White Musk

Muschio Bianco by Tesori d’Oriente is a clean, subtle and airy perfume, powdery and delicate, I would say. Unlike other types of musk derived from animal or plant sources, white musk results from a chemical synthesis of various compounds, probably Hanolide, Tonalid, or Galaxolide with its strong and diffusive sweet musky floral, clean, slightly fruity soap powder-like lactonic aroma. But there are different varieties of musk on the market. Initially, I was a bit sceptical, and I wasn’t very fond of this perfume, but over time I’m definitely liking it. It’s like a drug, addictive and has become my favourite scent to snort whenever I feel like it, evoking the fresh, clean vibe of freshly done laundry. Honestly, it is not clear from the list of ingredients which of the molecules is relatively used in the formula of this perfume. The fact is that the result is great for those who love clean musky fragrances at an absurd price. Although white musk is easily recognizable in fragrances, fabric softeners, and household products, here it takes on a particularly powdery and vanilla aroma that makes it sensual and intimate as the elixir blends with the skin’s oils and penetrates the fabric texture. It cleanses the soul. It’s like angels keeping evil at bay, it’s like light scaring the darkness away, it’s like a moonbeam shining through a black sky. It may seem slightly exaggerated to some, but these are the sensations that Muschio Bianco creates in my body, soul, and mind. It’s a perfume I’ve had my eye on for a long time, but I’ve always avoided because of another one in the same collection, MirraMirra, which is cloying and annoying for my tastes. Muschio Bianco is such a popular “drug store” fragrance. No wonder why, really. It is a delightful scent. It begins as a generic white musk scent, tangible, unmistakable; fine and dandy. There are countless of them all over the world. So, give it a dozen minutes and it’s one of the nicest white musk fragrances around, at least in the lower price range. Absurd. At the beginning, there are white flowers and moss. I like to spray it repeatedly, continuously, like a ritual, to feel the clear and sparkling aldehyde notes of the opening every time. The lightness is so palpable, against a background of white musk intertwined with white indolic flowers. The aldehydes dissolved in this elixir taste like clean laundry, soapy, silky, nothing to do with hairspray, metallic, or similar. With each spray, it is as if the air were more breathable, rich in fresh notes, a breath of purifying musk. As the aldehydes tone down, a burst of plump white jasmine flowers takes over. A sparkling and slightly soapy floral musk. This baby is a delicate white floral and is also what is used to describe “a sense of clean”. A floral and powdery musk makes its way into the heart. The more it develops, the more it reflects the facets of talcum powder. It's not a baby cologne, not a makeup accessory, just powdery talcum powder. Alpha-isomethyl ionone is rich in chalky powderiness, without a trace of iris or violet leaves. Even the rosy accords are dusty, as if a shower of talc had sprinkled and whitened the petals of a bouquet of delicate, immaculate, freshly bloomed white roses. When it enters the base, the musk takes on clean, still soapy, slightly salty and light woody tones. On the bottom there is a spicy vanilla, more dusty than sweetish and gourmand. The purity of the omnipresent white musk gradually takes on floral aspects, then powdery, then soapy, and finally warm amber and woody. This muskiness is what lasts for hours and oozes from time to time. Don't expect animalic notes of dark musk. As in any other white musk-based perfume, sooner or later the sweet, soapy and floral notes of synthetic white musk emerge. There is nothing reminiscent of deer musk. I would especially recommend it for everyday use in autumn or spring because it is quite light for winter and quite heavy for summer. If you like to pamper yourself before going bad, a few sprays on the pillow are what will accompany you all night, with a wish in the morning. I like to wear it in the evening after a shower, something that prolongs that feeling of cleanliness and freshness outside the shower. Don’t underestimate its power. It is too strong if you use it too much and may disturb you and people near you. Many people are anosmic to white musk and spray excessively. But other people are very sensitive and I feel offended by the potency of this seemingly weak and harmless scent. Muschio Bianco is a total winner. After the aldehydic opening has dissipated, a well-rounded composition presents itself with sharp white flowers and starchy musk notes. At the same time, subdued and penetrating. Unapologetically synthetic. Despite its floral note, I find it to be more genderless than other white musks. A straightforward statement of “Clean”. I'm expressing my impressions on a bottle I've owned since June 2024.

I've been on a hunt for the perfect Nivea/Dove soap perfume for a looong time. Most clean scents turn sharp on my skin, the Nivea perfume lasts 2 minutes... Pur Blanca by Avon is a very nice clean scent but not exactly what I had in mind. I've had no luck with Tesori d'Oriente fragrances so far, so I don't even know why I tried out its White Musk body spray but I'm so glad I did. It smells EXACTLY like the classic Nivea cream in the blue tin after a few seconds (it smells like bug spray at first tbh). I don't know if there are any differences between the scent of the EDT and the body spray, I can imagine that the EDT is q bit sharper. The longevity is quite good considering it's only a body spray - lasts a few hours and only a couple sprays are enough because it's quite strong. I use it after showering, for a bedtime scent and it's perfect for that. I'm thinking about buying the laundry detergent and the shower gel too. Update: I couldn't resist buying the EDT in a gift box with body cream for an amaaazing price (seriously, I paid less than 10 euros!). I find the EDT even nicer than the body spray. No bug spray opening, just pure nivea cream scent. Sophisticated, comforting, clean. I use it after shower for a night scent and I can still smell it in the morning. I'm thrilled that I finally found the 2*perfect* clean cream fragrance - and without robbing the bank!

Great perfume I use it every single day. I have the whole set. I have the shower gel, perfume, deodorant and body cream. The smell is amazing, and for me, it lasts so long despite the low price. Personally, on my skin, it smells like heaven, and I have gotten so, so many compliments on it, and people on the street have stopped me to ask what perfume I'm wearing. I have been using it for almost 2 years now, and the smell is basically stuck on my skin lol. The price of the perfume in my country is very low. The bottle is small and convenient to carry in a small purse. Personally, I think the bottle is great despite other reviews, and I think it's very unique and vintage-looking. Of course I'm not trying to influence anyone into buying it, but for my skin type and style it's absolutely perfect, and I will be using it every single day for the rest of my life. Probably no expensive or designer perfume will replace it for me. Like I've said before, everyone has different tastes and opinions, but this is my opinion. Also, somehow the perfume also smells milky when sprayed on skin directly, and the milky scent lasts long, and for me the perfume lasts all day and the next morning as well. I have no idea how it's possible since I've heard people say it doesn't last much, but that's just how it is for me personally.

I got this because it's ridiculously cheap and I just wanted to see how this scent performs and smells. It does open up with insect repellant but it goes away in less than a minute and afterwards it smells like floral scented baby wipes for at least 30 mins. Then finally you get more of the musk but at this point the sillage is much more intimate and it does turn into a skin scent fairly soon after, like after drydown it lasts for like an hour altogether before completely disappearing from my skin without any trace of ever being there. It does smell very clean, powdery and soft and the smell isn't that bad at all for this price if you exclude the mosquito spray opening. I'll probably use up the whole bottle eventually but I'm not sure if I'll repurchase because of the baby wipes smell which isn't really my cup of tea. The powdery florals with the musk are nice even though I'm not the biggest white floral girlie. All in all this is an ok fragrance and has matching shower and bath gel options as well as deodorants if you want to maximize the baby wipes vibes you totally can for an affordable price.

Taken by a compulsive shopping spree, I emptied the Treasures of the East sector. Having snubbed and / or underestimated it for years and years, despite having appreciated its olfactory performance on several occasions. After reading all the reviews here on Fragrantica I decided to test and live these cheap fragrances, very synthetic but still pleasant, if it goes I will spray them in the rooms ... White Musk by Tesori d'Oriente is a fragrance of the Paolo Cerizza nose therefore definitely a blend with its true identity and not the usual improvised dupe. White musk emerges in its reassuring and powdery nature, leaving a floral scent of rose petals and white flowers amplified by the power of aldehydes. When dry down, the sensuality of amber leaves its mark. I believe it is by far the best fragrance in the line.

This is eloquent, sensual and delicate. Forget about NR or the body shop musk, this so deep, clean🤍, ethereal, and velvety, resembling the scent of freshly washed linen or the gentle embrace of a loved one. Its subtle with a touch of sophistication. It adapts and blends seamlessly, much like a second skin without being animalic. Absolutely my favorite out of Tesori d’orient line. Long lasting. It gets more powdery at the dry down but in a smooth creamy way. So even if you hate powdery scents like me, you’re going to enjoy this one. I got the bath cream first time and fell in love with the it and I got the perfume for not even 5 euros! That’s the most affordable perfume I know that smells like wealth.

Yes, this is synthetic and not really evolving scent BUT it is also my go to everyday perfume. It is fresh shower Dove/Nivea smell, but so much nicer. You smell just clean, nice and fresh and it lasts all day long on skin and I can smell it from my clothes even after week. If you love this smell as I do, I recommend White Musk shower gel and laundry perfume as they smell the same. This perfume has all the notes I love in Chanel No.5. I also have original No.5 and it has way smaller longevity and sillage then Tesori White Musk. White Musk is great price/value deal and if you also like musky and powdery side of No.5 but would like it more fresh and potent, White Musk is good (and cheaper) alternative.

Smells just like Nivea creme or Dove soap. In the best possible way. Initially, when you first spray it, it gives you that strong whiff of hairspray and alcohol, but within 2min that weird hairspray scent is gone and you're left with the scent of Nivea creme (or its perfume) or the scent of Dove soap. I personally LOVE it as I'm obsessed with clean, soapy, laundry scents, but if this is not your thing then you might hate it. I blind bought it today as I was hoping for it to smell like Nivea or Dove soap and thankfully I wasn't disappointed. It is exactly what I was looking for. A perfect scent to smell extra clean. Again, a vintagy laundry/soap profile. But I LOVE it.

Tesori di oriente is basically my teen years and young adult hood ! I first came across this beautiful scent when I was about 12 years old in my hometown in Sicily. It was love at first sniff and it was my signature for many years. A few weeks ago I got Coco Noir and it smells like the more mature , sophisticated sister of it and now Coco Noir is my signature scent but tesori will always stay in my heart because it molded my passion for fragrance and prepared me for the big Chanel ! Tesori di oriente white musk , opens with a fresh flowery powertet scent, the dry down hugs you with warm musk notes and it literally hugs you for the time you wearing it !

This is my cat’s favourite and over these couple of years it has become my catdad’s choise for more beautiful and peaceful world. (Catladies and catdads make the world better too.) Maybe it’s not even my best smelling perfume, but for some reason I just can’t get enough. I want it, I NEED it. When I’m not wearing it I'm thinking of wearing it. There’s no rhyme or reason, but so it just is. It's clean and comforting and quite simple scent, but sometimes simple things are all you need to feel content. It's not loud, but it lasts 12 hours on my skin. Just wear what makes you happy. After all, you know what is the best for you.

Indeed a fascinating soapy-powdery-clean-intimate aroma lingering more than 12h on the fabrics and long enough on the skin. I didn't expect having such a marvellous surprise for such a good price. Love it ! And thanks for the tip - someone before me - it is outstanding for layering with other perfumes !!! I also acquired the deodorant, the shower gel and the body butter and I am even more pleased with all of them. I kind of like better the smell of the deodorant - on me - than that of the perfume. And the cream - warm and discreet - a true pleasure. Thank you Tesori :-)

This is my mother's signature scent, and I love it because it reminds me of her comforting presence, her soft, soothing voice. I was wearing White Musk in the summer of 2011, and she loved it so much that I gave her my bottle. Since then I've been buying her backup bottles of White Musk to ensure she'll never be without it. She still tells me that women of all ages stop her on the street to ask her what scent she is wearing. Of all the perfumes I've given her so far, she loves White Musk the most. This scent is part of her and she won't go anywhere without it.❤️

This is a lovely little cheapie. I have the entire Tesori d’Oriente White Musk collection, which, aside from this EDT, also includes a solid soap, liquid soap/body wash, deodorant and body butter. This EDT is a lovely, clean, fresh and just a little kinky musk scent, with above average longevity. It’s so much better than the sharp, acidic TBS White Musk. It’s great on its own as a simple, unassuming everyday frag, but also excellent for layering - for example, I layer it with Diptyque Eau Rose to get a gorgeous, long lasting rose-musk combo.

THIS stuff... I’ve owned hundreds of perfumes and spent a small fortune. After it all, when it comes down to it, on the daily I want to smell *nice* and *clean* and I can’t stomach using some $100+ bottle on the daily when I’m going to want something I can get away with 3-6 sprays. THIS stuff is literally perfect. HG affordable white musk. 8+ hours, 2-5ft projection, unisex, inoffensive. Regarding the negative reviews, I also absolutely hate the first 20 minutes. But I can stand it because for the rest of the day I love it!

The first time i sprayed it on my arm, it smelled like fresh, clean bed sheets and i liked it soo muchh. After giving it many tries, the perfume started to mix with my body chemistry, and now it smells mostly like sweet natural body odor in a weird way, plus its projection is VERY strong (in my case that's a negative thing). I enjoy wearing it only the first day after taking a break from this scent. The second day and after, it starts smelling bad on me, to the point where i'm super insecure about my scent.

It does what it says on the tin, that is 'white musk'. It's clean, agreeable, powdery and fluffy. The packaging is simple and functional (it will protect the frag from sunlight). Based on the reviews I hesitated to buy but it seems to me that some people rather judge a fragrance based on packaging and price. The juice is very decent quality, I suspect if the same thing was sold under a designer or niche/high-end brand, people would rave about it and spend hard cash. I don't mind it though, more for me. :)

This winter I'm loving this musk! This version of clean, my ideal! I've even received some compliments and usually you don't notice scents on me because of the pH, probably. It's a real shame that its projection only lasts half an hour on me and then fades. I bought Pure Musk Afnan thinking it would be similar, instead the Afnan on me has a Dove soap-like feel, while this one by Tesori d'Oriente has that clean fresh aldehyde-like fabric softener detergent white flowers that I've been looking for as ideal.

I'll start with a con - yes, just one. It irritates my eyes after i spray it. Once it settles it's okay, but when i spray it i can feel my eyes sting. Now the pros - I think of it as a refreshing shower in a bottle. Very clean and fresh, I can imagine it's going to be superb for hot summer days. If I had to describe it using 2 words I'd say "white soap". It doesn't last very long but considering the price I'm not gonna hold it against it. So far this is my fave TdO fragrance.

I blind bought this because of the good reviews on our national "Fragrantica" and the low price. First I found it terrible, like others, I thought it smelled mosquito repellent. But as it was already there, I gave it a second and third try, and I realized I like it a lot. My daughter and mother also like it, so now each of us have a Tesori White Musk of our own. I will always rebuy it.

Tesori d'Oriente White Musk is one of my favorite fragrances! I wear this alot. It's clean, fresh and not complicated. This like a cross between Jovan White Musk and the Body Shop one. It's probably the best value out there. When it's on sale the 3.4 oz bottles are $10 on their website. The notes are.. Rose, ylang ylang, freesia, jasmine, clove, white musk, sandalwood and vanilla.

This is such a stunning white musk for the price. It has all those bright white indistinguishable florals; starchy laundry notes. But about a minute in I get a very subtle herbal, almost minty hint. I'm an 80s animal so this will appeal to those remembering aldehydic 'hairspray' notes. Truly excellent for the price, the matching soap is wonderful too.

Fresh unisex aldehydic musk scent. Clean and crisp, in the beginning there is a blast of feminine leaning soapy-aldehydic opening that gives place to a powdery white musk unisex scent that lasts more than 6 hours on my skin. Powerful perfume, maybe a bit synthetic but extremely value for money. One can never go wrong with a buy like that.

Very nice. This is the only one from today's (rather unsuccessfull :P) blind buys I really, really like. Very affordable (almost for free) just like Byzantium. Nice, simple, almost warm white musk scent. It's rather soapy but still with a very slight hint of vanilla to it. So clean, with a powdery quality. Very enjoyable. :)

I just got my bottle for 3.95 euro in Rome in a drugustore (acqua&sapone). I use it as a perfume or body spray, after shower, before sleeping, and lately I use it to layer other perfume. it is a delicate perfume, if you like musk and don't want to spend a fortune, it's for you!

My milf scent for the days when I feel like a milf. Super long lasting, projects well, and smells like freshly washed skin with a thick rich cream applied all over. It’s comforting, serene, appropriate for any occasion so really quite tame...but still sensual.

Pleasantly clean. Though I'm not really an admirer of musk scents, this is definitely the most wearable and sophisticated along with the Montale one - and it lasted for 7 hours on my dry skin. Outstanding quality for really low price.

Clean, yes, but delicate. The delicious softness of a baby talcum, this as a simplistic minimalism. A tiny spray is enough to enjoy the palpable soapy and powdery sweetness. Thank you Tesori.

Great combo with afnan pure musk

HELP! I THINK I MAY HAVE OVER-SPRAYED! I'm an "over-sprayer" by nature. I've been around enough fumes however, to know (for the most part) which one's to spritz with liberal abandon, and those which require a tad more restraint. Today however, I misjudged a scent and now I feel as though I'm getting a "cloying" frag-induced headache. White musks are usually pretty straightforward, right? I grew up with a bottle of the Body Shop White Musk EDP, the perfume oil, the body lotion, shower gel etc...and was used to being able to douse myself in lashings of the stuff. I also had Jovan White Musk which again could be applied with gusto, along with a zillion other cheapie body sprays and oils and whatnot, all bearing the name 'White Musk' over the years. The only one ever to give me any problems was Monotheme's version which to me seemed to have an almost cinnamon-ish harsh note it in. But other than that, they're almost always a safe bet. Enter Tesori d'Oriente White Musk. Okay, so, in my defence, I was trying to get rid of another perfume I'd been trying out on my wrist earlier...a perfume which on the dry-down was just a never-ending reek of sweaty Arab flip-flops. So I really needed a clean, bright note of something to clarify my olfactory senses and drench out the Extrait du Kuwaiti Khazi that was annoying the frick out of me. So I did the usual thing I would with a white musk, I grabbed it and spritzed it about 8-10 times on my wrist, on my neck, on my clothes, whatever and then OMIGOD IT'S SO FRICKING STRONG! WHY DID NOBODY WARN ME HOW POTENT THIS STUFF IS!!?? Yeah it definitely drowned out the other stank-brew-residue, but this? You know when a smell is so strong that it almost seems to take on a kind of physical shape and presence? Well this was like some huge, white, icosahedron, steam-rolling around my apartment and scoring me a big fat natural 20...whilst hitting me upside the head with a tonne of aldehydes, some lilac and a load of concentrated laundry detergent. All nice notes...IN REASONABLE DOSES! This was not a reasonable dose. Yes it was all my fault, yes I'm a moron; will I do it again? Yes of course I will. I'm a moron remember. But boy did it ever shock the shit out of me. I mean, it's starting to die down a bit now. Well, either that or I've burned through every last nerve ending leading to my olfactory bulb and murdered my sinuses beyond repair, but at least the headache is abating somewhat. It's a weird one when I try to compare it because it has the cool toned almost metallic feel of The Body Shop's White Musk, but it has the more fragrant aspect of Jovan's White Musk. It's synthetic as all hell, but if I wanted to smell natural I'd forgo antiperspirant and waft about the place like a sweaty old hippy. No, synthetics are awesome. But they really do need to be applied cautiously, because sometimes they can really slap you upside the head and spin you face-first into the middle of next week, if you aren't careful. But if you're in the mood for some chaotic neutral in your fragrance armoire, then it's totally worth the £7.99 I paid for it on eBay. In future I will use it MUCH more sparingly, but I see it largely as a potentially useful base from which to layer other fragrances upon. 7/10 would definitely do it all again, lol.

First of all, let's get something straight. I'm a total sucker for white musk. It's my staple "weak at the knees" perfume note. Now, I know that white musk is considered to be a tender and dreamy note, something that is usually associated with babies and innocence and cleanliness and stuff, but this one is the bully of the white musk class! It singlehandedly puts all other classmates to shame, stomping on them relentlessly and stealing their pocket money. And also proving that in some cases niche perfumes are nothing more than a farce and/or way overrated. No? Well, let's say that you can buy some 15 bottles of it for the price of one Montale White Musk. Now, according to statistics this would mean that Montale White Musk is 15 times better than Muschio Bianco. Well dear statistics, I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but it's not. It's not even better on an one-on-one scale. And how could it be? Muschio Bianco is a linear, yet gorgeous and "I'm done with subtlety!" blast of the best white musk money (just a little of it) can buy. As for its longevity, the only way to get rid of the damn thing any time sooner than it decides to get rid of you, is to have it surgically removed. How does almost 24 hours of pure white musk mayhem sound for a single spray? To me it sounds like potential of being in white musk heaven for a year, for as much as a cup of coffee costs. Better deal anyone?

I think this is absolutely wonderful and I use it to fragrance my home. It gives off the most homely and clear, clean & fresh, warm & slightly powdery scent. A really glorious white musk, not too citrussy or like a bubble bath. It's more on par with, say, The Body Shop White Musk, but not as floral and heady or powdery as that, definitely leaning more toward that than, say, Jovan Musk. I have not tried Jovan Whiite Musk (yet) but given the votes on that smelling similar to this I'll be sure to buy some. I am not trying to insult the scent by saying that I use it as a room spray, it's just that I wore TBS White Musk in my youth, using the bath products and musky oils/candles, so the scent was often present on all of my clothing/fabrics and in the air of my bedroom. I have therefore formed a strong attachment and association with comfort and safety - based around this sort of fragrance, and it's an impression I'd like my home to give to visitors. This doesn't make my home smell like a perfume has been used, it smells like a nice candle has burned or like the home has just naturally developed this sort of fragrance based on a mixture of human movement and cleaning products used around the house. Very nice. It's almost buttery. Smooth and gentle in character, never muggy or overpowering.

My dad recently went to Italy to handle some business and familial things. When he came back, he presented this to me. Now, I was a bit weary. My father is a BIG cologne guy. Loves it to death, has a whole bedside table full of it. And usually, when he buys me fragrances, he gets what HE likes. This has been an issue in the past, as when he buys me fragrances, they smell like cologne. And as you could probably imagine, a 50 year old man is most likely not into the same scents as a teenaged girl. But this time, he surprised me! It’s a clean and soapy scent. Not too masculine, and not too feminine. Something that I would’ve never gone for on my own, but I do enjoy it. Picture this. As you’re walking into a VIP lounge bathroom at the airport, a really tall and pretty Scandinavian girl is walking out. The soap she just used to wash her hands lingers in the scent trail she left behind her, as well as her very light perfume. That’s what I think of when I smell this. (odd I know).

Some time ago: I run to my grandmother's bedroom and suddenly I drop what seemed to me like a simple aluminum souvenir. She arrives, worried, since I had crashed doing overthrow a lot of things. Immediately afterwards I ask: "Grandma, what is this strange gray bottle?". So, she removed the cap and sprayed into the air. At that moment I think I had one of my first contacts with what I called "perfumed air". It was love at first sight, so much so that I stole it and sprayed it on my little legs. Over time I realized that it was a woman and from there also understood what it means to have a broken heart. Now I grew up, a lot of time has passed but that scent I could never forget. The clean, the beautiful, the pure in one (underrated) fragrance. Nowadays I continue to study it and to fall in love with it continuously. One of the few perfumes that can be worn all year. A beautiful floral-powdery and only for classic,wonderful women like my dear granny.

A scent that feels as if cleanliness has been dissolved into liquid. It’s a very powdery and very clean white musk scent. Because of the powdery note, it’s not a transparent white, but rather a clearly assertive white. It feels somewhat different from the scent of soap. Not soap, but detergent. It’s a fragrance created to deliver cleanliness so overtly that it borders on artificial. Yes, this smells exactly like extracting only the scent of powdered laundry detergent and bottling it as is. For those well-versed in this type of scent, it might feel insufficient as a white musk. But for me, since I usually don’t buy fragrances that strongly emphasize “cleanliness,” this has become one of my fun, casual options. I sometimes spray it on a white shirt or wear it to the gym.

Years ago my mum used to religiously wear this everyday so I will forever associate this perfume with her. It smells powdery, a bit like old fashioned powder puffs that would be used to apply loose powder on the face. I say powder puff and not just powder because this fragrance has a cushion-y quality to it. It makes you think of something soft. It’s comforting, warm and clean. There’s also a matching cream and I’m pretty sure a shower gel as well, in case you really love the smell. I remember it being well lasting but not an overpowering fragrance you can smell from a distance. I would say that if you’re on a budget but you want to smell good and put together, this is it!

To me, this smells like as if Nivea was a powder instead of a cream. As a german, this is very nostalgic to me. Better I cannot describe this if you dont know what Nivea smells like; a sort of creamy florally, vaguely lemony fat? You do need to like powder to like this. I do question myself when you would actually wear this because this isnt the kind of straight out of the shower smell this is more of a I got interrupted while doing my morning routine to be here smell, if that makes sense. Now I never have smelled "pure musk" in a perfume but I wouldnt say that this is musky. The opposite actually.

It is the ultimate clean scent, like Nivea cream or a Dove soap bar, but even more sparkling, shiny, and reflective : aldehydes that feel like bursts of light, wrapped in delicious, enveloping musk and creamy, powdery white florals. The scent lasts for a long time. I wore it today, oversprayed it for a rave, and still got compliments—you'll be noticed as the freshly showered person in the room. Edit: after using it for a while I'm finding it quite unremarkable unless oversprayed (20 spritz at least) , I've been layering it with l'orpheline and narciso musk noir to use it somehow.

Great everyday scent. One of my favourite musks. I find most musk heavy fragrances annoy me after awhile, kinda makes my nose itch. Not this one, in fact I like spraying this on my blanket when I go to bed and I sleep better and deeper with it. It’s very relaxing and comforting. I like it especially when I have had a stressful day. It is also a great layering fragrance to wear under my not so long lasting fresher scents. Gives them a base to grab onto. Amazing quality considering how affordable it is. Don’t expect complexity, it is simple and nice. 8/10

Initially, I wasn't too fond of this perfume, but it has definitely grown on me over time. It's become my go-to scent for everyday wear, evoking that fresh, clean laundry vibe. I genuinely believe it's a wise purchase, especially if you're watching your budget or need a convenient option to toss in your purse for quick touch-ups on the go. It's versatile enough for the workplace or a casual day at the park. Surprisingly, the scent lingers impressively, easily lasting for around 5 to 6 hours, though it stays relatively close to the skin.

Had they toned down the vanilla a bit (surprisingly vanilla is not mentioned in the notes) this would have been the perfect musk, but maybe they needed this to be more feminine than masculine for commercial reasons. I currently use it as an after shower fragrance cause it does feel a bit soapy and clean (I mean this both in a good way and a bad one, it depends on my mood). Very good performance, I need exactly this musk, only in a more masculine tone to not just use it after showering but before sex too! Any ideas? (6.8/10)

White Musk is dominated by aldehydes, jasmine, and a warm, powdery musk. As mentioned below by prince64 in their wonderfully thorough review, it smells synthetic, but in the way that white musk tends to: a product of human artifice that doesn't neatly map onto any natural material. This is not a bad thing; indeed, the feeling of cleanliness is often associated with getting away from the state of nature. My only other note is that it is quite strong for an EDT. Two sprays is plenty and will last for much of the day.

To me this is much more linear than the notes would suggest, but it's an excellent white musk at a price that you just can't beat. It is not the most luxurious thing on the market for sure, but I love keeping this in my bag to freshen up during the day (it's also very office-friendly) and to spray this after I shower or when I'm at home and want something to pick me up. I also love the shower cream from the same line, the scent really lingers for hours on my skin.

Very straightforward, simple scent: White musk all the way from opening to drydown! Very affordable, decent sillage and longevity. On it's own I think it is too boring and synthetic. So I mainly use it for layering with scents that I think could use some extra musky oomph :) (For example, Agent Provocateur - that's supposed to be quite musky but the rose is too dominant for me. So there comes my bottle of Tresori d'Oriente White Musk, to the rescue!)
