I like this one. It's very very basic. Honestly, just a quality tonka/vanilla/non-disgusting musk and powdery heliotrope, a combo that has been done thousands of times before, with the faintest hints of suede. No projection, as in none. Will be on my "wear to work" rotation.

I like it and I don’t... I do because the first spritz is vanilla centered and I loooooooooooove vanilla....... Glad I tested it, it’s mainly musk and vanilla on my skin but there’s something in it that reminds me of talcum and not in a good way...Perhaps it’s is just the way my skin reacts to it? Regardless, this will not be on my list of purchases for the moment...

Not quite vanilla, with a dash of not quite balsam or sandalwood, and stretched over not quite leather with a heavy hand of powder - its quite the amalgamation. I enjoy it, I just wish it had a bit more longevity and projection

I'm SO confused over these negative reviews. This one is simple but beautiful. On my skin, it just smells like a gentle musk with a hint of vanilla. Clean, inoffensive. I was nervous about that leather note but it just gives it a cashmere-like quality. As always, fragrantica gets the notes blatantly wrong lmao. Top: heliotrope, tonka Middle: orris/iris, leather Base: white musks, sandalwood, vanilla

If you're really interested in smelling like a Gateau Saint Honoré, skip this stuff and track down a bottle of the recently released Saint Honoré by Nicolai Parfumeur Createur. Patricia de Nicolai knocked it out of the park when she created hers. It's delicious juice and you WILL be asked what you're wearing, whether you like it or not :)

Oh my, this is a strange one...based off a 2ml sample. At first spritz, it smells like baby powdered farts from a baby. Then, it it softens to corn silks after 10 minutes or so. The dry down is a soft powdery musk. Challenging for sure, will need to try it again during a different season. Not a safe blind buy.

The leather gives a twist to that vanilla. It's a bit dirty but delicate and pleasant. More feminine but a man could wear it imo
