Tabac Original Eau de Toilette

definitely an aquired taste for most. I hated it and thought it smelt like an old smoker for the first few days I had it, but as I warmed up to it, it came to become by favourite fragrance. the blend of bitterness, sweetness, musk and woods is done incredibly well. it has decent longevity and projection, but I don't think you'd want this to be beast mode anyway. I'm a younger guy but I think for the majority of young dudes this is just a bit too much, however if you're up for something a bit more challenging definitely go for it, its cheap as anything, I got a 50ml tester for $9aud or probably around $5usd.

More citrus and less soapy-floral than the EDC, generally a more modern take. This may appeal to more people than the EDC and if you have one you may wish to try the other because they are in fact different enough to justify it. I'm not sure I prefer this one over the cologne per se, but this is still a really nice flanker that is perhaps a little more versatile than the original. A touch more dry and less sweet than the original means the eau de toilette will fit nicer in the warmer months than the cologne, making this even more of an all-rounder. Love it!

Smells classy, clean and old-school. This is what i would imagine a gentleman would wear going to work in the 70's. Very suiltable for daily wear. Projection and sillage are very weak. My girlfriend doesn't think it's good but i really like it. 8/10

The EDT version of Tabac is very good. I really like this scent, it reminds me of other Aromatic bangers and has a nice ambermusky drydown. Hits a spot, moderate performance but as expected.

Classic barber shop scent a bit old school but if thats your vibe than this one is as good as any

Chamomile, carnation and sandalwood. You just can't do better than this. Love it.

If youre looking for a cheap substitute for current Kouros, this is it. (Vintage Kouros aside) This might even be better. Anyway a great powerhouse style edt on a bugdet. Really nothing to do with Tabac Original eau de cologne, bear this in mind! People here talking about this being a watered down version of the original.. it isnt. This is the edt version that came a few years back and has allmost nothing to do with the original 1959 edc release.

Smells great but it's like water with a bit of fragrance added. All scent is gone in an hour, and there's no projection, so what's the point?

Wow has this been reformulated. The longevity and volume used to be nigh on terrifying. In the 1990s, this was so strong that I had a migraine for a week after my husband wore it once and had the bottle in our bathroom. I made him bury it in the yard till garbage day. True story. For context: I love super strong perfume and buy hardcore Arabian stuff.

I was disappointed when trying this. I've had after shave of this for ages and love the smell. The aftershave has timeless quality but the EdT smells bitter and a bit dated due to the oakmoss. It is not too bad, especially if you like oakmoss, but in my opinion after shave (and EdC probably as well) is better.
