Lavender Therapy

I received this as a gift in 1999 and then again in 2002. I think I have only wore this as a body spray maybe 3 times. I use it mainly for a room spray and to spray on my sheets, blankets, and pillows before going to bed. It's such a relaxing scent and the lavender is not overpowering. Some lavender scents cause my allergies to act up they are so strong, but this one is just right. After getting the first bottle I used it as a body mist a couple times and decided I liked it more for my room. After getting the second bottle a few years later I used it only for my room. I've bought myself a couple more bottles over the years and only used it as a body spray once and that was only because I grabbed the wrong bottle..lol. But no biggie, I still smelled good and was calmer. lol. I will continue to buy this spray and use it in my room and bedding before I go to sleep. I haven't found another lavender scent that matches up to this one so far and so I'll happily stick to the healing garden. But I must say, after I bought a couple bottles a few years ago I am having trouble finding it. So, if anyone can help me locate somewhere to buy it I would greatly appreciate it. :-)

I've been using this scent as a bed linen spray, room spray and perfume for about 13 years. Lavender is one of those androgynous smells that works on either sex, I find it almost smells like cologne. Also, it is great to spray on your sheets or in your room before bed as it has relaxing and soothing properties to help you sleep :) When I am feeling sick or yucky, and need comforting, I take a scalding hot shower, lather myself with Suave's Sandalwood Cinnamon lotion and then liberally spray myself and my pajamas/robe with this (10-15 squirts).It sounds strange, but the combination of the two is the scent equivalent of being wrapped in a fluffy down duvet. This is what I reach for when I just want to smell fresh and clean.

I am devestated they discontinued this. It was mine for 20 years, and no lavender smell will ever be good enough. I bought 5 small bottles from ebay 3 years ago and each spritz is worth more than gold to me. The lavender was clean, otherworldly.

I used to have this fragrance a while ago and I remember the scent very well. The Healing Garden's Lavender Therapy (or Lavender Sensations - its previous name) is an incredibly realistic lavender fragrance that captures all the aspects of natural lavender: It is refreshing, yet warm; it is shap and aromatic, but at the same time it has relaxing and soothing properties. This fragrance (along with the matching body care products) was one of my favourites for the colder months. It was very energizing but at the same time it made me feel calm and somewhat safe from the cold. Both sillage and longevity were about average - the EDT lasted about 3 - 4 hours and left a soft trail.

This was my first perfume ever! I got it from my aunt for my birthday sometime in the ninties. I still remember the scent, it's a warm lavender scent, I think it suits a twelve year old girl wandering around in a field on a warm summer evening wearing a straw hat.

Hmmm... Apparently the body spray I have isn't this one. It's Healing Garden Tender Lavender. That must be new. I sprayed it on and eventually got a sour-milk smell. This is not going to help me calm down, LOL. Is the original (as pictured here) still available somewhere? I sure hope so. The Tender I gave to my kid because she isn't bothered.

We have a big, fat pile of Lavender Therapy sitting in my guest bathroom right now. It's about fifteen years old, but still maintains its softly comforting body at this late date. I'm saving it for a rainy day. Or whenever we have guests again.
