Sun Garden

Sun Garden is such a happy, sunshine citrus hug of a fragrance! It is an utterly beautiful scent that just wraps you in good vibes and makes you smile. (It is that good that I confess to a fresh spray just before bed so the linen smells wonderful too!). Perfect for spring and summer days, or any time you just want a pick-me-up, and the fragrance just lasts and lasts...!! An absolute 'love'!

Very pleasant scent, smells a little bit similar to pdm greenley in the background but replace the apple with a really sharp mix of lemon and grapefruit. In the dry down you get a nice dose of cedarwood. Perfect for spring/early summer, overall very refreshing unique scent and performance is good for a summer/fresh type fragrance.

Got a free sample and blind bought a travel spray at the same time just by the notes. It doesn't disappoint me. Beat figaro and becomes my favourite. It's very awakening and invigorating with a slight hint of spiciness in the morning garden.

I used my 10ml bottle all up - there's just enough left for this review. What an interesting fragrance! I don't have anything like it in my collection. This is a green, herbal, spicy aromatic -- the top notes are lemon and bergamot, with the grapefruit (more pith than sweet). The rosemary is immediately prominent, along with very fresh basil, and there is definitely ginger and chili pepper! The website lists the pyramid differently from the above: Top Notes: Basil, Lemon, Bergamot Heart Notes: Ginger, White grapefruit, Chilli Base Notes: Cypress, Amber, Vetiver As the scent develops, I get the cypress and vetiver at the base, but not the amber. Sun Garden is well named because it is what I'd call a gardener's scent -- lots of crushed stems and leaves, herbs, a bit of wood and citrus for sunshine. Not sweet. No florals. Just the scent of the outdoors and LIFE! I have lots of herbals, greens, and aromatics in my collection, but this one somehow manages to smell simultaneously like an herb garden without crossing into "salad" territory. I'm impressed. So much so that I've used it all up now. Guess I should spring for the full bottle!

Immaculately captures a clean garden smell, aged Wood with a hint of bright citrus and a spiced note similar to orange peel. Woody, spicy, zesty. I like the first impression. Citrus disappears as it dries down leaving a woody, slightly musky body. Base notes are typical but first spray is layered and complex. Sillage 7/10, longevity 9/10 still there after 5 hours. I'd be buying it If I needed a fruity summer scent, unfortunately owning L'occitane Mandarin makes it a little unneeded.

Free sample that came with the discovery set. Initial reaction is it smells like really nice soap. Very clean and fresh, extremely strong, like it hit me like a blast to the face. Once it settles (about 3 hours) I get the grapefruit, cedar and rosemary with the smallest hint of chili. Lasts well above 12 hours and is an absolute beast. Male or masc leaning The differences in longevity for this discovery set are quite fascinating really.

This is a nice fragrance - nothing new for sure- but nice. Very citrus in the opening - the spicy content develops later. It is just way too masculine for me...but I would very much enjoy smelling it on the male in my life!! Lasts well and is certainly economically very viable!
