Coffee Addict

There are certain smells that you like to smell but you wouldn't necessarily wear. I used to think coffee was one of those. Boy was I wrong. This is the most realistic coffee perfume I have ever smelled, my brain was not convinced that I was smelling a perfume bottle and insisted that I had a cup of coffee in front of me. The initial spray is full of coffee with a dash of cacao but as the hours pass by; it slowly starts to mellow down into a creamy, caramel fragrance. Think about it like this; first you smell like an espresso and then you slowly start to transform into a latte, then some cacao beans are added, then caramel and vanilla syrup. The drydown is absolutely gorgeous and very gourmand, this will make you smell edible. I believe that this is truly unisex although it is really sweet. I am a big lover of coffee itself so might not be for everyone, those who appreciate it though will find themselves wrapped in a fragrance that develops into a warm, embracing smell. Longevity is absolutely fantastic, sillage as well. I could smell this on me after about 12 hours of applying it, so that should say enough. The quality of the juice in this is incredible for the price you're paying. This together with Theodoros Kalotinis Alluring Fig are the two most unique fragrances in my humble collection.

I've been on the ''I want to smell like coffee'' journey for a long time now, and I'm not saying I'll be dropping the anchors here, but atleast I'll be taking a gran escale. This smells like coffee, pure and bitter and aromatic and deep, warm like it's being brewed infront of you. I dont understand those saying it's too sweet, i wonder if they have found even more bitter coffee like smells, as this is the only one i've found that doesn't deteriorate into an iced vanilla latte an hour into wearing. It's very long wearing, and it might be just on me, but i find this fragrance to particularly stick well and pair with skin overtime, while i like the first sprit of it in the morning, usually it's in the later afternoon when I put my head into my hands during a boring lecture and smell what's rest of this fragrance that i love it the most. It doesn't go acidic on me, it leaves a stain (metaphorically speaking) of scent similar to walking into a coffee shop. Careful, not smelling the coffee directly, but it's proximity to you, and the depth and warmth of it mixing with the walls, the people, the air and the clothes. Like an aftermath and beforemath all at once. I can't explain it better, but it's the best true coffee scent i've found to this date. And so so layerable.

The opening is fresh roasted coffee with smooth caramel, sweet vanilla with the addition of a cacao/toffee note. A caramel latte grande-literally. After dry down, I think i note a subtle salt in the base, although salt it is not listed in the notes above, it gives it some depth. Although this sounds overly sweet, it is not, it's well balanced with the coffee dominating. It is warm inviting, interesting, unique, sooo lovable and just so FUN. It is absolutely ASTONISHING how realistic this fragrance is. My daughter, who is a barista at starbucks agrees, this is an amazing dupe of a real caramel latte. Performance was excellent I did not feel like I needed to reapply. Rating: 10/10. A coffee masterpiece IMO. Projection: 6/10; Silage: 6/10; Application: 5 atomizations; Performance: 10/10. Gender: Unisex; Ages: 21+; A fun daytime winter or fall fragrance. I have not tested in warm weather. Blind-Buy: YES, if you like coffee gourmands. In my humble opinion, Coffee Addict is the best fragrance that Theodoros Kalotinis has to offer, considering the scent, the price and the performance. All three aspects are top tier with Coffee Addict! As expected from the name, it’s a coffee dominant perfume, but sweetened with caramel and rounded up by vanilla and cacao pod. A bit more complex than just a coffee centric perfume, but so strong, rich, powerful and delicious. It’s a bitter roast coffee but it’s not a bitter smelling scent because caramel counterbalances with its sweetness that aspect. Vanilla and cacao gives it a strong gourmand feel and smooth nicely the composition. More of a cold weather perfume and perfectly unisex. To me it smells like how it’s smells inside those expensive, independently owned coffee shops. This is incredible! I have tried this scent in store, together with a couple more from the brand, and I let the store with a bottle of Coffee Addict. As a coffee drinker, this is a scent to accompany my slow, weekend mornings, when I’m enjoying peacefully my morning coffee. Highly recommend Coffee Addict, this is a true gem of a fragrance. I know it’s hyped, but it deserves even more praise!!!

I made an accojnt just to comment about this! As a huge huge coffee lover I was looking for a very realistic black dark coffee perfume. At the very first spray I was mind blown. It smells amazing, so so yummy. To be completely fair, it doesn't smell of black coffee to me, but very caramel-like, but a realistic caramel, almost like a yummy coffee with cream or something. And some liquor-vibes, but very very minimal, you can barely smell it, which is good for me. Ive had Khamrah Qahwa, but this is still way better. They really nailed it. I need to test it more to explore the coffee. I have just tested it on my skin, but after a few uses I will be back with more opinions. Amazing!!! Update 2 days later: Still amazing. People around me are definitely reacting positively to it. I've yet to hear something negative. Only heard one say "it smells so good, but why would anyone smell like coffee/caramel-like". Its definitely long lasting. sillage is beastly. You can 100% smell it up in the environment. Stays on clothes for a damn long time, over a day. Amazing at night and colder weather.

If you love the smell of Coffee, this is for you. I myself am a partly a Barista, coffee being a big part of my life, and i love this perfume to death! It reminds me of being in a café drinking a caramel mocha with a hint of vanilla. This perfume is linear, with a small change of the coffee fading a small amount around 6 hours in. It starts with a nice freshly roasted Coffee from Colombia, nice small hints of a nuttyness from the coffee. Then come the caramel along side with Cacao. Vanilla lays beneath it and supports it all. To me, this sort of smells like a caramel mocha with a hint of vanilla. On my skin, this perfume lasts around 8 hours with mid to strong silage. The Coffee note in this is extremely close to being photorealistic. Overall this perfume gets a 9/10 form me.

This fragrance is one of my favourite fragrances of all time. It opens opp with a beautiful realistic coffee bean smell with a touch sweet caramel. It smells like a salted carmel coffee from Starbucks in the opening. After about 2 hours you can start smelling the vanilla that gives the fragrance a fantastic undertone. You can smell the cacao in the background as well. To me Coffee Addict smell like a Tiramisu in the dry down, but som people get the smell of chocolate. The longevity is pretty good with about 7 hours on my skin and the projection is great. I usually goes with 4-6 sprays . Coffee Addict by Theodoros Kalotinis is for people that loves gourmand and coffee fragrances. I gives it a 10/10.

This is a beautiful, photorealistic coffee delight. It is rich and strong ristretto/coffee liquer without being too sweet- still maintaining a tiny bit of coffee bitterness- with the addition of cacao and caramel. It has good lasting power without losing that initial coffee punch. I do see the tiramisu that others mentioned as well. It's a favorite scent of mine because it doesn't lean sickly sweet cotton candy/spun sugar bomb or floral mixed with coffee ( I do however don't mind the montale ristretto intense cafe once in a while) and doesn't smell like a typical gourmand or perfume. It's unique and niche while being a nice uplifting and comforting fragrance.

So this is far better than what I expected. I blind bought this as a birthday present request and do not regret it at all. It opens up with a very realistic coffee smell. As it dries down the coffee is still there but not like a black coffee but as a milky coffee with cream. Later it dries down to include caramel. Its not sweet where it is cloying its balanced absolutely perfectly so it remains unisex. This will be banging on a colder day. It a warm cosy creamy scent on my skin. I adore it. Lasts for a long time and can smell it all day. For the price it's a no brainer for me. I would defo repurchase this.

Theodoros Kalotinis has created a true masterpiece with this fragrance that captures the essence of coffee in a bottle. For anyone who craves an olfactory adventure, this perfume is an absolute must Coffee Addict is one of my favorite gourmand and coffee perfumes, but if someone is looking for the straight coffee smell of freshly ground coffee beans, it's not it. It is a very realistic coffee smell, but it is the smell of freshly brewed scented vanilla/caramel drip coffee. All in all, if someone is looking for a sweet-scented coffee smell, would like it. reasonable price give it ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️’s

In the opening, it smells just like iced coffee. After a couple of hours, it settles down to a caramel, toffee, vanillic base. Very edible. I found, that the first half minute of the opening is quite potent, but trust the process. And when I smell it from the cap, it's just the sour part of coffee with some vanillic background - totally different. Most of my dark fragrances only smell good in the winter, but this one is lovely in the summer too. When it's colder outside, raining - this is perfect. 5/5

as much as i love this perfume, i really dont think the coffee scent is as pungeant as a lot of people say. to me it leans more to the caramel side - like a sweeter latte, not so much a strong burnt coffee. its definitely a personal thing because my dad always points out how strongly i smell of coffee when im around him. after a few hours, the smell really reminds me of crepes, oddly enough. its also very long lasting. i apply it in the morning and i'll still be catching whiffs of it in the evening.

A+ photorealism; this smells more like coffee than the cup of coffee I'm currently drinking. Mildly sweet, like black coffee with a pinch of sugar. Sits close to the skin, subtle, very linear. I feel like I just *smell like coffee* as opposed to smelling like a perfume. Great on its own, and very easy to layer with something else. Pairs beautifully with your favorite gourmand that you wish was a little more robust! I finished my 5ml in record time. Will definitely be purchasing full bottle.

The initial impression of this fragrance is a bittersweet coffee, subtly accented with notes of caramel and vanilla. As it evolves, a delicate chocolate undertone emerges. We particularly appreciate the fragrance's ability to present a seemingly simple profile while simultaneously offering a complex and distinctive character. While the longevity is satisfactory, the sillage, a key consideration for us, could be improved. However, slightly overspraying it, seems to help the lack in sillage.

Slightly close to followed by kerosine, but of course, way worse performance. I’m not sure if another scent will perform as ridiculously as followed. I don’t get a very realistic coffee scent with this one, more of a synthetic coffee and heavy cocoa smell. Not like a traditional chocolate smell, but a slight bitter and heavy true cocoa smell. Not my favorite, but I like it! Curious what this smells like in the air to others though, that might be where it’s true colors show. 7/10

Obsessed with this one. It takes me back to my days as a barista. It makes me smell like a caramel latte which is exactly what I wanted. Coffee and caramel are the dominant notes. Super creamy dry down. Definitely gives latte not drip coffee. After a few hours it becomes almost powdery and more vanilla forward but the coffee scent really hangs on until the end which makes me so happy. I got a small sample and I’m sure I’ll be ordering the full bottle in a few months. 10/10

The most realistic coffee scent! ☕️ The perfumer for this house is a genius. They have done a superb job of capturing the essence of coffee in a fragrance bottle. I can’t believe it legit smells like walking into Starbucks and that whiff you get of coffee as you step foot in Smells like dark roast coffee and the fragrance the develops with sweetness from the vanilla and caramel. This fragrance is divine and the longevity I get is about 7-8 hours

Realistic coffee/chocolate scent. It reminds me of the chocolates with coffee that usually comes im expensive chocolate boxes... its a dream of a fragrance and a must have for all gourmand lovers. It also makes me quite nostalgic cause it smells almost identical to a body cream I had 15 years ago from Sephora that smelled “capuccino”, I remember I pampered myself in that cream in autumn and winter and felt so cocooning and cozy.. love this!!

Je suis tombé AMOUREUSE de ce parfum ! Il est très photo réaliste, quoique je trouve qu'au début il sent le pain grillé du petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas désagréable mais assez surprenant ! Après quelques minutes, on sent le café et le tiramisu assez amer, mais que j'adore absolument. Petit regret quant à la longévité qui n'est pas folle, le parfum est très fort donc je n'en spray pas énormément afin que ça ne me monte pas à la tête.
