Steve McQueen Mythic

Its has arrived! What a nice and special scent! Never experienced the combination of red berries and pine like done here. Its a man’s fragrance for sure, no mistake about it and that was something I was looking for when I decided to purchase a perfume branded with the Great Steve McQueen. It is aromatic, fresh, subtle, juicy, energetic, unique, alluring with a rough manly edge provided by the pine. In the first few hours its like red berries and pine playing tennis on your skin. Wonderful. A definite head turner and attention getter while not a typical modern crowd pleaser. This has its edges you need to get used to. Amazing lonegvity, sillage and projection. The bottle is gorgeous as well. One of my best blind purchases ever!

Post nr 2: the interplay between the pine and the red berries offer a slightly "dirty" (in a positive way) aspect which may gives off an scent of ash or cigarettes in ashtrays. Maybe the patchouli playing in there. This again is remarkable, knowing that McQueen was indeed a heavy smoker! I love these little details in fragrances that supposed to create the aura of somebody. Well done!

Post Nr 1: I just ordered it as a blind buy not only because I find MCQueen himself fascinating but I like the concept here and also the red berries & pine allured me even further. Will be back with the result & judgement soon!

I can't let CGV be the only reviewer here. This fragrance is a hidden gem. I got a small decant of this thrown in when I purchased another fragrance from someone in the community. What a pleasant surprise. I really like the masculine feel to Mythic. Woodsy, smoky, and the red berry smell is outdoorsy not fruity/berry. I'm going out to lunch with my wife and mother in-law and I threw this on real quick. Glad I did. I am enjoying this quite a bit. I'm guessing this is fairly hard to find if you are looking for a sample. You might have to pick up a full bottle. As of this writing there is 1 full bottle (100ml) for sale on Ebay for $67.

I bought this after seeing Chris’ review on his scent-land channel - and he was not wrong, truly a great underrated fragrance. I get pine, juniper and red berries, a little dry, Smokey, and a hint of sourness. I’m wearing this on an overcast summer day and it seems just right.
