Till Death

I'm so happy The Society is finally on Fragrantica! Till Death has become my absolute favourite since I discovered it during a trip to York in 2024. It had just launched for Valentine’s Day, which turned out to be almost suspiciously on the nose! I had already spent most of my perfume budget and hadn’t expected to stumble upon such a lovely shop on my last day, so choosing only one fragrance felt nearly impossible. I left with a bottle of Vampire Kiss, convinced it was the more unique addition to my collection... and then spent the next few hours haunted by thoughts of Till Death. There was something about it that felt strangely nostalgic. To me, this is the embodiment of dark romance in perfume form: ripe black plum wrapped in amber and vanilla, softened by powdery notes that give it a velvety texture. Beneath the sweetness, there's a patchouli-laced depth that keeps it shadowed and sensual rather than girlish. I’m so glad I went back for it. I wore it for the first time on my first date with the man I now consider my soulmate (he complimented it immediately that night btw) and now it has become my designated perfume for fancy night dates ♥

i WILL be wearing this on my wedding day. there is something a little smokey and more powdery when it opens - kind of papery? heart notes give rise to that beautiful patchouli note but still slightly sweet in a way, it maintains the opening notes quite well. after an hour or two the vanilla bean & tonka are quite pronounced. overall, it's somewhat churchy and would be such a sexy perfume to layer with an incense scent omg however the projection is quite mid and isn't very long lasting. it sits very near to the skin. it makes me want to curl up in my bed in the middle of october on a cold night, wishing for something better to be spat out by the cold (not rainy) autumn days if I ever smelt anyone wearing this i'd want to be in their bed immediately !! ^_^ i wish the whole world smelt like this wow wow wow

Warm, inviting, very pleasant. Sweet dark plum with woody gothy undertones. Kinda reminds me of KVD Sinner but a whole mile better and "friendlier", less modern. It has been my every day perfume ever since I got it in York last month and I don't find it the least bit too heavy or overwhelming. It also lasts literally forever (I still get wafts of it on my skin after a shower, and I'm pretty sure it is permanently embedded into all of my t-shirts by now :)).

Very unusual dark mysterious rose scent, smells nothing like baccarat rouge so please don’t listen to the person below this one is unusual but fantastic

This is gorgeous. It's smooth, slightly creamy, slightly sweet, but mostly dark and woody with a cosy warmth. Perfect for a date night.

A must have at a great price. Dark, mysterious sexy scent that lasts all day, all night and into the next day.

Pretty much a direct dupe of baccarat rouge in my humble opinion. Pretty intense and screechy but not necessarily bad! I think my nose is just a bit fatigued by so many baccarat dupes
