Fuji Green Tea

The first ozonic fragrance that does not give me a headache. Tea, smoke, jasmine and lemons. The scene: Wealthy Japanese woman sipping hot green tea, savouring the freshness and smokiness of the drink. Evening time nearing dusk. Herself facing the glass window of the restaurant she's in located on the top floor, looking at the view of the dusky, rainy Tokyo skyline, deep in thought.

Spa's and sauna's! This scent is nice and clean. The green tea notes are quite bitter in the beginning. This disappears after the opening dries down. I like how the florals show up. They are soft and watery. There's subtile, sweet citrus in the background. This beautiful composition makes me feel bathroom fresh! I would say it's a very likable unisex scent.

Found the perfect green tea! My first one was the one from Elizabeth Arden. Less citrus, and the spotlight is definitely on the green tea with this one, as opposed to the Arden Green Tea. I detect hints of warm spice. In my opinion, not quite a summer scent, but more of one that walks from summer into autumn. Longevity and silage not bad.

I love this fragrance. It has refreshing feeling to it. I have been complimented on it too i remember one of my cousin saying "u smell so good" :) Inoffensive, cheap and great daywear u wont be disappointed.

This was so relaxing, luxury spa and peace in a bottle. Simple but well rounded can't belive they cut it out of their line this deserved to stay.

Juicy tea fragrance , I like it better than light blue , it’s fresher and more crisp. Good spritzer on a hot summer day.

The best green tea smell ever! I love it!

Aesthetically this fits in with like... a hot summer roadtrip with friends type scent. Pleasant, familiar, and your friends might want a spray or two because you'll just smell like a high quality iced tea. It's almost like a summer gourmande cologne (if that makes sense), in that it smells edible. Keep it in your beach bag next to a cold drink! Got this as a cheapie to push my order over the free shipping margin. Anyone who says this doesn't smell like tea hasn't had much green tea or iced tea. This strikes a good balance between the bitterness of a classic Asian green tea with the citrusy sugary-ness of a sort of a bottled ice tea. Probably closer to the bottled kind. Very unisex. Most men will probably find this sweeter than most of our cabinet, but I bet (anecdotally, just looking at previous reviews) some women may find the bitter green tea more pronounced because they're less used to bitter notes that are so common in masculine frags. Opening is very citrusy in a good way. 5 seconds in you really smell the bitter green tea mixing with the sugary citrus. As it dries down, the bittersweet smell blends into a very nice aromatic floral sort of smell. Longevity is pretty weak, but since it's such a cheapie I'm not averse to spraying this like a fire hose, or keeping it in a day bag. Sillage while it lasts is decent.

This is very vibrant, fresh and citrus. The tea twang isn't as obvious as say, Elizabeth Arden's green tea, but there is complexity in the fragrance that marks this as more than just a combination of citrus elements. Unfortunately this does not last long because as a cologne, it fades quickly to a skin scent that you might manage to get a whiff of now and then. I'm wearing this even in sunny winter days because it's just such a fresh and energising scent that goes so well with a 7am workday. I do wish they sold this in smaller bottles that I can just keep in my bag for retouches. Also, this is completely gender-neutral. There is no hint of masculinity or femininity in the floral notes.

Oh dear. Something sinister has happened with this one. It used to be a well balanced scent, heavy on the green tea, but very nicely counterpointed with flowers creating a soft, yet fresh somewhat summery cologne. I just bought a new bottle and found it completely changed. Now there is no trace of the soft flowers, only something resembling a cleaning product; harsh but still heavy on the green tea. That's the only redeeming thing about this reformulation. So sad and so unnecessarily.

This smells very similar to CK One, if that’s your thing. I have both and the only difference to my nose is this one smells a little ‘sharper’ with the tea note. It doesn’t project far or last very long, but pretty good value. Nice scent to freshen up with on an active day or at work. I’d love to try this with its shower gel (if it’s around still?).

Nice, fresh green tea, citrus scent. With an added bonus: A hint of flowers. Nothing fancy, just something that makes you feel fresh and relaxed. And that is enough for me when it comes to everyday perfumes. A scent for lazy summer days and to keep you in the summer vacation mood a rainy day at work.

Really refreshing, inoffensive to the nose. It's a super safe choice for hot and humid weather. Not much of a green tea scent to me though, more like a citrus tea.

Floral influenced green tea. To Body Shop's credit they have created an authentic green tea note. I'm rating it neutral as it's not for me, that said for the price it is hard to find a cheaper green tea fragrance.

Its quite fresh and citrusy but this fragrance is not for me. I gave it to my dad after i use a half bottle 😂

I tried this in the shop today and unfortunately, I did not like it. It does fade quickly and I did not like the initial spritz. It's overwhelming and a bit of herbal. It's not for me, but I know other people will love it.

No. Just no. On me it smells like hairspray that I used as a teen. Yuck!

Not at all what I was expecting from the rave reviews from the store employee. It just smells muddy and gross. I don't think it smells like tea or citrus, it's just a weird 'fresh' spicy and green smell. Wearing it made me feel dirty, like a man landscaping in the sun all day. Grass clippings, fertilizer, and cayenne pepper, oddly reminiscent of the sensation of a sore throat. I ended up returning it.

Much more than just a simple tea! Here are all the good teas together and something else that is the floral chords that arrive softly and stay for several hours on the skin and around the same. I am surprised by this fragrance which I did not give anything after the first few minutes sprayed on my skin. It opens with the same tea that I perceive in Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea, a refreshing tea that calms the heart, but after 1 h of time its evolution reveals a new tea, something citrusy and full-bodied with light touches of wood that emanate from a propulsion. even more the feeling of calm and warmth. On drying it becomes sweet and with a very juicy Tangerine odor, it is a very good combination, very much. However, the trophy here goes to Camélia, which is one of the most magical flower notes that exist in this aromatic universe, at least for me, it refers to an innocent odor, but at the same time seductive, soft, affectionate, velvety, creamy and lush . And all this in the middle of the back of the tea! At the end, there is an amber fragrance with subtle touches of Musk mixed with a brief scent of Jasmine. Tea does not disappear and Camélia does not, causing a sensation of freshness and cleanliness for long and pleasant hours of perfuming! Very well elaborated fragrance, goes in the way of organic niches! PS: Here in my region (Northern Brazil, Amazon) we call the harlot Camélia, because if you ever mess with her, your chances of getting out of the strangers is almost nil, that is, the Camellia flower when you introduce yourself to someone, it's potato, intense passion defines, it's over!

I am picky when it comes to perfumes that are not made using quality ingredients, and, to add pain to the injury,that they are also unbalanced, giving you a rash, a headache and a cheap smell in the same time.Not that all the not-so-high brands are offering bad products, but most of them just copy a higher ranking cologne, but with cheaper ingredients, or they lack imagination, want rose ? - rose is what thou shalt receive. Fuji GT is really the first ever nonhigh-end perfume that for me not only works, but I really feel like I'm having fun with perfumes. It checks a lot boxes on my list. It's the first green scent I really love, I am floral-sweet-sultry-oriental type, and I was feeling disapointed I wasn't finding anything beyond my borders that's fresh and green. Definitly a spring-turned-to-summer perfume, like a hidden sweet flower in the tall and noble grass.

Beautiful Green Tea fragrance... This is such a nice product to use. I have always been a fan of The Body Shop products, and this is no exception. I actually bought this after trying their exceptionally good body butter and other products. This one was a great addition to use. This is based around Japanese green tea, or sencha and matcha types. It really does remind me of those teas (especially hot matcha ). Overall, I can say that this does smell slightly different from the other types of green tea fragrances out there. Definitely a summer staple (along with the exquisite body butter). Perfect after a shower on a hot summers day, the perfect way to cool down and stay calm! Really good for that purpose!

aaahhhhhhhh! walking through a dense forest, the crisp morning breeze tousling your hair, the sun playing hide-n-seek through the lush leaves...and then you come to a clearing, with a valley cradling a tranquil lake, flowers abloom, birds tweeting and you...just being! one of the best fresh, clean scents i've encountered! green...green tea with a dash of mint...citruses and blossoms swirling in it! and as for an eau de cologne this potent potion lingers for long...like that feeling you carry along, way after you've left that mountain... serene!!

I fell in love with the fragrance in the first time i tried this one! citrusy, green tea, and yes it's quite herbal is so refreshing! I am so liking this! But then, it's just cologne so longevity is not quite good on me! I wish there is EDP for this, some people said it smells like EA Green tea, long a go, i tried the tester of EA green tea and i don't have good memory with the smell, maybe i'll give a try again later!

This is so good! ugh I prefer this one compared to Bvlgari Au The Vert. This is a bit more sweeter and more feminine to my nose. They (The Body Shop) did a great job replicating the scent of Au The Vert. I had to buy this recently after realizing and finding out that this smells like Au the Vert. I also LOVE how Elizabeth Arden also copied Bvlgari Au The Blanc and made Elizabeth Arden White Tea. lol

I gave this to my beloved boyfriend in 2017 , I didn't expecting that the projection is going to be so heavy,it really lasts long for a cologne. Tbh,I love this because I love to sniff this when my boyfriend wore this. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘calming and refreshing in the same time, this fragrance is touch my heart. Never forget the good memories with this one. Thank to The Body Shop for making my love story

Really nice. Sometimes I crave for less synthetic perfumes, and although I'm not sure this is so natural, I reach for this one on those occasions. I had a few other green tea scents from the above mentioned similar ones over the past years, but this is nicer than most. Unfortunately, my green tea craze is over now, but I hope this won't go off like Yves Rocher's Green Tea did.

Very bright sparkly green/icetea, has a faint hint of mint in my opinion, even though I don't see it in the notes. I really like that citrus is prominent, I find too much tea in fragrance off-putting. Will make a great choice for the comming summer as a quick spritz, being a cologne (and citrus at that) it fades very quickly.

Amazing scent, love it to bits :) The projection is pretty weak and it's the perfect time to not spray this on your pulse points as it fades way to fast, But if say you sprayed this on the back of your hand instead of your wrists, you could easily get 6-8 hours out it. This is more of scent for you to smell than anyone else.

This is different from when it first came out. It used to have more of an actual green tea/ matcha scent, and not as much citrus. Now it’s lighter and more citrusy. It’s light and fresh. I can’t really smell the floral notes, they are subtle. Longevity is a few hours. Nice of you want something uplifting and unobtrusive.

Very nice! Fresh, clean, breezy, citrusy. Great for summer and heatwaves. The problem is, it lasts about five minutes. I know it's an eau de cologne, but still, 5 minutes is just not enough! Projection and sillage are non-existent. Please, Body Shop, make this an eau de toilette!

Tried this tonight and have to say, while I love satsuma from when I was a kid, most body shop perfumes I don't find to be as complex as high end fragrances. This one however is beautiful! I absolutely love this. Can't wait to buy it. Its green and aquatic light floral!

Mmm green tea with few spices. A super fresh smell, just a little spicy, perfect for the hot summer heat. From my point of view, it's not as sweet as Elizabeth Arden Green Tea. That one has a discreet sweetnes that I do not detect in Fuji Green Tea.

BVG Au The Vert and EA's Green tea - TBS version is better than both to my nose. The BVG version affects my nose (as does most of their perfumes) and the EA one is shortlived. Fuji green tea lasts well and is a great alternative to both.

I tried it when shopping around. I was a little bit surprised about how nice it is, and then I realize it is the same as CK One which I havent used for a long time. That is the way I found out the beauty of my CK One lol

While shopping last night I stumbled upon this. It's so beautiful, a natural scent. Very similar to Arden green tea. Aside from how great is smells the price point is amazing!!!

I thought I was going to love it but it's just too herbal, harsh and anti septic smelling for my liking. But it is a great unisex scent, that's its strongest point

Really lovely clean tea, almost like a spa treatment. Just bought the whole range, and it actually has better longevity than most of my edps. well done TBS.

This is a straight up dupe of Bvlgari au The Vert. I imagine the longevity is about the same and the price is less than half.

Bought the shower gel and body sorbet, it's so nice and it last quite a bit, I love the smell.. Definitely a good buy
