the fruit notes. I'm not sure I can pick out the milk note. The oud unsurprisingly is the last note to fade. A sweetie, cuddly oud. A fabulous scent for autumn as it would be too much in any heat. Well, for me anyway. Great longevity and sillage.

Decadent. Smooth. Complex. Not a scent for a shy person, the opening lasts close to two hours. Amazingly it’s a smooth ride from the start through the long dry down. Rose with syrupy, stewed fruit. Oud is a back up singer, present and the support needed, holding this complex scent together. After several hours I become nose blind to this scent, but that is a common problem for me. I have issues when I wear Soprano more than two days in a row. Otherwise it’s near perfection, perfect for cool, winter days.

Gucci Rush meets Rose & Oud! The result? An outrageously radiant and potent scent. Imagine a Rose growing out of a majestic Bakhoor burner, but this Rose didn't drink water to grow, it only drank peach milk! And there you have it: Soprano! A fruity-milky Rose of enormous strenght, with just enough clean bakhoor like Oud to make it remind me of arabian tales. Outstanding!

It reminded me of Delina upon first spray, then turns more gourmand in the middle; not knowing it's a rose-oud, the warm oriental drydown came as a pleasant surprise. A respectable fragrance from top to base.

I blind bought it based on reviews and to fix the issue of not having a single Sospiro bottle in my collection :) First impression - I like the complexity of this scent although it doesn’t strike with originality. It’s exceptionally well done, but it hardly stands out from the crowd of sweet fruity department store scents. I’m sure I will try layering it to give it that much needed “kick” as it’s personality seems too... “mild” to me. I’m getting a lot of fruit and litchi, and somewhat creamy lactonic notes mightily supported by balanced flower accord. Oud and leather are very soft in this one. Although my skin is rather warm, top to middle notes seem to last forever - that I definitely like about it. It’s winter, and I’m really curious of how Soprano would perform in the spring/summer time. I suspect it could open into something pretty gorgeous on a warm summer night - time will tell. I can’t call it very sophisticated but it’s definitely a mood lifter if you look for that kind of scent.

Secondhvzim, I also bought it because of the name, I’m myself a soprano ^^ (even though I despise those high notes, gotta be extra loud to even make a noise sometimes!). The juice is good, how do I describe it.. It’s a sweet, fruity and juicy oud, it’s like satin mood but fruitier and less reminiscent of stale coca cola.. err.. I can’t really compare it to anything it’s like a COMPLETELY new scent to me, I love it!! I was scared I’ll be feeling patchouli in this but everything blends in so well! I’d say it’s a classy, feminine Sospiro, but I can imagine it fitting males as well!! I’m so glad I purchased this, go for it if you find one! Beware that it’s STRONG though, might be headache inducing..

I thought of blind buying it as i found it at a good price based om reviews. I found a decant and smelled it and it is absolutely not my taste. Rose /fruity /vanilla oud... If you like MFK oud satin mood you probably like this as well. It is beast mode fragrance, my arm smells after a shower.

This is absolutely beautiful 🤩 this is not your typical rose oud, the jasmine makes it sensual and fresh with a huge dose of milk it’s Just to dam good for words.... The bright opening followed by creamy darkness is Just breath taking a beautiful oriental composition from my favorite house

I’m gonna be honest here I want to buy it because I’m a big fan of the sopranos and I want it only because of the name. Does the juice worth it?

At first it's smells like the purple gel pens. The grape ones.
