Sombre

Fuck a duck. This is a deformed, demented whopper of a perfume. The list of ingredients on the side of the bottle are enough to make you produce spontaneous sweat, which ironically, is one of it's ingredients. It all seems to be pretty grim and ghastly. What have you bought?! Because it sure isn't a perfume! But then, you spray it. Now, whilst it is a real rough shag, it is not absolutely disgusting. It is apparent that time has been spent on it by the creator. I can smell and understand all of the listed notes, but they are presented in an exciting and interesting way, rather than just trying to be difficult, like a petulant child. Sombre is rebellion, it is fantastique, it is a unicorn fucking a murdered corpse bareback and with no lube. The acerbic assault from vomit and pus, gives a biological boost to the floral tones, whilst champagne gives a fizzy, fun boozy note. The whole profile, when sprayed directly onto skin, smells like a coarse, rough shag between two drunken lovers. But, one of them is a serial killer and they are fucking at their house, where body parts are hidden and are starting to rot. The smell of the house, imprints itself onto the sex, and there you have the smell of Sombre. I have been waiting to smell it for 5+ years, and I am not disappointed in the slightest. Definitely the most bizarre perfume in my collection, and I have a lot of weird shit. 9/10. This is true art. It is not afraid and it doesn't give a fuck. But it loses a point, as I am too scared to wear it.

I'm surprised to find that this is less repulsive than Secretions Magnifiques (a scent I sometimes enjoy privately but I do also sometimes hate). When I opened the parcel containing this decant, I immediately caught a faint vomit smell and was hesitant to even touch the vial. But then I took it out and sprayed it on a card strip (caveat, I haven't put it on my skin). While there are definitely semblences of vomit and shit in the scent, to my nose it's no more than you get from some oud based fragrances. It's essentially a barnyard floral scent with a pungent, fecal, animalic note, but if I hadn't read all the hyperbole I'd just accept this was an expensive, bold oud perfume. Maybe my opinion will change if I wear it but for now, on card, I'm finding it quite interesting. -------- Now I'm wearing it on one wrist... The opening truly is disturbing, and I get quite a similar vibe to Secretions Magnifiques in fact, but it changes very quickly, and I'm impressed that I genuinely get the notes listed on the bottle (ok maybe not pus, but the rest yes). It's still not repulsing me, although it did take a few minutes to calm down, and sticking my nose into it isn't giving me joy, it's more academically interesting.

This is by far my favourite perfume, and has been since the day I had the pleasure to smell it. My brother told me about this specific perfume telling me on how its know for smelling like blood, sweat, sex and shit. I was immediately Intrigued. I had small sniff that he spray away from everybody, my mum and I being the only 2 to even dare smell it. My mum hated it and I couldn't get enough. This was years ago now and still have a tiny bit out of my sample left. I will agree it's not for everybody. I also wouldn't recommend using a tonne especially, if your trying to cover up other smells in an uber. My friend did this by mistake and left her uber gagging😆😆😆😆 sadly she used most of my sample for this... the sample was a gift from my brother as I loved it so much. A very meaningful gift to me.

This smell fantastic in the way that perfumers want to show. it's smell like vermit after your go around at night and drink a ton of wine. so Dirty so Disgusting like it's should be. 1 spray can fill the room with this smell and if you sniff it's into you skin it's will stuck in there for whole day whole night. not for newbie . not for someone who spend your life with best seller perfume or designer brand. They can't understand how fantastic of this perfume for sure. so stay away if you are that kind of person. This is real art in the bottle.

I just want to say - I love it for uniqueness, creating and realistic. Unfortunately, I did not find anything close to Secretions Magnifiques (a lot of musk, metal and blood notes). This perfume definitely for kinky mood. It opens like warm dirty breath with some vomit (not sour/acid) but after it smells a couple of days used woman underwear with pee.
