Now this one is pure gold,such a hidden gem.Id describe it as really similar to Armani Code Absolu ,if you miss it give this one a shot,same DNA ,but the performance is straight up crazy when it comes to longevity - 12hrs plus,I took 2 showers and yet I can still easily smell it.Also It's a date night KILLER.The quality is on a different level.

I got a sample of this with something I bought and I love it. It lasts so much longer than my Myrrh and Tonka Joe Malone that I love. I just can’t find any place that sells it l, why is it so hard to find?

I’d been wearing long hair for more than a year before shaving my head recently. Utilising my newly acquired possibility to be as nonchalant in my haircare as I can, I grabbed the only shampoo for sale at the nearest mini store for 3 dollars - ten times cheaper than my regular one and infinity times less sophisticated. I’m so tired of being a consumerism slave, at least here I will allow myself to grab something basic off the shelf. That cheap shampoo, being the only one available at a huge nationwide chain of stores, has gone through rounds of internal testing and passed a tough competition, I’m sure. Companies like this massively care for the limited shelf space. This product had to have universal appeal to the widest range of customers. The scent of it’s trying to pull off is tonka bean, as I’ve discovered. It’s hard to go wrong with a good tonka scent, impossible not to fall for the gourmand edges of it. If you want to decide if this is what you’d like to smell of, get some vanilla and hazelnut Loacker waffles. You’re getting this in a bottle, essentially. With a very well calibrated longevity and sillage. I sure do like me some waffles, yes please. Adorable.

I was very surprised by this perfume. I thought it would be very simple since it's just "accordi", but it smells surprisingly complex to me. Funny thing is that it smells somehow smoky on my skin but I don't mind.

Sweet, nutty, dry, powdery but not in that dreaded baby-powder way. Gourmandish, the powdery feeling almost reminds me of a sweet white musk in that it tilts away from edible. Still pretty sweet. I don't find coffee/caramel/chocolate/notes anywhere at all, I was searching. Just warm, nutty sweet tonka. It's nice. Perfectly unisex. Very simple profile, I would layer. Review of full bottle blind-buy from Harrods. Would not repurchase.

Nice as a scent, but quite weak. I have to put my nose right up to my skin and only get a shadow of a whiff. Not nearly worth the money.

I’ll start with saying that i enjoy sweet scents and gourmands like Poison Girl, Italica, Bois Dore, Scandal, Trussardi Passegiata, but I don’t like The Merchant of Venice’s take on ambery vanilla and tonka scent profile. First miss was Andalusian Soul and the second one is Tonka. They actually really resemble each other and they both have one accord (which i also feel in Althair by Parfums de Marly) - i perceive it as a honey with a noticeable flower note on an ambery base. So, if you like Althair or Andalusian Soul I think you’ll love Tonka by TMOV. From the remind me of section neither Boucheron tonka , nor La Belle , nor Bois Dore doesn’t have this accord, which I’ve described, and that makes me liking these scents while disliking Tmov Tonka. Boucheron Tonka indeed reminds of Tonka TMOV, but they are still noticeable different, with TMOV Tonka leaning feminine, Boucheron being unisex.
