Perfect Tobacco

I blind bought this on the review of Joy Amin from YT. Interesting bottle design, a bit too cheesy. My first impression is "I didn't expect this". It's a sandwich of Vanilla on top, Oud at base, Ginger and Tuberose on first wave, then (what I could only described as smooth fragrant) Tobacco to finish it. Despite it's description, on my skin, Perfect Tobacco wrapped me with the scent of sweet milky vanilla that I can find in milky digestive biscuits which I love. It's addictive and super performance. On my skin, it lasted over 16 hours with explosive projection at the first 2 hours. On fabric, I can still smell it after 6 day . I don't care for comparison to other fragrance since it's difficult to find this one. It's in my favorite frag list. Wearing time: anytime, but it will work best for special occasion, such as wedding dinner or a date night. It's wearable durung the day, but I would avoid it for office use since it will be distracting, unless you are meeting an opposite gender. It is unisex and it has strong sex appeal so don't over spray. 2 spray is strong enough, 3 will start causing unwanted attention, 4 or more will out evil eyes on you, and if you bath in it I can promise you will experience beat downs, being thrown out of cafe or restaurant, or thrown out of car in the middle of a street. It's a beautiful fragrance with performance to be proud of. Excellent unisex fragrance that leans toward masculine side.

Perfect Tobacco is Dupont's version of a niche-y rose n' tobacco scent. For a <$100 perfume it smells very good, more elegant than most in its price tier. Perfect Tobacco opens with aromatic spices without sweetness or culinary aspects. A dark chocolate note gradually builds into a roasted tobacco accord. A deep, masculine rose begins to flower. It drips with wood resins and petroleum. This wonderful combination of oily, resinous rose & toasted tobacco forms the main presentation of Perfect Tobacco. As the scent dries, the rose recedes and is gradually replaced by vanilla. The tobacco is now toasted and sweetened. Overall, a great rose & cigar scent that is well balanced yet deeply masculine. For folks new to perfumes or on a budget, Perfect Tobacco would be one of the better tobacco scents available. It's one of the nicest cheapies I've had the pleasure of wearing. For niche hobbyists, this scent might be slightly flatter and a tad more synthetic than higher end scents with the same pyramid (such as the Prolixe) - yet at 1/3 the price, there's hardly much to complain about.

I own a bottle of Tobacco Flirting with Vanilla. Perfect Tobacco fits that name better, because I can actually smell the tobacco and vanilla. For under $70, this is a banger that to my nose smells and performs better than the much pricier Mes Bisous fragrance. I like that the rose and oud give it dimension without sticking out. They're just supporting notes, like how a bit of salt balances the sugar in some sweet desserts and improves the flavor. This is such a cozy, smooth, well-blended fragrance. It has some sweetness, like smelling an oatmeal cookie or brioche loaf a few inches from your nose. Not a gourmand scent, but has a bit of a gourmand-ey nosefeel to it.

This can't be real, I can literally bathe with this! From the opening through the dry down, it's really heavenly especially since I love tobacco, rose and oud. At first sniff I was immediately thinking of Tabac Rose, but with toned down sweetness so I tested out both Perfect Tobacco and Tabac rose, now I see why people vote down that it isn't Tabac Rose. While Tabac rose sweetness is a bomb like Montale Intense Cafe kind of sweetness, it is not the case with Perfect Tobacco. The sweetness is so balanced! So that we could sense all the notes listed. All-in-all, nothing can go wrong with this. Are you a tobacco lovers? Just grab this.

A very good and sweet, almost gourmand, tobacco fragrance with great longevity and projection on my skin. I know that scent is subjective but, I have to disagree with @1968voronkov. Perfect Tobacco and Carven's Paris la Havane have totally different take on tobacco and are not at all close. Paris la havane is similar to Davidoff Leather blend (which does not have tobacco). The tobacco in Paris la havane makes it smokier compare to Davidoff Leather Blend. On the other hand, Perfect Tobacco is in the same territory as Tobacco vanille (There are not similar).

I paid ca.40usd in 2022 for this and at that price rangw it is good. The initial blast of suger sweetness (5-10mins) can be off putting, but afterwards it develops into a much more balanced vanilla tobbaco experience. It is smooth, no animalic or ash tray notes, but also not much sweetness. Probably best enjoyed in a casual or date environment. It last quite long (8-10hrs) with a solid projection. It is definitely a cold weather frag.

An amazing cheapie that smells way more expensive than it is. It performs like an absolute beast too. It’s a great sweet, woody, vanilla tobacco fragrance. There is rose, cinnamon and western oud nuances. I love this one. Perfect Tobacco and Vanilla and Leather are the best. It’s very similar to the new Kayali Amber 23.

I do agree with some reviews here. This is an amazing perfume. Beautiful presentation, great aroma, affordable, and it's a beast SPL! More than 9 hours on my skin. Do not use more than 2 sprays because the vanilla can choke you :) I also agree that it we wish it more on tobacco side, rather on the vanilla side.

Opens with a nice blast of cinnamon like that one in azzaro pour homme intense then a cool dose of vanilla starts to kick with a rosy/ tobacco aspect to it Very nice scent for fall and winter nights Reminds me a lot with PDM Herod but so much better in value with a respectable ingredients Thumbs up dupont 👍🏻

St dupont must be really good people, this juice could easily be sold at tom ford or xerjoff at their unreasonable prices. Very well made perfume, smells very much like a cinnamon cookie with a hint of tobacco. This doesn't have any oud or rose, cinnamon, vanilla and tobacco.

What a masterfully blended and potent tobacco scent. Very different from all other tobacco perfumes that I have in my collection. I don't find it vanilla dominated at all, at least not on my skin. Performance is great, excellent value for money. Unisex leaning masculine.

OMG the dry down of this perfume is Very Heavenly!! Its very calming sweet candy vanilla with a little hint of tobacco and oud in the background. Performance is Incredible too, easily 12+ hours. Well done St dupont!

I like it! It opens up with a harsh tobacco note, it stays dominant for about 20/30 minutes then it fades away to a sweet vanilla note with a hint of Oud. Its nice but it doesn't take your breath away.

dont judge this perfume by 1st sniff after spraying , it will be different after 15mins and ALSO in the air this is very different than when you smell it in your wrist ! in the air its very nice.

A truly hidden gem. Masterpiece! If you like tobacco note, you are definitely gonna love this one. Performance is top notch, lasts for days and projects strongly.

This doesn't have cinnamon or oud, It starts with a heavy tobacco note and ends with a beautiful sweet vanilla.

Okay.... 4 days on the paper from the store and still shinning... Am Impressed..!! Bravo

I have so many tobacco fragrances, this would easy make in the top 5 for me. Amazing.

This parfume is heavenly, the S perfect on the bottle. Try by ur self before u die ✌🏼
