Black Orchid Hair Mist

It's gorgeous. Not TOO strong, same projection/sillage as the limited edition BOrchid COMPACT perfume I have too and which is not (yet?)in the database here and now very rare to find. This beautifull compact perfume is lighter then the wellknown spray EDP, but rounder , less sharp, then the EDT spray... My skin and hair eat any scent alive, i must say, but i checked around me and they replied they couldn't smell any sillage around me ,only when they came very, very, close, this for both editions I have, so i wouldn't worry about sillage before having it tested yourself, and on me it's all gone after 4-5 hr anyway ;) PS: I don't spray it in my hair ( I'm very carefull with my hair:)), but on skin like a body-mist. Nigritella is a twin. Much weaker, but a twin.

I got this as a gift and didn't like it. don't know how it compares to the regular Black Orchid but the notes are almost identical. It had a more "mature" scent to me, which was not for me. I read a review on the regular Black Orchid saying it smells like a grandma. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm no grandma!

Bearing in mind the strength of Black Orchid, lovely fragrance though it is, this product leaves you at the risk of smelling of Black Orchid forever. It would be some shampoo that would wash this away very easily. I would be prepared to give it a go if someone else was going to test it and review it first. Hair mists are nice - Shalimar has one, and I preferred it to the ordinary fragrance.
