On New York Time

Smells like a toned down but higher quality club de nuit intense man personally. I'm not good at describing notes but it's an aventus DNA. Performance is pretty good from my own experience. Some co-workers can still smell me at the end of my shift. This has also gotten me several compliments at work.

On New York Time – Street Origins When I saw the five notes listed for On New York Time — pineapple, bergamot, blackcurrant, birch, and ambergris — my first thought was: “Here we go again, this is playing in the Aventus league.” And honestly? I nailed it. But before you roll your eyes, hold on — it’s not a blatant copy or a cheap clone. Think of it as somewhere between Club de Nuit Intense, Orion by Tiziana Terenzi, and Décimo by Gritti. It’s noticeably less synthetic than CDNI, it shares a lot of DNA with Orion — but without that birch note that always bothers me in Tiziana’s version — and it carries that same polished, refined character that Décimo has. So if anything, it might actually be the most wearable of the three for me personally. The opening is citrusy and fresh, but I’ll be honest — it doesn’t get much time to shine. Patchouli swoops in fast, takes over, and pretty much drowns everything else out. Whether that’s a good or bad thing depends entirely on how much you love patchouli. Now, what this fragrance does deliver: quality (you can feel it), versatility (year-round, no question), and that classic "compliment magnet" effect that this DNA has proven time and again. It won't surprise you with anything new - but it keeps its promise. And one last thing I can't skip: the bottle. Gorgeous. Display-worthy. Genuinely collectible. Sometimes that matters too.

If you are not tired of the Creed Aventus DNA then Street Origins On New York Time won't disappoint you because it floats in that same space. There really isn't much more to say. It's another spoke on the never ending Creed Aventus inspired wheel. I really had hoped this would go in a different direction. I like it and it is not bad at all but I have way too many fragrances with this DNA but I've taken note of the notes so I can avoid going down this same road again

Definite Hacivat vibes. I sprayed this and immediately thought of Hawas Black - but not as sharp. ( which is good imo ) I always felt this DNA is something I'd envision a mob boss wearing. I'm not a huge fan of this scent, but it has its moments. I'll be looking to wear this during night outs whenever I feel like not reaching for something mass appealing. A soft like for me. 6.5/10.
