Oh I am in love! This is a definite LOVE for me. This was my very first purchase of a Thoo “House of Oud” fragrance, and boy am I NOT disappointed at all! Guilty crush is absolutely gorgeous. This is a true lipstick fragrance, and I adore it. When you first spray, you get the champagne and strawberry for sure. I also smell a bit of black cherry and the LIPSTICK note the most! This fragrance is so beautiful! If you are not into lipsticky fragrances, then this would probably not be for you. I adore modern lipsticky, so the champagne strawberry and lipstick is killer! Now the champagne note isn’t “sparkly” it’s more like it’s been sitting out for a couple of hours, but in a good way! The strawberry and black cherry swirl together along with the lipstick, and it creates such a fun, feminine, flirty, EASY reach for me. This is definitely female. There is no unisex about this one. The lipstick note is MOST dominant, so like I said if you’re not into that, I wouldn’t waste my time. This is such a classy feminine fragrance. I adore it. The dry down is just as beautiful on the skin. I get the champagne STILL, along with the strawberry and lipstick. You can smell the vanilla, but it’s not that strong. The benzoin is also noticeable, but you really get the lipstick, strawberry, and champagne the most which I LOVE! My husband adores it and called it an immediate “boxer dropper” lol! If your not into champagne as a note, I probably wouldn’t go for this either. Champagne and lipstick dominate that’s for sure, but it’s gorgeous the way the notes are blended. Another strong point as to why I love this fragrance is the LONGEVITY AND SILLAGE! I sprayed on me last night, and could still smell it on me 6 7 hours later! The sillage actually leaves a trail as well. A beautiful trail at that. This is pure seduction in a bottle. That’s another love as well the bottle. It’s super pretty and has that house of oud “egg” look to it. Beautiful designs with “Your a star” perfect for this kind of fragrance. I really am in love, and I’m so glad I picked this up. I got it off Mercari for 120$! Authentic brand new bottle! I’m a sucker for guilty crush! This is perfect for a girly girl. It’s also perfect for a woman who knows what she wants. Great for all ages really, but probably a bit too mature for a youngin. It’s a modern lipsticky fragrance, not vintage. I would say sample this before purchasing. I didn’t. I blind bought, and I am SO glad I did! One of my new favorites for sure! My husband’s too! Champagne, lipstick, and strawberry. Chefs kiss! Does remind me a bit of Victoria Secret Strawberries and champagne, BUT with a beautiful lipstick note added to it! Ughhh I love this sooooo much!!!

Guilty Crush has me swooning! A chic, girl-coded number with prominent notes of berries, champagne and lipstick, it puts one in the mood for fun, naughty things. I find it has just the right mix of saucy, sexy and delicious to be that perfect princess/vixen scent you’d reach for whenever you want to embrace your feminine energy.🍒🥂 Right away, I smell mouthwatering berry preserves, like the kind you find in round glass jars at artisanal patisseries. The berries are lush and glossy and plump, inviting you to lean in for a closer inhale. Their sweetness has a syrupy, lightly sugared texture that seamlessly blends with the creamy aroma of macaron-pink lipstick. I also pick up some soft iris nuances and a touch of earthy orris, covered with a smattering of candied violet petals. Champagne adds a kind of iridescent sparkle, putting a modern spin on the lipstick accord, while musks keep gourmand notes airy and chic. I’d also say that the blending of berries and bubbly translates into more of a Kir Royale experience for me, but I’m hardly complaining. There’s a light powdery finish to the scent, though overall it is creamy and smooth as custard, deepened by the dark, woody vanilla. I continue to get glimpses of pink macarons, especially if I imagine a berry macaron with a bite taken out, its edges tinted with the creamy rouge lipstick. Those who are worried about the lipstick note—I highly suggest you try it, anyway. The lipstick has a modern effervescent feel and is blended with a light touch so as not to overwhelm. I wasn't expecting much from this. I thought it was just another waxy lipsticky scent which has been done so many times. However, the beautiful bottle drives me to order a sample, and I was so happy! The initial spray has already caught me - I really like it! It's not a conventional lipsticky scent. It has a distinct fruity twist, with a slight boozy touch that makes this fragrance modern and fun, but not in a juvenille way. The fruits are not overly sweet, but more on the juicy side. If the note breakdown didn't list wild strawberry, I wouldn't have been able to tell. It definitely doesn't smell like normal strawberry that is a lot sweeter. To be honest, I don't get much makeupy and waxy quality either, maybe because there is no blend of iris or violet, unlike other scents in the same genre. There was a tiny bit of musk that stung my nose in the opening, but quickly disappeared. I'd say Guilty Crush is pretty linear. It projects beautifully throughout a day without being loud. It's very approachable and feiminie. And I have already got my full bottle :)

LOVE THIS SCENT I love perfumes in all ranges, from sweet, like Grandma, to gourmand and vanilla. I like to change it up. I burned up my sample in a week, and I put it on before bed just cuz I could. MY NEW ADDICTION is this. Expect heavy rotation. The sillage is good I'm not getting last from room to room. It makes it just beyond your personal bubble and goes when you go. Totally agree with It smells like 'creaminess, in which the scarlet notes of black cherry and wild strawberry blend with champagne'; I love how it's described, but it is also a refined strawberry jam made for an adult who is young at heart. It's luscious. I don't get lipstick, it doesn't smell like any of mine. I got three compliments on it one day, some women said I smelled yummy. I mean, who doesn't want to be called Yummy? It did a cost analysis, and I will need a full size for this one. Just bought the full-size beautyliv for 200$ today

I'm really loving this! Delivers as intended, a rosy, champagne lipstick fragrance. I may be biased because I am a sucker for lipstick-y perfumes. And that bottle is just too pretty! Packaging (the bottle) holds a high value in my books, as part of the experience for me is picking up a pretty bottle of perfume and admiring its beauty before spraying. In fact, I used to buy a fragrance solely because I want the bottle, but I have refrained myself from doing so nowadays. Overall, like a reviewer below said, pretty bottle pretty scent! Do I think it is worth full price, probably not. I got it for $190 shipping included, but have some patience and you will definitely find it for way cheaper!

Notes according to me: * Dark sweet cherries. (Nothing tart) * Mauve pink “Mauve de Swann” Serge Lutens lipstick. * Crisp champagne over a bright and sweet strawberry sorbet. * Plastique vanilla musk. * Pretty Privilege The black cherry and dark rose combination is similar to that of Creed Carmina, but I feel like the rose stands out more in Carmina whilst the lipstick and fruity notes over power the rose in Guilty Crush. Other lipstick fragrances feel powdery or vintage, but this is vibrant and modern on me. There’s something nostalgic and plasticky in this that I love.

My for 4-5 hours this is really good! Can't say that I can identify the cherry but definitely that strawberry fruitiness, it's sweet but not sickly sweet. This was OH's first proper wear so might wait a bit to see if longevity increases as I'm not sure that 4-5 hours is worth +£200. Also according to my normal retailer,who stocks THOO, THOO has given exclusive rights to this to a retailer - probably Harrods or Selfridges if I had to guess- so actually buying it may be an issue.

I was lucky to receive a sample at a perfume event. This fragrance is gorgeous - syrupy sweet and multi layered between juicy berries and creamy Musc. I do also get a sense of lipstick accord. I personally love it and find it so sexy. Very date night appropriate. I’ve been wearing a good dose a couple hours now though and unfortunately while I can smell the original juicy layers wafting up from my shirt, my skin smells like my little pony circa 1986. I still love it though.

Nuclear! What a fragrance- lipstick, champagne, cherry, strawberry, jasmine, vanilla, and benzoin to us. Ultra feminine, and fills not only an entire room, but an entire house! Sillage and projection could not be any better from a single spray. This would be fitting for any season also, as it's not at all cloying. What a fragrance. We couldn't be happier to have snagged a bottle for such an amazing deal. Easy 100/100 for us.

BEAUTIFUL BOTTLE, BEAUTIFUL FRAGRANCE!!! Upon initial spray, I instantly get a huge burst of a juicy dark cherry note along with rose. It totally reminded me of Carmina (a top 10 for life). Then as it begins to settle, the lipstick note and the strawberry appear. BUT...that lipstick note is so feminine and powdery and it's what makes Guilty Crush so unique! This was a blind buy and an excellent addition to my collection.

This is beautiful! I pickup the strawberry and the lipstick the most, but it's blended to where none of the notes overwhelm the others. The lipstick gives it a soft powderiness that is present throughout the wear of the fragrance. It's very girly and feminine. For me this is signature scent worthy. I only have a decant for now, but I've wearing it everyday, so I will be picking up a bottle soon.

I have a decant of this and I decided to give it a go today. I found the fragrance to be very pleasant and I really enjoyed wearing it. However it did remind me of Dama Bianca/junoon noir. Longevity was great and a little went a long way. However owning the other 2 it reminds me of means that I don’t need a full bottle of this even though it’s super pretty - both the bottle and the scent

Not sure why there are such low marks for this, it's stunning! Only issue really is that it's hard to get in the UK,Selfridges & that's it. I see Carmina "mentioned" & TBH until I saw it I never thought about it that way but I've just sniffed them side by side & it's close,like really close! I'd say that GC is a bit more "loud" or stronger sillage. The debate now is does my OH need both?

Too guilty to resist.

Wow!! The reviews !! This is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous fruity powdery amber bomb,good longevity and amazing if you like "lipstick feel" perfumes. So extremely delicious do not listen to the negative reviews,test it prior but this for me is one of the top perfumes and I have a lot of them! It's not for those that like juvenile kiddy perfumes 😆

I bought this today and it was love at first sniff. It's rosey lipstick vibe is so different from anything else in my collection. It's fem leaning to me. I have mixed it with a masc leaning woody saffron and they are playing beautifully too. I think this would be great all year round really. It's just gorgeous.

Love, love, love this! Thick, waxy strawberry-cherry lipstick in the opening. Like a fancy, sophisticated cherry chapstick. The drydown is addictive! Soft, sweet, powdery, and undeniably feminine. Mature over juvenile, but it’s modern and fresh. Happy a took a blind buy risk on this!

I see this one sort of like La petite robe's lil cousin this one has great sillage imo but is not as "strong/heavy" To me it smells like sweet pink cosmetics if thats a thing not sure how to describe it but is a winner for me

Just wow!! The smell of Art Deco in a bottle! Starts fruity yummy strawberry fizz, but after 30 mins or so, the change is insane!! Lipstick real vintage smell of lipstick! I love it just because is so unusual 💕

An absolute drench of femme leaning stereotypes. Super sweet, super loud and rich, close to overpowering in its cloud of girly energy. A cloud so dense you can almost taste it on your tongue. This is more than a lipstick perfume. I would call it a girl’s night out fragrance - it recreates all those scents. The champagne and fruit of pregaming, the lipstick and makeup scents, and something darker underneath all that. I’m not sure what it is because none of the listed base notes fit, I’m guessing there’s a tiny drop of patchouli or oud in here. Or it could just be dark cherry. Anyway, this is the Regina George of fragrances. If a group of ladies on a bachelorette night out wore this into a bar every head would turn and people would know what’s up. Guilty Crush lasts 8 hours on skin and has pretty intense sillage for the first few hours.

Got samples from Luckyscent and fell in love. My first from THOO, I love this bottle! The scent is a divine sweetish, sparkly (from the champagne note, I guess?) strawberry/black cherry with a gorgeous slightly powdery violet, musky vanilla lipstick. Fairly linear to me, at least with the dab on Luckyscent samples, maybe that will change but I hope not because I really, really like it. To make things so much better I got such a deal from Fragrancebuydotca for $130. That's a huge discount for a new one from this house and I'm thrilled. Can't tell which thrilled me more; the discount or the perfume, lol. Whatever, I'm very happy right now. If you want it you might jump on it b4 that deal ghosts. I am not in any way affiliated with fragrancebuy . Just paying a good deal forward as others on here have done for me.

I have been looking for a true lipstick scent, like when you open a tube of lipstick (Mac especially) and put it up to your nose. This would usually be a bit too syrupy cherry for me and I’m not actually big into cherry at all but it’s still nice and unique. It’s sad because I think this would be what I was looking for otherwise because I do smell the lipstick/makeup bag but the cherry brings too much of a medicinal/hospital scent. I still kind of like it though. This is probably what Maria from Silent Hill 2 smells like when James leaves her in the hospital room to keep her safe.

Wow! This smells like the bottom of a cosmetic bag. It's sweet, Powdery, and is edging toward nauseating but is a definite like for me. The top notes dont stay long on me me which is a little sad. The most prominent notes are the Lipstick and Benzoin. The ambery sweet benzoin really takes over for most of the perfumes time on my skin but I like it, I think it's what helps control the perfume from turning into something too cloying or syrupy.

Smells EXACTLY like a fresh-out-of-the-box baby doll. I don’t really get the lipstick smell. It’s powdery but not overly. It’s actually not what I expected at all based on notes but I really love it. I don’t have anything else like this. I got it for 40% off on Fr&gNet for Black Friday.

Cute and fashionable! Super powdery and syrupy. In the opening, I get more rose, but it ends up a raspberry-cherry-rose turkish delight. When I was wearing this, one of my classmates made a loud remark of how it smells like sugar.

Is this a nice lipstick scent? Yes. Very nice. Now let's talk about my one offender in this perfume. The champagne note is what makes this interesting (and you do want interesting as you are paying for a niche fragrance), and I thought it was nice when it first came up in the opening. But as it was still lingering and developing a few minutes in, I found myself thinking the champagne accord was just a bit too "brioche" (used to describe wines which have a more prominent yeasty, bready character) for a perfume that is supposed to be mainly sweet, lipsticky and fruity. I don't feel like I'm missing out massively — this scent profile was never something I'd need a full bottle of, but if I did, I'd be a bit bummed by the champagne.

Girlish, cute. I get all the notes, none of them are unpleasant, it's very sweet in a syrup-y way. I don't think I ever smelled the lipstick note in a perfume before. It's not something I would wear personally but I get the concept

I can’t smell lipstick, but I do smell cherry and rose. It is nice. I feel a bit underwhelming and not something that I would purchase as a full bottle. Pretty good longevity, moderate sillage.

First Impressions: (sample) Is just me or I’m getting a baby powder, almost plastic doll heads smell to it. This is the most realistic smell of doll heads I’ve ever smelled. I’m not sure if I like it for its nostalgia or it’s because it’s a rose scent I’m kinda veering on not liking it. Edit 1: YOUCH this became wayy to much like doll heads and not like vintage makeup which is a no for me. It becomes too overly powdery for me. It does smell like medicine or cough syrup of some sort, I’m assuming it’s that cherry note that bothers me. Verdict: pass- too overly powdery, smells like doll heads, too medicinal. Verdict: pass- it’s giving cough syrup and makes my stomach churn. NOPE!

So this is the perfume that made me understand how strongly and definitively I dislike an kind of cherry note. To me, even though there's a lot to like here, the cherry note is way too prominent for it to be enjoyable. I'm pretty sure the projection is strong, as for longevity I couldn't keep it on long enough to evaluate. Creed Carmina has more balanced notes, but I understand the comparisons.

At first I really liked it, sweet and femme. But then the lipstick smell started, and I do not like that smell apparently since my brain just associates it with my grandmas old lipsticks that has expired. But if you like the smell of lipsticks and sweet femme scents this is perfect!

I can find nothing I like about this fragrance and I promise that I was trying so hard. Was drawn to the descriptions of the perfect makeup/lipstick scent and rave reviews but this smelled like rancid plastic doll heads. Maybe it is just my me, but it was so bad.

One spray and 15 minutes later was trying to scrub it off my skin. It is the grossest smell I’ve ever worn, and it made me feel nauseous from the stench.

A Milky, waxy burst of something sweet and very synthetic For some reason, I always perceive The House of Oud as elegant and high quality. I don’t quite understand where that illusion comes from, because I’ve tried a large number of the house’s fragrances (I haven't listed all of them), and most of them smell extremely synthetic to my nose. Maybe I want to like them - the bottles are individual works of art and certainly not cheap to produce. Or perhaps it’s because The Crop Collection feels almost like a separate house compared to the rest of the brand’s offerings. This fragrance repeats many of the elements I associate with the brand's offerings: unrealistic fruit notes, a candy-like synthetic sweetness, a waxy or slightly plastic-like texture, and a base that brings little to no depth. Vanilla, which could have softened or grounded the composition, is rarely pleasant in these fragrances - and here it doesn’t help either. With the exception of The Crop Collection, most of what I’ve tried carries a very recognizable “THOO DNA,” and unfortunately, it’s simply not for me. In Guilty Crush, you can’t truly distinguish strawberry or cherry as aromas. Even after checking the notes, the scent remains only generically sweet and synthetically fruity. It’s not juicy, not delicious, and not particularly elegant. Champagne sounds glamorous and trendy on paper, but here it doesn’t evoke heels, a feminine dress, or a sparkling party atmosphere. In contrast, Atelier des ors Pink Me Up - which is sometimes compared to this - is genuinely effervescent, uplifting, and refined in its juiciness. I don't find even a little similarity between the two. Lipstick as a note can be either a triumph or a failure. One of the most beautiful lipstick interpretations, in my opinion, is found in Masque's Times Square - irresistible and alluring, like a flawless, sensual lipstick advertisement. In Guilty Crush, however, the lipstick nuance feels more like an old waxy stick that no longer glides properly. This doesn't share anything with the gorgeous lipstick scent Lipstick Rose from Frédéric Malle either. The texture of Guilty Crush isn’t creamy but slightly milky - as if fruit lollipops had been dissolved in milk. The vanilla is neither cozy nor comforting, and it doesn’t redeem the base or drydown as it sometimes can. This is definitely not a rose scent even if it seems to be high in accords. So who is this fragrance for? Interestingly, it doesn’t seem to project as unpleasantly to others as it does to the wearer’s own nose. Straight on someone else’s skin, it smells the same like on my own skin. It is undeniably youthful, not in a good way and likely works best on a young wearer. However, it is not suitable for important meetings, conferences, or situations where professionalism and reliability need to be conveyed. Guilty Crush is a fragrance that reinforces my complicated relationship with The House of Oud. While the brand continues to intrigue me visually and conceptually, the scent itself reflects many of the elements that simply do not resonate with my taste. That said, fragrance is deeply personal. What feels artificial and unbalanced to me may come across as playful, sweet, and fun to someone else - especially to a younger wearer looking for a playful, candy-like signature scent. For my preferences, however, this is another reminder that beautiful bottles and appealing note lists are not enough: the emotional connection must be there as well. This is SO pretty, bottle and all. 💄 I definitely get the lipstick smell in here but it’s not overbearing, it’s blended in so well honestly and it gives the fragrance a sexy powdery touch. I love a lipstick note and in here it’s done well. I love it, it’s quite additive to smell. The top has a burst of juiciness from the black cherry and strawberries and it has a fizzy feel from the champagne but doesn’t smell like alcohol directly, just gives an effervescent feel. As it dries down the fruits mix with the florals as the rose and jasmine join in. It maintains it’s fruity floral nature as well as that lipstick powder smell always lingering ever so softly in the background all the way to the dry down. I’m pleased that I get the lipstick note throughout the whole fragrance. The dry down also has some musk and vanilla, keeping it soft and sweet. Just gorgeous!! A blind buy success for sure. Wore it twice already and my man loved it quite a bit and so did a few ladies at the nail salon yesterday too. They all said it smelled really feminine, sexy and fruity. One asked to see what it was and I showed her a pic of the bottle and she went crazy lol. It is a very nice bottle. 🍓🥂 Performance wise this is incredible. I sprayed twice on the test strip before wearing out and my room smelled like it when I came back to smell the dry down. After wearing it on skin I can say that longevity & projection is definitely not a problem. It was still on my skin the next morning and projection is very very good. In fact it projected the whole time I was out which was about 6-7 hours. Smelled so nice in this spring weather too, I was surrounded by a beautiful scent cloud the whole day as it has such a nice sillage to it. The trail with this one will draw people in I’m sure of it. This is definitely one worth checking out!

Just arrived and on first spray my thoughts are the following: Wow, biggest blind buy fail of the year. There's something in the opening that is like sweaty stanky raunchy body odor. I get the same note in a lot of middle Eastern fragrances.. I'm ASSUMING it's saffron bc that's usually listed in them and I'm unfamiliar with saffron. I know it's not listed here but this definitely has that middle Eastern note to it. If that note wasn't there it would be a love. I'm unsure if that note is finally fading about 20 minutes into the wear or if my nose is just getting used to the stank. I smell sweet cherry & finally getting that lipstick note which is the reason I blind bought this bc I heard it was straight up sweet cherry lipstick. Only 20 minutes in I'm very undecided and disappointed. Currently Wouldn't recommend but we'll see idk🤷♀️

It's a MAYBE for me! This is a nice fragrance, there's nothing offensive at all. I LOVE the lipstick note - in fact it's the reason why I wanted this fragrance; and after wearing it - it's also the only reason why I still have this fragrance. The lipstick note is enveloped in a powder nuance, which comes off as very soft and feminine to me. I do experience pretty much all of the main accords, the champagne note is barely there for me, and I am OK w/ that! My dislike is that less than 5 minutes after spraying this - it performs ON ME like a skin scent. Throughout the whole wear, I felt like this fragrance performed as though it was in the very last hours of the dry down. The perfume was slightly stronger in the beginning of wearing it, then it was toward the end - but overall, still a very soft performance.

What a pleasure with this whimsical fragrance. It’s so fun and feminine and a bit flirty. I get champagne immediately and lipstick and strawberry once it softens in about 2 to 3 minutes. It lasts forever on my skin. this is a fragrance you have to let sit, to get the full effect. At first purchase I wasn’t sure I would like this, but now I’m in love. At first spray i get strawberries, rose and champagne, and lipstick accord that’s all that comes out on my skin. A really nice womanly (won’t say girly) it’s more mature. A great sweet (not to) scent for summer and daytime. Love, love love! I want to try others from this house! Have two in my collection at moment!

Cherry jam 🍒 Not medicinal or synthetic like most cherry fragrances. This is the first time I experience cherry in a completely different way jammy, rich, and addictive. The lipstick note is pure genius. I’ve always loved fragrances with lipstick vibes 💄 and here it adds such a chic, nostalgic depth. The champagne note reminds me of champagne gummies bubbly, sweet, and vibrant 🥂 I keep getting whiffs of it all day. 6+ hours of wear with just a few sprays. Absolutely worth every buck.

I only smell very sweet violets - though not listed. I suppose the lipstick note is really popping on my skin. This typical make up smell. I can’t say I love it personally. I was hoping for more of the fruits and champagne. I don’t get any of that, nothing at all, just a bit of generic sweetness. Luckily no screechy musk. For me it’s a no. I don’t seem to have much luck with this house (But I love their bottles so I’d love to love on of their scents enough to want a full bottle!).

So, in a moment of pure impulse which I now think is craziness, the good kind, I mean, I landed up pairing THOO Guilty Crush with Valentino Donna Born in Roma and I was instantly transported to a powdery, woody heaven! This is my first powdery accord achieved by lipstick note fragrance and I was super scared because lipstick done badly can smell so stale that it can repulse you, but not here. I am glad I tried it but it's just not my vibe enough to get the full bottle.
