Shaghaf Oud Azraq

I was looking for a nice scent for the holidays when I heard about this one, seeing reviews on YouTube. I really loved the idea of a honey fragrance, and oud might be where my love for perfume had really started, so this really did seem to be one that would be great for me. Mind you, oud is not one of my favorite notes anymore, but it’s a fact that the very first perfume that made me get into this hobby was an oud perfume. This one is definitely nicely balanced: the oud is very prominent, but the honey definitely is the star of the show, and wow, it’s a sweet, delicious, warm and raw combination. I can imagine it’s not the only fragrance that is a honey and oud fragrance, but it’s definitely an unexpected, but successful combination. The opening is nice but didn’t completely blow me away. It was in the dry down where it really shone in the best possible way! Honey, oud and cinnamon is mostly what I get. It’s lovely, and a good performer. When I went outside in the cold air, I could notice the wafts of the fragrance even more and it’s absolutely glorious. There is a certain kind of ‘scented candle’ vibe that I get from it, but wow, do I smell like the best, most expensive scented candle ever. I think it’s the cinnamon that kind of gives me the fragrance of a scented candle, and the honey makes it kind of waxy. To me, this is not a downside. Also, can we talk about the presentation? Wow! The box that it comes in, complete with the way the box opens and you can literally keep it open like that, and the bottle itself are really, really nice. It feels so luxurious, you’d never know that this fragrance is, all things considered, is kind of on the budget friendly side. The only other fragrances that I save the box for is the Tom Ford private scents – and those are so expensive, but the packaging doesn’t hold a candle to this one. I’ve never seen anything like it. The one confusing part on the presentation – and the name of the fragrance – is the blue theme with this particular fragrance. Blue might be the last color that I associate with this fragrance. I much prefer the ambery orange color that Honey Aoud by Montale comes in, as a match for this scent profile.

Azraq opens as a rich, dense explosion of honey. It feels thick, resinous, and heavily textured, yet patchouli keeps it from becoming completely stagnant by adding a certain freshness. Even so, the first phase can feel a little rugged. The oud reads less like a featured material here than like a sharpening agent running through the composition. I do not actually find it especially oudy, except perhaps in a medicinal sense. It is definitely not skanky. To my only partially trained nose, it does not resemble the 'more real' oud or actual oud oils I have tried. As it develops, it starts to feel more like a tobacco-cinnamon amber fragrance without the tobacco itself. From time to time, hints of leather, booze, and a slightly musty warmth drift in and out, which keeps the scent from feeling one-dimensional. In the drydown, it hovers right on the edge of gourmand. There is something here that suggests sticky dates and baked goods, but it never turns easygoing or conventionally crowd-pleasing. Even at its sweetest, it keeps a dense, mature, slightly challenging character. A strong fragrance, though not quite the unbearable powerhouse it is sometimes made out to be. It projects well, has presence, and is very clearly built for cold weather. Autumn and winter suit it best, especially in the evening or in settings where a heavier, more assertive scent makes sense. From what I remember, it is basically identical to Honey Aoud. I don't think I could smell any meaningful difference between them. If I were only buying one bottle in this lane, I would probably hunt down a used bottle of the Montale, assuming it comes with at least a slight margin in overall finish. Azraq is rewarding if you enjoy heavy, spicy-sweet medicinal-tinted orientals, but it is not especially safe. It works well as a show-off fragrance too because it smells expensive with a challenging bite. I have been waiting for this to be added here so I can finally write this review. The first time I experienced this perfume, I wasn’t fully convinced. To my nose, it did not smell anything like its sisters in Oud Aswad (which is a super strong rosy oud perfume), and the like. The opening is a very strong burst of sweet, warm cinnamon. This may not appeal to all the nurses of the world, however, give it a little more time and perfume evolves into a beautiful sweet honey and cinnamon mix that is just elegant. I cannot imagine wearing this with anything, but the best clothes that I have. This scent oozes luxury, period. It reminds me a little bit of all the classic, spicy fragrances like the Cartier Declaration, for example. But unlike the the complex mix of spices that characterise the Cartier, this fragrance find its strength in its simplicity. It it never really bombs your nose with intense spices. No, no no no no, it doesn’t. Rather, it takes you on a journey through sweet cinnamon, honey and leather, accompanied by a subtle noticeable Oud base. It is decidedly a unisex perfume that works for most seasons, except for extreme heat, which rules out summer and beach. To be perfectly honest, I cannot imagine wearing this every day. In fact, it feels very much like a fragrance built for special occasions. This makes me feel richer then I am. I feel like one of those Sheikhs walking out of their Rolls-Royces wearing the impressively white Kandoras on a Boulevard in Jumeira. Despite its rich and spicy nature, I find a rare is a surprisingly popular pick. Every single person that I have shown it to who moderately enjoy perfumes, they end up loving this. I fully recommend you try this out. And if you are confident that you like cinnamon, and honey in your fragrances, I actually believe that this is a safe blind buy. It lasts upwards of six hours as a sweet leather scent on my skin. The projection is one of the best I have ever experienced and can easily fill a room. And for such a rich fragrance, it is immensely cheap by my reckoning.

Got this as a blind buy for an amazing 30 Euros the other day. Never heard of it before. My only regret is I didn't buy 10! The opening (I see how some people interpret it as medicinal) to me it is absolutely beautiful! I actually love it even more than the dry down itself! It's an oud bomb. Yes, it is very sweet but I wouldn't call it a "honey-bomb" like some do, it is masterfully blended with the rest of the notes - sweetness reminiscent of honey/dates. It also has a considerable amount of spice to it, it might seem like cinnamon due to the sweetness, but I could also see someone say cardamom or even black pepper. It also has a nice cozy, comforting dimension - it is not Tonka (thank you for that, I feel like every winter fragrance today uses it, this is different!) but a slightly floral (?) vanilla -- I see how one could interpret it as powdery/ambery, but to me it seems a little more floral - might be their vanilla, might be some secret ingredient like rose. In the same vein; does anyone else perceive some Tobacco notes? I could swear there is a little bit added... If you amp up the floralness with some more rose (e.g. as another flanker or by layering with some pure rose fragrance) this would be a great women's fragrance -- this one is a slightly masculine-leaning UNISEX fragrance, which works perfectly well for both genders! Sillage and longevity are great but not absolute beast mode. The fragrance is cozy and fun but not club-level fun. I think it might work in some more formal setting if it's cold outside too. Not for the summer or daytime during spring. One spray will probably be enough. 9.5/10 from me!

Having watched many a review the general consensus is that the opening is very oud driven and particularly skanky, dense and fecal. This put me off as I'm not a huge fan of that rich oud and frankly a bit bored of it. However, I managed to pick up a bottle to get my nose on at a very good price, thinking if it was too 'oudy' I'd resale or give away.... The latter comments won't be happening!! The opening does have a very oud forward blast but is so evenly mellowed by the honey which is wonderful. The cinnamon appears after around fifteen minutes along with the amber and the vanilla, but is actually quite powdery, warm and rich at the same time. The patchouli does come through in the dry down but it's not dirty or heavy. The leather is subtle but apparent, does not steal the show. I wore it to work (office based), which is not the ideal setting but so keen was I to wear it, I did not care. The complements shortly followed even from a colleague who sits around 10 feet away. Now bearing in mind I used this in the morning around 7am, when I was home at 5pm my wife said you smell delicious. I could even smell it at 8pm when I took a shower. It still projects long after the initial spray and while I felt it sat close to the skin it clearly doesn't. This is a fantastic scent and I am so glad to have it in my collection. It smells Niche quality and if I paid Niche price I'd not complain. It calls itself a limited edition, so will definitely get a back up. It is fast becoming a favourite. I'd say if you're worried about the oud opening, as I was, then don't be put off. It is a beautiful fragrance period.

Dayummmmmmmmmm ! The very first spray out of the box was like a shotgun at point blank . It's dark, woody, a tad spicy (probably smoky ) and almost seems impossible to wear in late spring and summer. I blind bought it and i'm lucky, I just love perfumes with such character. My first oud perfume was shaghaf oud but It was too feminine for my taste and I thought maybe oud smells more feminine, but now that I have this I understand which note was oud. Don't get it if you don't like Boss bottled absolu, or oajan not saying it has any notes matching but is has the same heart with heavy dark brown and earthy vibe. It has a very mature back bone ! Wish they switched it for the shaghaf amber infusion's brown bottle, and really wish it came in extrait version, as that would have been perfect. I can't believe I got it for 40 bucks. It's not as long lasting as I expected it to be and i didn't smell honey but again I just opened it and I believe in maceration. Hopefully it lasts long because that's important for such a good fragrance. Update: okay I do smell honey now but I don't know if it's a newer batch says 2024, it's not very long lasting. It fades within 5-6 hours on skin but stays for over a day on clothes. It's a shame since I'm totally in love with this fragrance and I wanted it to last. Also, I do smell honey now ! It's smooth and luxurious.

The nectar of the gods. Smell like an Egyptian prince. Much like the mummified Egyptian princes who have ascended to the afterlife, this stuff will live forever once you spray it. For $60, it smells like PDM-like, but I can’t say there’s a single fragrance by pdm that it reminds me of in particular but it has that niche quality you expect of a $200+ cologne. It smells like honey, luxurious woods, gold bars, and maybe figs/raisins in a sexy way and the agarwood is really well done so I can’t call it a PDM clone, it’s not, but it might take the place of Herod/ Oajan within your collection because the situations you would wear this are similar for me. I’m not a big oud guy but this stuff is lovely. I want to really accentuate the fruitiness I get from this, it’s not just a bomb of oud and honey, it’s got sweetness, mixed with the sandalwood or something but this stuff rocks socks. It might offend people, as with any fragrance containing agarwood/oud, but it’s lovely stuff and a little goes a long way. A new favorite for sure. Hopefully the price stays around the same and doesn’t skyrocket because I could see it going for a lot more and the more it goes over $60, the less it’s worth it. But right now it’s beast mode and a steal of a deal

Ladies- don't be like me and ignore the more for men tab. Its a beautiful masculine scent, but definitely more masculine than unisex. Smells like a wealthy and sexy middle aged dude. The leather and patchouli are really prominent than the rest of the notes. None of the sweetness comes through. There's also a minty note there too. Update: after a month of maceration, there's some light in the tunnel. Sharp metallic mint opening is gone, the honey note is more apparent. Its still definitely masc leaning. If you love oud with a hint of sweetness but want it more masculine, then this is the one. It's a heavy oud, so be warned. I like it, not sure if I love it. Far prefer the oud tonka from the same line. So it's been macerating for over 2 months, and finally, the annoying minty note is gone, and in left with a dense oud and honey. Still masc leaning but it's sweeter than before. It projects like crazy. You definitely don't need more than a couple of sprays with this one. It's definitely growing on me. Final note: after maceration of 3 months, the honey is denser and sweeter but the oud is still very much there. I'm loving this one, would love it even more on a man.

Blind bought Shaghaf oud, aswad and azraq, even though many warned against that (and I don't regret it one bit). Okay first of all on my skin this thing projectssss! One spay on the back of my hand and I could easily smell it even if i held my hand a bit further away. What I get most from the scent is cinnamon (lots of it) and honey, and oh my do i love it! It smells so good in the air. When I sniff closer I get more of the dark notes like oud and maybe leather, but nothing too stinky or harsh. To me it's unisex, maaaybe leaning a bit to the masculine side. From my collection this reminds me a little of Just Jack Tobacco leaf (TF tobacco vanille dupe). Not saying that they are super similar, but I would put them in the same kind of spicy-sweet-winter-strong category. Azraq being more of a middle-eastern take because of the oud. Also Qaa'ed comes to mind because I also get a lot of cinnamon on that one, but to me that's more masculine and leather-foward, Azraq feels easier and sweeter. Edit: Pascal morabito Sultan noir also might have some similarities? Similar notes but different composition? Azraq is thicker and sweeter, Sultan noir being lighter and incensy?

I’ll come back later when I’m not longer speechless. But rn, all I can say is... wheeeeeeeew😍😍😍 Ok, I'm back! I let this one sit for damn near 3 months. I knew when I got this, it was a love for me... but it smelled like it needed to settle. The oud was harsh. After sitting, I get a clean oud and a blast of cinnamon in the opening. But this baby, much to my delight, is not about oud. This is about honey, spice, and leather. And holy geez... this is amazing. I love oud, so i wouldn't be mad if the oud stuck around in a more present way, but I also love leather and am not mad at all at the way this dries down. I only started looking into this because I fell in love with Oajan, but not with its ridiculous price tag. Now, this is not a dupe of Oajan, but it has the honey, spices, vanilla and patchouli essence. Dare I say this has more edge due to the oud and leather? I do. This is good stuff. Once it dries down I get a full day of cinnamon, honey, smooth leather and soft oud. I prefer this to Oajan and Angel's Share, although I love all three. Wearing this today with Commodity Milk Bold for added sweetness and a touch of smoke. I can't stop sniffing myself!

I've just received it after a Blind Buy. I got to admit that it is very, VERY similar to MONTALE Honey Aoud. Also very similar to Oajan but! The fragrance that it reminded me the most was Dior's Fahrenheit LE PARFUM (Discontinued). The first sniff I took in brought INSTANTLY Fahrenheit Le Parfum. Is a Gorgeous, Sexy, Sweet and Spicy smell. I loved how the Oud is very blended with the Cinnamon and the Honey at such a perfect level that is almost untraceable. I has to concentrate really well myself to find the Oud while smelling. This projects really well and lasts A LOT! I use frequently SUITS and Tuxedos..... This fragrance goes very well with that type of clothing. I find it sexy and between young and mature stage. The leather at the drydown is very subtle and bold at the same time ..... they achieved a sweet kind of leathery vibe and I loved it!! This masterpiece is definitely a STEAL from the perfume Brand... is really underpriced for the quality that it brings to the scene. I DONT RECOMMEND BLIND BUYING!!! But I TOTALLY recommend a worthy try-out. I'm sure that 90% of Fragrance collectors and enthusiasts will enjoy this gem.

This one is a mature unisex, dense, sophisticated and elegant perfume — that is all about the amber with a tuch of oud and smooth leader. And what a classy, beautiful amber note it is! And the longer the time passes, it becomes more and more amazingly... - GO-RG-OUSSSS!!!!” Don’t be fooled by the notes of honey or vanilla — they are not as prominent as you might think, not sticky sweet nor light and playful in any way. When you first get this perfume spray 6-8 apritzs in the air, it is not yet settled and may smell a bit harsh- let it seat for few days this way it settle and Open up to reveal this gorgeous and classy amber note! don’t judge it too soon. Swiss Arabian’s Shaghaf Oud Azraq So I decided to buy this fragrance last year on September and before I get started on my review; I will be honest my pallet is fairly novice considering the fact that a lot of my fragrances have been designer. I am also a beginner when it comes to Oud Fragrances, now as for the fragrance I have given it time to macerate and it has become a beautiful Honey/Patchouli/Leathery on the dry down, it opens with some smooth Oud and a heavy Honey, not to pungent but smooth. Now I do recommend to go through macerating, that is when the Fragrance really becomes a Warm Spicy, Honey/Sweet, and Leathery/Oud. This fragrance can be cloying on the first sprays, at first the Oud note can come off a little to strong and can seem like it’s the only note you smell, as I said give it about 1-3 months of macerating and it should blend up beautifully. Shaghaf Oud Azraq Overall Rating: 8.5/10 P.S: Layering this with SWYI is a must try!

Amazing fragrance. The high star rating is not hype, it’s actually that good. I blind bought a bottle after seeing numerous positive reviews on Youtube. After giving it one wear, I went and ordered several more because I don’t ever want my collection to be without it. It’s a rich, sophisticated, and highly addictive scent that exudes class. Honey, spices, cinnamon, and a little oud. It does have some sweetness but not an overly sweet gourmand by any means. Leans just slightly masculine but would certainly smell great on a woman as well. The perfect holiday scent and almost feels like it was crafted with that end in mind. Blended to perfection and the performance is stellar as well. Best of all it’s unique and not many people will smell like this. $35 for such a quality fragrance is a no brainer. Idk how people justify paying $400-500 for overhyped and underperforming niche brands when gems like this are out there for a fraction of the price.

#328 in my "Your de Fragrance" This is very sharply ouody and woody in the opening. I disliked it immediately. But I let it dry and open up which it does nicely and the other notes come through. The honey and cinnamon are a nice warm touch here without getting very sweet, and the bit of patchouli really comes through at about a half hour. The longer I wore this the more and more I liked it till I realized I actually love it. It turns into a delicious and inviting skin scent and by noon you'll have a hard time to keep from sniffing it over and over again. I think it's a safe blind buy, but a little goes a long way, and you need to give it a couple of hours before you make up your mind one way or the other because it definitely evolves. Very masculine, though I know women who can easily pull this off. For the more mature wearer I think. Definitely a cold weather scent. Permanent spot in my rotation.

This fragrance is close to perfect. The opening throws me off guard, sometimes I smell a delicious honey oud, slightly skanky though I admit, or a whiskey coke. The dry down is where the magic occurs, the notes of honey are still there along with some rich vanilla and the oud is still there. Unfortunately, it is not a good blind buy as some will like or hate it. Also I wore it on clothes once and it smelled like sweat. The truth is is that I love our scents, but others don’t. A girl behind me in a lecture said “what’s that smell” in an awkward way. Wearing oud fragrances is good if you live in the Middle East or in south asian/ African countries, but not in the western world or in Europe. Stick to something popular by trend but not by people you know, you stand out than and are guaranteed to get a complimented frag.

Firstly, im a person that gets bored easily after buying a new perfume. This one bored me pretty quick, but its my case. After macerating for a month, this thing is niche quality. The ingredients are not syntetic, they feel refined in best way possible. For a clone fragrance its actually surprisingly good. The vibe is Montale-Honey Aoud and Parfums de Marly Oajan but leans more to Honey Aoud. Its pretty similar, recommend. Talking about performances after a month,this is what i got on skin: 7 Hours of longevity on skin/ 10-12 hours on clothes 1 hour of projection Leans a bit feminine, but overall unisex. Get this if you like sweet fragrances, the honey is proeminent and luxurious. Not that beastmode, its alright.

I adore this fragrance! I enjoy gourmand scents and enjoy the depth the oud adds to this fragrance. The opening is a bit punchy for maybe the first hour. It's an interesting scent, then suddenly delicious wafts of honey start coming through and it softens into a lovely vanilic, honey dry down. The dry down is perhaps a little too soft. I tend to enjoy fragrances a little more in my face, rather than catching faint whiffs throughout the day. I have had compliments on my scent trail though. So, anosmic? Anyho, I hope maceration improves the dry down because this is signature scent worthy. Two back up bottles on the way 30 quid each!! I don't know how I managed that! Heheheee praise be!

Oooooohhh Hello! Now we're talking! I don't have Montale Honey Oud, but I do have Floris Honey Aoud which is gorgeous but I don't wear often because I'm not sure when I'll be able to afford another bottle. This seems to land squarely in the middle of those two perfumes. The honey, cinnamon and tobacco hit hard from the get go with the oud just giving it a nice base. This is not a skanky oud bomb at all (I collect ouds so I have a pretty decent idea of what real oud smells like) Great projection and sillage and an absolute compliment magnet. I will be wearing this a lot over the winter. This is next level from Swiss Arabian and smells a lot more expensive than it is.

A golden and dramatic opening, you are now a baklava. A heart of oud enters like a smooth, smoky mafia boss saying "we do things my way", whilst the spices gather around and nod solemnly in agreement. The vanilla is creamy and comforting and the leather is a biker who reads poetry. Together they say "we could be toxic but we choose elegance". If gold had a smell, it would be this. If you want to smell like a dragon who hoards pots of honey instead of treasure, this is your moment. Performance:- Projection: You will be smelled from space. Longevity: Until the next fiscal quarter. Sillage: People will follow you like you are handing out free Baklava samples.

I am writing this review after one minute from applying this scent and I am over the moon because of how good this is, I have never ever smelled anything like this before this is beyond good and love unbelievable how impressive this is and I just got my bottle so you can imagine when this have the time to settle for few weeks how it will improve, so glad that I snatched a bottle when it was in notino and I got it for almost nothing At first sniff I was a bit shocked as its definitely leaning middle eastern smell wise, but once it opens up oh man it's good, it's not projecting much but I just got my bottle so am sure it will improve over time, big love

Have it, love it. Strong opening of a well done synthetic oud with gobs of honey. Thick and heavy juice that comes from a massive blast from each spray. Great staying power above average projection. Gorgeous presentation for the money. The opening is aggressive so don't buy if you're looking strictly for a honey sweet fragrance. This is medicinal sharp oud opening countered with sweet honey, then calms down into a sweet woody base. I love it for what it is. On the verge of challenging to wear but passable for beginners who aren't afraid to venture into new scents. Limited edition, at least for now, so go for it. It'll be great in Autumn and Winter.

Patchouli leather bomb. Smells very similar to Francesca Bianchi Sticky Fingers. Not as gourmand as one might think. Has a bit of a Vicks VapoRub opening, similar to Rayhaan Terra, likely from the oud. Sweet, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Good for fall and winter. Definitely smells Middle Eastern—spicy, though I don't get a lot of cinnamon. The oud isn't animalic, but it's a little rough around the edges. Smells great in the air, but putting your nose right up against it can be a little harsh. 2–3 sprays is sufficient. Montale Honey Aoud is sweeter and smoother. Nice fragrance, especially for the price. I would rate it a 6.8/10 for the wintertime.

Damn this smells SO GOOD. I've read comments/reviews of how good this one is but was scared off by the cinnamon/honey, as my skin always seems to amplify cinnamon notes to the extreme, and honey notes turn really cloying on me. I just bought a bunch of samples and nearly took this out of my cart before I placed my order, but I'm SO GLAD I didn't. I really don't get a super prominent cinnamon or honey note in this, just delicious, sweet, warm, spiced vanilla/leather. THIS is what I wanted from Lattafa Ishq al Shuyuk Gold, but that one has the weird rubbery cherry-ish thing going on that still hasn't subsided after 1.5 years.

So I have Oajan decant and this one! And I don’t understand how they smell similar or even close! In fact I do like it as an oud scent and yes I do love oud, and this one for me smells like high quality oud and thats it, no honey, no cinnamon, no vanilla, no leather no patchouli, literally nothing else but oud, pure oud! I don’t know maybe because it’s a new batch, 12/2025 and it needs maceration?! My nose! I dunno!! Performance is good, around 6 to 7 on my skin not a beast as most people say, could be my skin tho. Gonna wait for a couple of months and come back if anything changes.

This is terrific stuff. I saw a YouTuber say this is Mancera quality & I agree. It has a vinous or cola-like smell that is intoxicating. Oud is definitely present. However, there is a big problem and it's the same problem with Bentley For Men Intense or Red Tobacco. It's so strong that it has limited wearability. It has massive projection and longevity. You would never wear this to the office or on a date. The only times I wear it are parties, bars, etc. and it's competing w/ other frags for that slot. Still, I like this so much I'm glad to have it in the collection for those times.

This is Arabian Christmas in a bottle, if that makes sense. The opening cinnamon and honey combo is strong and very pleasant and accompanied by easy going oud. I get a bit of patchouli too. Overall, it's sweet and thick, but not cloying, with a lot of character. I'd say it's strictly for cold weather, can't imagine wearing it in summer, but that's me. Great perfomance. Masculine leaning, maybe, but I'm a female and that's my favourite Swiss Arabian perfume from their Shaghaf line. A suscessful blind buy for me. I love it. One of those wow! perfumes. Amazing presentation too.

open with barnyardish and skanky oud with a sweetness from honey (same vibes with Aoud Honey Montale), then came spicy notes from cinnamon that Azraq reminds me a little with AzzaroWBN. For the base, the vanillic, leather and patchouli notes blend perfectly. Yes. its so daring and challenging to wear but im really like it because of the opening of it that makes animalic nuance in this fragrance. Perfomance really good 8-10 hours on skin with great projection. its really worth to buy full bottle if you like animalic, sweet, skanky or barnyardish opening and medicinal scent.

The oud is the standout note, which should come as no surprise. I let my bottle sit for a month, and the first time I sprayed it (before maceration), I thought it was not very special. Now I find it irresistible. So funny how that works. It has the same tang as Lattafa Bade al Oud - Oud for Glory. I haven’t smelled them side-by-side, but their dry-down seems similar as I sniff Azraq. No one around me said they could smell it, except for one positive review moments after I applied it. I would not call this a beast, but it does seem to have lasting power on me.

My bottle is almost two years old, and the scent has become so smooth. Honey, oud, cinnamon, and a musky animalic note that must be the leather. This is sooooo good. When I wear it I feel like an ant crawled up inside the crevices of a cinnamon roll. Such a cozy, comfort scent. The bottle and presentation are top notch, too. Highly recommended as a fall/winter or date night scent for men or women. If we ever get winter here, I plan to spray this all over a sweater and wear it outside... It's one of those scents that works better in cold, dry air.

If you enjoy a good spiced Rum and Coke, this scent will be no stranger to you. The opening is just that. After that it's a sweet, honeyed cinnamon and vanilla. The drydown has well-balanced patchouli, amber, light leather and woods (oud). Super smooth scent. I have smelles honey oud by montale and instantly fell in love with the dna.My first reaction was wow.Then i got azraq and at the first spray i didnt have the wow effect.After some weaks i have smelled again and the wow effect appeared became really well blended.Compared to montale azraq has more darkness which is from the oud and montale has only slighly oud only in the drydown.Honestly azraq feels more balanced with the darkness it has and probably better performer aswell.10/10(the oud is not animalic at all and beginner friendly)

Alces Alces left a great review about this. The opening is like a very rich deep honey amber cinnamon cake, and the dry down smells more like rich oud with still some of that cinnamon honey cake but it gets darker as it dries. Masterpiece for winter, fall, the beginning of spring and all cool weather I'd say below 60 degrees at least, and even moreso 50 degrees. Not for warm temperatures unless you're ok with offending people, and the arabians still wear strong stuff in summer. I love it, I gave it 5 stars

I find this a very gorgeous scent, so much so that I bought a second bottle. I don't find the opening that rough like some of the previous reviewers. Yes the opening is a little harsher then the drydown (it reminded my daughter of poo.....not me....), for me it's 'love at first sniff', and the drydown gives an "olfactic high".... I don't think it gives a synthetic vibe, although it has synthetics of course..... Very concentrated, amazing staying power, I think you can call this beast mode.

I'm usually not a big fan of oud-based fragrances but I fell in love with Honey Aoud after testing it a few months ago. Must say this comes very close to the real deal. It is a warm, luxurious sent and the quality seems great. In my opinion perfect for all occasions, as long as the weather outside is cold. But a good idea to reduce the amount of sprays if you're going to the office... 😅 I agree with other people here: In no way safe to blind-buy so please test this or Honey Aoud first.

It's finally here☺️ Very rough opening for anyone that's not used to skanky ouds. it lasted over an hour on my skin and nearly scrubbed it off. It gets smoother and lovelier after that. The honey and spices slowly develops and makes it less skanky. Thankfully the patchouli isn't a pain in this one, it might have the tiniest smidge of musk as well. Two sprays is too much for me, lasts a whole day on my skin. Maximum projection for 7 hours then fades away but leaves a trail.

Sounds like some of the bad reviews are coming from poeple who haven't smelled any oud fragrances before. While I haven't smelled Montale's Honey Aoud, I can say that I really like this one, and that's just what I get: honey and oud with cinnamon on top. I think one woman said it reminded her of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and now I think of it too. Used to love that stuff when I was a kid. Do your inner-child a favor and try this one if you like oud scents.

Just got this for Christmas. I sprayed it Christmas morning, and then let it set for a few days. I'm wearing it today to see what I think. So far, this is fantastic. It does remind me of Montale's Honey Oud, as well as Boss Bottled Absolu. I will update more in the coming weeks. A quick note about "unisex". If my wife or daughter were to wear this, I would find it extremely off-putting. This is a Man's scent, through and through.

Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Azraq...AS IN...THIS ROCKS! Yes my friends, Azraq definitely ROCKS! This fragrance is the best of the Swiss Arabian Shaghaf fragrances. THE BEST! Azraq makes Montale Honey Aoud redundant - no need to buy it - Swiss Arabian is exactly the same and overall better! Azraq is unisex, great sillage, long lasting, great value and you will smell terrific all day. 10/10 - Its great!

After reading some negative reviews, I was put off buying this. But managed to get a great deal on one, and pulled the trigger on a blind buy. I'm glad I did, as nothing in my collection smells similar. To my nose, this is a Cinnamon bomb, rounded with a layer of Honey and a light oud note giving it some weight. It's strong, projects well and last around 10 hours for 3 sprays. Very impressed! 8/10.

I so love ❤️ this dupe and it’s one of my favorite middle eastern fragrances I own. I have a decant of Montales og Honey Aoud and to me, they’re pretty close. For the price, quality, and performance this one is a no brainer 👍 Apparently there is something in this scent profile that’s quite sexy and appealing to my nose 😍 More masculine 💪 and perfect for cold weather. This is a winner 🏆 🙌

Can we say "niche" in a bottle for around $40?? The ingredients themselves may not be top notch, but the blend, the thickness, the richness, the creativity, the sillage, and the noticeable changes that occur throughout the seemingly eternal longevity of this fragrance make this one of the best bargains in the game hands down. Someone tell me that I'm lying. I'll wait...😂

God damn. If JPG Le Male Elixir is my favourite scent rn, this comes very close. It's in that same vein of honey sweetness, but this has a darker twist on it thanks to the oud. Incredible fragrance, it lasts forever too while being on $50, which is insane value. Get this if you want to stand out in the winter, great for date night or clubbing in my opinion.

Fantastic honey oudy oily warm balanced sweet scent. Not as strong as shaghaf Oud, but I’m simply overspraying and it smells and projects great Update: got a sample of honey Oud. Definitely like the azraq better. It’s oiler and smoother, less spicy and less screaming. I can pick up urine note in honey oud (specifics of honey note), which azraq does not have

Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Azraq 🪵🍯 Just got this in and it’s a total beast. Huge blast of warm honey and spiced amber right up front, backed by a smooth woody/leather base. The vanilla makes it way smoother and less aggressively sweet than the original gold bottle. Performance is nuclear—go easy on the sprays. Absolute steal for cold weather. 10/10

not gonna lie, this one scared me at first, that initial spray was insane give it about 5 minutes though and it is a deliciously smooth honey & oud, a decent dose of spice, and a warm vanilla & amber background. the bourbon vanilla adds some booziness. i’m going to let it sit and mature, no doubt its rough edges will smooth out.

Just smell this in the air, not right up against your skin! Give it a spray on your wrist and let it waft up to your nose - it projects well. Smelled right up against the skin, the leather and oud notes are kinda overpowering. But in the air, oh my! It's like cinnamon toast mixed with oud, and it's just delicious!

First impression: Immediately upon spraying, this is a cinnamon bomb! When it wafts through the air to my nose, it reminds me of Coke. When I bring my nose to it, straight up cinnamon essential oil. What bliss in a bottle. It's what I wish Megalium was, just liquid cinnamon poured all over me. Cinnaman out.

After having both this and honey aoud id say this is about 80 percent to it. The performance on this is just as good too. Very loud projection and longevity is beast mode too. I get more honey and cinnamon in this than oud. Honey aoud has more oud in it. This is one id say to get over the original. 10/10

If i didnt know the price i would think this fragrance costs +150€. The start as others say is a bit animalic but after 5 minute it settles down to a cozy and delicious honey vanilla darkness that suits the cold weather perfectly. Niche quality for like 35€ Also the box i amazing, feels very high quality
