When in Havana

Not a fan of DUA but I do like this one! It captures the original Pure Havane vibe very well and extends the mid a little while also boosting the performance. While this juice is more than double of the original by ml, boy oh boy, will it deliver. One spray is all I use, great longevity and projection (that no current formulation of Mugler can match). Check it out,one of few I would re-purchase from DUA.

A delicious mix of A*Men and Naxos imo without the citrussy opening I have not smelled the original but i think its a good fragrance. I am not sure if its the batch I got but the performance is very poor after an hour or two the smell is very faint, even the Dua take of Ultra Zest has better performance than this one . 7/10 - It would be a higher but the performance is a big letdown its almost as if its watered down.I will let it sit for couple weeks and see if it gets better.

Solid try to match Pure Havane but I get a very oil(nutty) vibe with their fragrances. I have 2...this one and the "when in killer Havane" which is a take on Pure Malt and Pure Havane.....I personally wouldnt purchase any more but with Pure Malt and Pure Havane both discontinued, I can undertstand why many would purchase this. Solid but not as good as the real thing.

#1402 in my "Tour de Fragrance" The last of my Pure Havane was used up two years ago. So my memories may be better than the reality. Still, I long for its return. Thus, this is the Dua dupe I had highest hopes for as I miss Mugler's "Pure Havane" terribly. But this attempt at a Pure Havane dupe is underwhelming. Most of the notes are there, but not up to even the original EDT potency, let alone extrait. Always possible I just got a bad bottle, but this is a skin scent immediately, maybe a foot of sillage. Really weak tobacco. Not as sweet either. Certainly won't last till lunch. If you've actually owned Pure Havane this will not be a satisfactory substitute. Reyane Tradition "Insurrection II Wild" also lacks the sweetness of the original, but comes closer to the original in scent, though still has EDT potency. At least it's cheap. The best I've gotten so far among the bargain dupes is Maison Alhambra "Galactic Men Intense" It's an EDP, though not a strong one. Since Pure Havane was discontinued I have collected what I would call "consolation fragrances" with a tobacco leaning composition: Xerjoff "1861 Naxos", Mancera "Red Tobacco" and "Red Tobacco Intense", Maison Martin Margiela "Jazz Club", Initio "Side Effect", Alghabra "Cuban Tobacco", 19-69 "Habana", Dolce & Gabbana "The One for Men" Zaharoff "Signature Tabac", Jacques Zolty "Cubata", Tom Ford "Tobacco Oud", Anima Mundi "Ankh Sun Amon", Viktor & Rolf "Spicebomb Extreme", Parfums de Marly "Herod", and my favorite niche tobacco, Les Indemodables "Vanille Havane." I could list 30 more that I have bought which are far more satisfying than this Dua scent, which I would say was a waste of my money, and recommend you don't waste yours if you're hoping to for a potent Pure Havane dupe.
