Fleur de Portofino Acqua

Really pretty, especially in humid hot weather. In the middle of July it is perfect here (NYC). I would wear it with a blue linen dress and just spray 6-7 sprays and I am good to go. It is not a highly projecting perfume, no one will suffocate around you, but it does last! Even through sweat :). Today it is a humid March day, and it rained all day. I had it on my cotton sweater and on my hair and I still smell it 8 hours later. It is very pleasant, watery and floral. It opens up a bit citrus-y and sweet. Orange blossom and jasmine shine. It is very uplifting to my nose. Nice care-free kind of a scent. It leans feminine to my nose, but I suppose a guy can pull it off in summer months or add more citrus to cut through the flowers, if that is too much. I got a big bottle for a good price at the company outlet. So this was a great buy for me as I do not have anything like this in my collection. I definitely recommend it.

I love this perfume so much. I live in Texas so this would be great for most of the year, but this really reminds me of trips to Galveston. When it would rain in the middle of the day for an hour in summer, the smell of the beach and flowers, it’s not tropical in a fruity way but a beach way. It’s very sophisticated and light so you won’t have to worry about it being too much for others around you. It is very feminine and delicate, I think of a mermaid every time I smell this perfume. She’s laying on the beach just tucked away out of sight. There’s a light drizzle and the summer heat warms her. It’s just lovely. Ariel is who I think of when I smell this. Specifically when she has that flower in her hair and is dancing and when she sings part of your world and is on the rocks. It’s delicate, fun, and pretty just like her.

Hey Guys! So recently I was interested in purchasing a bottle of this stuff and I will say one thing. The smell is incredible, very sweet and aromatic. The issue with it is it doesn't last very long and the sillage is horrible. If its something you will wear in a closed area maybe its alright. Smell: 8.5/10 Longevity: 4/10 Quality for Price: 7/10 Overall score: 5.8/10

This is big white floppy flowers but there's something sharp and tangy about it. The very end of the dry down is the best part where it's the softest. I used to wear this more often but now I'm just not loving it. Update: I gave this away. I now own the original Fleur De Portofino, I think I like it better. It's not as loud and screechy bubble gum-like.

Fleur de Portofino Acqua is absolutely delightful in the high heat. Its like being surrounded by beautiful blossoms of magnolia, acacia and orange flowers and various citruses with the slight sweetness from honey. Its never overpowering but has its unique presence throughout the wear. Very uplifting and happy scent. Highly recommended for summer days
