St. Barts Seascape for Men

Its more playful Bahama resort release, its more juicy fruity, sweeter and bubble gummy with creamy tonka to the end. Youthful and inoffensive. You can still smell all the typical TB cabana chill vibes with seaside in the background. This is a very different direction for TB, it's more modern and trendy. Good value for the money (as low as $20). Yes there are some hints of Y and Invictus like scents but this one is much smoother and mellow (maybe Y Eau Fraiche?), and overall unique in its own existence. Its def. not redundant to other popular TB releases.

It’s like YSL Y and ADG absolu had a baby. I like it! The sillage is pretty decent and longevity is typical of most blue scents.

This is a great inexpensive release that is pleasant and will offend no one. It’s got a bit of YSL Y family mixed with a bit of Polo Blue family maybe some Invictus, but a bit brighter than any of them. I’ve never smelled the Roja and I don’t get ADG Absolu at all. As with many TB, performance is a bit lackluster but for the price, it’s a deal.

Burlington had the 3.4oz for $19....so why not. To me it smells like a simple fougere style that's watered down and aquious. It's does smell nice for only $19, but it doesn't last so well, so expect to use for just running quick errands or minor day wear. At first spray, with the huge amount of bergamot you would think this is gonna go in a summery citrus way. But after 15min...Tonka, herbal (dark clary sage) and slight spice (black pepper) are the stand out notes... surrounded by aqua and watery notes. It dries out quite powdery musky with the slightest hint of soft virginian cedarwood, and a tiny touch of vetiver gives a subtle rooty/earthy shade to the woodyness. Longevity: I got almost 7hrs on skin until it became undetectable on my forearm. I'm sure you'll get more hours if you spray it on clothes.

Generic freshie without heavy aquatic/marine notes and not heavy on citurs. Best way to describe it for me is to take Fierce or even Legend and dialing down the intensity of the scent while significantly dialing up the freshness. While it's an overall pleasant scent, easy reach and versatile for hot weather, it was a bit weak for me. Longevity and projection were quite low. Comparing St. Barts Seascape to St. Barts, I prefer the latter. They aren't the same scent though. St. Barts is heavier on the citrus. But if you want a lighter freshie, I can recommend St. Barts over Seascape.

Only sampled once at a store but this was a disappointment. I’ve tried almost all the TBs for men and this one was similar to Maritime Voyage, which I also sampled at the same time. It’s not bad but I was expecting a revamped St Barts, which is one I like, but this one didn’t smell similar to St Barts at all. If you like the Maritime series you may like this but I thought it was a redundant addition to the TB house.

I,like others found this at Burlington and at 20 bucks why not blind buy it. The initial spray to me is difficult as I get an almost vinegar-esque smell but it fades after a few seconds. To me,this almost seems to be Tommy Bahamas take on Invictus Aqua 2016 with a little YSL Y added. Not bad for the price.

This is actually a super nice release. Smells like your standing in Santorini Greece looking at the blue sea while sipping a sweet alcoholic beverage. I was very pleasantly surprised by this. Will definitely be picking up a bottle when it hits discounters.

Also, I just realized I’m pretty sure this is a Roja Oceania Clone.

I found this at Burlington for $20 and purchased it as a blind buy. Tommy Bahama makes some great inexpensive fragrances. St Barts is one of my favorites overall, St Kitts is very unique, Set Sail Martinique is a nice inoffensive scent, and Maritime Voyage has a lovely salty scent. Unfortunately for me I can't stand St. Barts Seascape. To my nose it smells almost identical to Eros, which I also strongly dislike. Eros is obviously very popular - so my low opinion of this fragrance may be in the minority.

Seascape is good stuff !! My favorite of the line... I have the original St. Barts, St. Kitts, I have tried Martinique (but don't really like that one), and now Seascape. This has risen to the top. It's a fruity, aqueous, ambery woody scent. The fruity 'bubble gummy' note dissipated in a few minutes, and then the citrusy, woody heart notes come on. The amber and woods stay through the dry down. It reminds me of Invictus and Azzaro Chrome Legend, and especially the new Michael Kors Homme. On my skin or clothing, this performs pretty well, at least 4-5 hours. It has brought several compliments, and it is extremely pleasant. I may even grab a backup bottle...
