I still have this perfume from 2001. I also had the Healing Garden's In Bloom, Perfect Calm, and a bunch of body sprays. Everything from The Healing Garden was amazing. I'm sad they stopped making most of these beautiful and affordable perfumes/sprays. Pure joy smells like the mentioned notes: mandarin blossom, hiacynth, and ginger. For me, there is a fairly strong smell of rose. Possibly a light, woodsy undertone as well. After setting for a bit, I can smell a faint powder. Honestly, it reminds me of the beach. Maybe I just wore it to the beach as a teen, I don't really remember. But the strong floral/citrus reminds me of a hot summer day, and then it calms into a floral/woodsy/powder, which reminds me of getting out of the shower.

This scent brings back memories but it's almost impossible to find. I recently discovered that Daisy Dream is very close to this. It isn't as light but that's even better in my opinion since I used to spray the crap out this when I was a teenager. This scent smells like a trip down a waterfall into a blue oasis near a fruit orchard. The white flower is not sharp at all to my nose.

I have about 1/2 a bottle left of this beautiful floral. For the price I think it's a smart purchase.

This perfume brings back memories. If only I could remember each and every exact fragrance note in it. If my memory serves me right, I remember this fragrance having a clean fresh scent to it. It's not a replica of, but could be placed into the clinique Happy original fragrance line.

I love this scent! I went through 2 bottles of it but could not find it anymore in Canada. Has it been discontinued?
