Hey Confessors

This scent was touted straight up Marshmallow. However, upon receiving this, I was disappointed. It smelled like a baking/cooking spice, sort of sweet, yet an odd scent. Where was this marshmallow? Did NOT smell of any sort of marshmallow I have ever smelled before. I let it rest.........and rest........and rest. Smelling it 4 months later, it sort of sweetened, and had somewhat reminiscent of vague marshmallow smell. I let it rest longer. Sitting in the dark for over 9 months... #HEYCONFESSORS is a spiced....and now, YES, I get MARSHMALLOW sweet sugar scent. While not a love, and not Jet Puff marshmallow, it is nice and has a je ne sais quoi marshmallowy vibe. *apparently needed some TIME to sit and macerate.

It’s okay. Nothing really wrong with it. Nothing remarkable either. It reminds me of Papa’s Waffles (another Suc scent) without the streak of forest green I smell. I bought my dram off of somebody else, and sold it the following day. Not sure how long it’s been around, but all I get is a sugar bomb. It isn’t a badly done fragrance, no candle or potpourri smell I get with some of Suc’s scents. Just not for everyone. I personally love gourmand. That is to say—edible. But once it gets too sweet, I can’t do it. Caramel already is a death note for me. Makes things far too sweet. Add marshmallow and spun sugar to that? Oh my lordt! Pink Sugar move over, we got a contender for best diabetic coma-inducing fragrance! So yeah if you’re like me, you probably won’t like this. No worries. Sucreabeille has such a large catalogue, you’re bound to fall in love at least once.

I get burnt maple out of this. Sweet but also acrid, bitter. Not a good combo.
