Crater

Crater is nice but it’s not anything like Grand Soir, the original is always the best. I don’t understand why some of you ppl keep saying Grand Soir is so Expensive. DUA Crater is $65 for 30 ml only and Grand Soir is a 70ml bottle of highest quality ingredients blended to perfection. And who pays retail now days anyway? There are legit and authentic discounters who you can buy Grand Soir for half price or you can go to my favorite most affordable decant site and buy just 30ml for $90. Yes it’s a few dollars more than DUA’s dupe but it’s so worth it. Or you can go on eBay and buy a used bottle for $140 or ask around in Facebook MFK Fragrance groups. There are so many ways to find any perfume for up to 70% off retail. DM me for the name of decant store .

You’re not going to find a closer dupe to Grand Soir than this. Take this as your sign to stop the search and grab Crater. This is a 85% dupe scent-wise. It’s smokier and leans more masculine than GS at the opening. Once it settles on the skin, it becomes more neutral/unisex and decently resembles GS. Crater is on the oily side. Be careful spraying this while wearing delicate fabrics. Longevity: Can still smell it after 15 hours! Sillage: Moderate Overall: 9/10

Dua's clone of MFK Grand Soir. A unisex powerhouse. Some women are turned off by the smell initially, and i agree it is slightly masculine for about a half hour after you spray, but it quickly changes and dries down into something mass pleasing and 100% unisex. Great sillage and longevity. Ideal for cold weather.

Always loved Grand Soir. Single income family, with a wife and 3 kids, I needed it for a cheaper price. I got licky and grabbed a 100ml limited edition of Crater. It’s exact. Amazing fragrance. I’ll buy it every chance that I get. 10 out of 10.

never smelled GS, crater on the other hand, i hated it the moment i spray it, it smelled like a insects. this scent needs to dry down, you will love it. its very elegant sophiticated scent.

At first I was unsure about this, but after letting it sit for many months....wow! Its wonderful! Im glad I kept it!

Deep, sexy amber and vanilla. Unisex. A very good (if not the best) clone of Grand Soir (GS). GS is just a tad more resinous and a tad deeper. A wee bit more vanilla coming through on the Crater. I do prefer GS, but that's me being sentimental and nitpicky. If you are looking for a GS clone, it isn't dead on. However, it is so darn close! I'd say 85%-90% similarity.

Great MFK Grand Soir Dupe. If you don't have the bread for the OG then Crater is the best alternative. Good stuff

This reminds me of Bentley for men Intense. The dry down is softer (think a tad more powder). Overall it's a pretty good scent. Sprayed lightly in cold weather, I've found it to be a compliment getter. If sprayed heavy it is a bit much for most folks. I haven't had the chance to experience Grand Soir (sorry). This isn't a blind reach but it's worthy of a well rounded collection. No alcohol smell but it still needs time to dry down. My lady thinks it's average and I would go a bit higher. Hope this helps someone!

I'm looking for Grand Soir replacement mainly due to the price itself (obviously). However, crater not giving the same vanillic amber as GS and more to labdanum scent which non creamy. Seriously, missing the amber that prominent in GS is a bit spoil in my opinion. I sold my bottle immediately after several use.

Too sweet, doesn't really remind me of Grand Soir. Overwhelmingly balsamic to me and it's unfortunate because I thought I would like it.

I recently found a bottle I had of sitting around in my collection since it first came it and decided to give it a try. It's definitely very nice but it got me thinking I should probably just get the real deal so I placed an order of the real deal. Yeah, this is a nice clone but as soon as I sprayed mfk all could think was this is not that nice. On my skin at least there's very strong old school vibe almost fecal note that you find in the old fragrances from '70s and 80s, especially in the first few minutes. It goes away after a while and there's definitely a very pretty a nice mellow relaxed feel to it. Thinking back I wish I hadn't bought it because I just don't feel it's that great. I would strongly recommend getting a good decant if you don't want to go all the way and get the real deal. As others have have pointed out you can always get mfk GS on discounters if you search around. So while this isn't necessarily terrible, I honestly wish I had not bought it, especially now that I have the actual fragrance that it's trying to imitate. Today it's my scent of the day and I'm getting nothing off my skin. Not exactly impressive. They can't all be winners and this one fits that phrase very well.

I think it is better for you to join their FB page and post your concern and what they emailed back to you. so that the admins will help you sort your problem. did you even try to read the return policy of any fragrance/ cosmetics seller before placing any order? mostly it written that they do not accept refunds or exchange of an opened/ used items.

I love this fragrance, I’ve honestly never tried the original but I really love this one. I find it to be very sexy and great in the winter. It’s very strong and has really good lasting power. I think it’s unisex but I could see why a lot of women wouldn’t like it. I am female and I wear this, I tend to prefer more female leaning fragrances but this one is mysterious in the best way.

Deep resonance amber luxurious sexy perfect for cooler weather perfect for the fanciest of places or just simply cuddling with your significant other you won't be doing much cuddling let's just say that!! Smells Divine and decadent ... Rich
