Musky Pineapple

Based on smell alone, initial impression, very potent white amber and moderately potent pineapple. Simple yet very good. The white amber is warm and well, ambery and white-musky. I wished the pineapple was a little stronger. This is a first impression of a brand new bottle, so maybe it will balance out more after a little maceration. To me this is not a bright, zesty pineapple scent overall. If you've ever smelled amber white body/fragrance oil, this smells like that mixed with pineapple fruit and juice. Amber White fragrance oil is kind of warm; the pineapple in this fragrance is brightish. The two together are complimentary, but overall warm scent. I never thought to layer amber white fragrance oil with a singular noted pineapple fragrance because this is what Musky Pineapple is. I could have saved my money and tried this combination myself. DUA did a good job with this combo, again the pineapple needs to pop more for me to really like this a lot, but still good fragrance overall. This is fragrance would suit cooler and warmer weather imo. You could probably get by in spring, warm fall to mid summer temps, maybe 60 ish to mid eighties fahrenheit. Anything warmer might be too much because of the amber/dense musk forward profile. The musk is clean though not animalic. Performance is great, it pushes out very good and lasts an 8 hr day. 4 or 5 sprays total around the neck and behind ears is all you'll need. Any more than that will be overwhelming for you and anyone around you. Overall grade A

Just mid canned pineapple, doesn’t smell amazing. Hopefully maceration will help.
