Matchalicious

I smell a lot of green tea, oakmoss is heavy with a background of matcha with a slight sweetness from the white chocolate. I think this is beautiful. It smells like Chanel no. 19 mixed with born in roma green extravaganza. It's really strong. Gorgeous for spring when the wind hits you. It's winter and freezing in Michigan but it's still beautiful. I'm actually layering it with green extravaganza to sweeten it a little for winter .

This is green and earthy like matcha with beautiful white florals in the background. The opening is a heavy hit of oak moss which made me think this would be masculine, but that is fleeting, and you’re instantly enveloped in a beautiful feminine leaning unisex delight. This is not a gourmand matcha scent, JSYK. I absolutely love this!

I own matcha meditation (muwahahaha was so hard to come by for a decent price) and this is a darn good dupe. I wouldn’t feel the need to replace my MM bottle with more of it, I’ll be sticking with Dua’s version.

Matcha Meditation, but better. Seriously. This is my first dupe ever. I kinda hated myself for buying it. But I liked Matcha Meditation a lot. I liked everything about it except for absolutely despicable longevity and being so damn light. I just couldn't justify spending any amount of money on an hour lasting skin scent. This is extremely similar but with more pronounced citrus in the beginning, more matcha and a lot more of creaminess of white chocolate. Longevity is great. Wouldn't call it "eternal", but it's still impressive. It really is better than OG, it has more substance and is not watery at all. 9.5/10, would recommend. I feel sort of embarrassed that one of my favorite fragrances is a dupe, but oh well...

I guess it's pretty well known that Dua fragrances really aren't worth rating until they have had a chance to sit and aerate after purchase. I have had this particular one for a year. I feel like it took two months to settle and be comparable to the OG. It's actually more potent than its inspiration by far at this point. It might be the orange blossom, but also it really reminds me of Girl of Now. It doesn't have the sweet caramel notes, but the white chocolate is there. I do enjoy it when I'm in the mood for that kind of scent, and the likeness is probably 98%. My bottle is absolutely nuclear, so if you like Matcha Meditation, this is definitely your jam. Times ten - it really is strong.

Definitely a unisex scent. I actually really like it, it has a light earthy cologne scent to it with a hint of sweetness. If you’re looking for a creamy matcha scent, this is not the one for you. I’ve never smelled the replica matcha scent, but I really like this one.

This is a really good dupe for MMM Replica’s Matcha Meditation. But Dua’s is much stronger. It’s MM amplified. This is the first time I am trying from the Dua Brand, and I am impressed. Very nice tea perfume. Btw, nothing like Sorce’s. Not even close.

Similar to Matcha Meditation without the white chocolate. Disappointed.

I finally ordered this after several visits to the site and it being out of stock. I have been trying to get my hands on a larger bottle of the discontinued original, but have had no luck. While I am happy to finally have something comparable, this is definitely going to need to sit for a while. Right out of the box, these are NOT 1:1. While the original is earthy and true the scent of matcha, Dua’s is powdery and heavy on the background notes. Matcha is definitely in the backseat of this fragrance. It’s nice, but I want to come back after a month or so to give a final verdict on if this is truly a dupe for MM. No regrets...yet.

I've had this perfume for about two months, and I will say that's it's very similar to Matcha Meditation. However, it opens up very strongly with citrus notes. It does die down more in the dry down, but it's still there and it's what makes it different from Matcha Meditation. It's more fresh than sweet, and therefore, I like the original Matcha Meditation better. Matcha Meditation smells like a matcha KitKat, while Matchalicious smells like a cup of matcha with a big squeeze of lemon and hints of vanilla.
