Shawq

Just got my bottle right now. I read a lot about the pineapple smell in this one, and all I read reminded me to Black Xs L'Excès, which is a pinapple bomb too. And wow, once i have it, i can tell you that the opening is extremely similar to BXS L'E. It is much more similar to Black XS L'Excès than to Creed Aventus, by far. I'll see what happens with the smells evolution. I'm happy with the purchase, Black XS L'Excès is discontinued and this makes the game well. I would say Shwaq is between Black XS L'Excès and the woody/smokyness of Aventus. EDIT: Shawq and Black XS L'excès have very similar top notes. Not base ones. Shawq has a strong ambroxan smell at the base that makes it last much longer and better than Black XS L'Exces. The more i use it, the more i like Shawq: 9/10 for me.

Swiss Arabian Shawq is a fruity-citrusy pineapple 🍍 fragrance. Very nice scent. Shawq has that realistic pineapple smell that last throughout the life of the scent. It last fairly well and people can smell you when you walk by. I can't believe that it smells this good for that low of a price. I also have Rave Now and Qaud Al Fursan. I can say that Swiss Arabian Shawq smells better in my opinion. Shawq is perfect to wear alone or layering. CDNIM Pure oil or CDNIM Pure Parfum layered with Swiss Arabian Shawq. It is fire🔥!! I believe Shawq gets better with time so I will let it sit for a while and see if it improves. Another great buy!!👍

A dense juicy perfume that is sweet and fun to wear. Performance is also solid with 6-8 hours longevity with 2-3 hours projection for around 2-3 feet. The top notes are fruity with lots of ripe pineapple and black current. The base note is a nice powdery musk that is pleasant skin scent to have. Suitable for warmer weather and for all ages. Excellent value for money Overall 8.5/10

Its a sweet smokey Pineapple bomb... More sweet and less smoke... My Latin wife loves it and can't get enough in the summertime. I always get complements by women when I wear this... It lasts forever and you smell me a mile away... I know some frag heads want to bash it but come on guys... Its $20-40 a bottle and it does exactly what you want it to do... Summertime in a bottle!!!

How good is this one? I am thinking of getting a backup bottle :)) Somehow, I can smell some tobacco scent when it is on my skin. The projection is good, but the longevity is not very good. For an EDP under $20, I am okay with that! I prefer this scent over QAED AL FURSAN by Lattafa for sure.

Sweet, fruity, smoky. It's an amazing scent with great performance. This is my best blind buy, it's very safe. It has the Aventus vibe, trust me. It's not an Aventus clone but it does have some sort of DNA for sure. Got a compliment on the first day with this fragrance. Love it!

Shawq is a really nice sweet fruity perfume. Good longevity and silage. In fact, the dry down silage is the most pleasant part, bright, fresh, soapy and juicy. If you want a sweet fruity summer perfume - maybe give this a try

Very, very beautiful fragrance. Brighter than quaed al fursan, more fresh. It reminds me a lot the opening of cdnim EDP but this one remains bright throughout. Pretty good performance.

Very beautiful fragrance, an instant love draw guaranteed compliment. 6 8 hours longevity with a decent projection for 2 3 hours pineapple note stays till last. Great value for money.

Update to below: Shawq is definitely one of the nicest fruit based perfumes in my opinion. It has a really lovely silage when the dry down hits. Fruity and soapy

200% Black currants. Smells like the drydown of 2015 berry aventus batches without ambergris base. Awesome frag on its own amazing presentation

If you mix cdni and Shawq you will get a Aventus 100%, Shawq is great Fragrance for low price- 9/10...

NOT AN AVENTUS CLONE! Was it inspired by Aventus? Probably, but to me this doesn't smell like Aventus, not even the "fruity batches." It is a pineapple and black currant bomb with some ambroxan and birch (not much) at the base. That's not to say it's bad. I think it's probably of higher quality than most Aventus clones, honestly. It projects very well and lasts a long time on skin - I'm not making a comparison here, but if you're missing the discontinued Montblanc Legend Intense, you would probably appreciate this fragrance. There's a major fruit salad vibe going on that lasts throughout the fragrance's lifetime; what you smell is what you get! If you're looking for a straight-up Aventus clone, however, don't buy this blind. Go for one of the other better-known substitutes.

This is great pineapple bomb, very sweet but not cloying. Has some citrus/black-currant backbone and very faint shower-gel vibe so it is fresh as well, especially in the opening. No resemblance to Aventus but more like aventus inspired since there is no smoky or earthiness atleast in the opening, comes closer to the DNA in the dry-down. Performance is okayish, lasts for about 5-6 hours on my skin and 8+ hours on shirt, with decent projection for the first hour or so; nothing great and definitely not beast mode. Presentation is just basic, cheap plastic cap but bottle is fairly solid and ergonomic. All in all its a nice scent, doesn't smell too cheap and is a good buy for summer rotation with average performance.

This is an amazing pineapple scent and most specifically like pineapple juice. It is very sweet and can give you that alcoholic smell once in the beginning sometimes but most of the time you are all good. In short if you like sweet or just the way pineapple smells? then look no further. It is a solid performer as well with great longevity and decent projection, it is a cheapie so you can reapply and keep on going. My batch is 05/21 and it is a solid scent. As for the comparison with Aventus? I don't really see it, just because it has pineapple it doesn't mean that it would be an Aventus clone. This is purely based on pineapple nothing else. Highly recommended if you don't mind sweet fruity scents.

Got a new formulation bottle. Smells like pineapple and woods (birch probably) Up close you may not like, in the air, it is quite good. Bought it for just 11 $ which is super good price. Totally different from Armaf CDNIM which is supposedly the best Aventus clone. Performance is Good and i have seen that many perfumes get better after some use and some time. Overall a good addition as I didn't have a pineapple fragrance. Overall 8/ 10 Recommended for test.

I got this for 14$ on notino. At that price you don't expect much from a fragrance, but this is very good. It smells a little chemically-dusty on first spray, but then it becomes woody-juicy with a considerable dose of sharpness. As for performance, BE CAREFUL HOW MUCH YOU APPLY! This one can easily be over-sprayed. It projects very well and lasts till the next day on my skin. Great fragrance, especially for outdoors.

@brandon.yambura I have the new bottle, I bought a couple of weeks ago and I didnt know the earlier bottle or batch. My bottle is rounded, the juice is like fresh pineapple, very fruity and lacks the Aventus's twist I think, the smell is good but I wanted to buy an Aventus clone. It doesn't project at all, at least on my skin, the longevity is also terrible, I'm disappointed with the purchase after the reviews.
