Red Code

Wow this was a surprise. Picked this one up because the note breakdown had everything I was looking for. You really can’t expect much from a $14 fragrance, in scent nor in performance. But this over delivers in every category. It’s so pleasant, sweet and cozy. I’d hesitate wearing it on the hottest summer days because it’s so sweet, but any other day of the year is fair game. It’s woody with a bit of marine and sweet tonka and amber. It may not be overly unique but it would be extremely difficult to find someone who dislikes it. 4 sprays on my neck gets me astonishing performance. For the price, performance and smell, it’s a wonder how more people aren’t raving about it.

It is a cheap fragrance. My bottle looks different than on the picture, the sprayer is the worst I ever had. But the scent... is fantastic... I dont know why but I love it so much. Most of the time I wear this after shower chilling at home and it is such a feel good scent for me. Its calming, hugs you and tells you that you dont need to worry, just relax.

Fresh citrus fragrance. Good for everyday wear but it is quite weak so I recommend 7-10 sprays. But it is a good fragrance for the gym or everyday.

Good fragrance for warm weather. It's actually one of the cheapest one I have and the only one to have ever been complimented by a stranger woman.

I've smelled this on a guy I was hanging out with and at stores I've resampled it. Honestly, for the price you can get this at (under 10 euros) this is great. Nothing insane but it's great, it's got a fresh floraly note with a slight spice to it. Probably good for the gym or casual outings. Very good everyday scent considering how affordable it is. Don't expect any amazing sillage or anything out of it tho

nothing to hate abt it honestly you get what you pay for a sort of aventus/invictus dna.. perfect for when you dont feel like wearing a fragrance or when at the gym, throwing out trash etc..or a room refreshener even really light and mass appealing i even got compliments for it lol.... its almost like a pistol to your primary weapon you use it only when you need it and when you use it its reliable.

Super cheap fragrance, which is really worth the money. A really welcoming and aquatic scent that is perfect for a summer day where you don't want to use your best fragrances. Reminds me of creed aventus in a way, and you really can't go wrong with such an inoffensive scent. If you ever come across this, you should probably pick it up, considering it's price tag

This EDT is not bad. It's more of an evening/after shower scent for me. After a while it smells a bit synthetic, but not too much. My girlfriend suggested it could be suitable for office. Moderate longevity and sillage. It's a 3 out of 5 for me and I must mention that Str8 Live True is way better than this one.

A friend offered me this as a Christmas gift. I was quite surprised, not a bad scent at all. Actually, I quite enjoy it. It was a nice relaxing aroma. You can really feel the pineapple notes on this one. Good for it's price. 3/5 EDIT: Yep, this is 100% an Invictus clone!

This is just a very generic men's scent, the notes are also very misleading but as a fragrance it's also kinda unique compared to other fragrances of it's type

You can get this under 10eur and for the prize its pretty good with average performance(needs more sprays) and good floral scent.

If the original STR8, the one in the black bottle, was more of a traditional masculine aromatic, “cologney” fragrance with some very subtle sweet and comforting touches, Red Code moves into a different direction. This time we are looking at a youthful, much sweeter fragrance done in the style of Invictus and the others in this family. Altho it lacks subtleness, complexity and naturalness, it makes up for that with vibrancy, brightness and a pleasantly colorful scent. The main accord is the fruity sweetness and the name “Red Code” fits the bill very well because the scent gives of a bright red hew. In my opinion it is STR8’s interpretation of the Invictus DNA. The marginal difference i pick up on is that the Invictus DNA is more of an apple green fruity scent whilst Red Code is...well...fruity red but once again, its just a marginal difference when smelt upclose. I mentally pictured both STR8 Original and Red Code as individuals. The original STR8 is a man in his mid 30’s with a job and a family at home. Still in good strength and far from a midlife crisis but he’s at the point where he too can feel the passing of time. Red Code on the other hand is a young one barely past his teenage years or very early in his 20’s with energy for days and much spring in his steps. Given the popularity of the Invictus DNA and its massive influence on men’s fragrances, Red Code is less unique then the Original STR8. Its more flashy and vibrant then its older brother but alot more common and generic of a scent these days. The original has a bit more of a mature and grounded aromatic scentprofile so that has to be taken in consideration. They are both decent utilitarian fragrances made for different audiences.

This is my second best Str8 perfume I tried ! No 1 goes to Str8 Adventure. This one is less masculine but more sweet, though it is more seductive. Fits perfectly for a first date. Great scent for an affordable price. I can't understand the hype for Live True. I am an aqua scent lover but there are dozens better than that ! Str8 Live True : I won't buy again Str8 Red Code : I'll buy again for sure ! 7/10

This is an amazing scent. Light, not very intense, and very nice smell. Together with a stronger scent it would complete one's needs for fragrances.
