Baccarat Rouge 540 with chocolate.. Delicious and interesting

At first sniff it reminded me a lot of Baccarat Rouge 540, although a chocolate quickly emerges that makes the difference with it. It is a sweet and tasty perfume, with notes of sugar, rum, chocolate and vanilla. It feels much better put together and less strident than most BR540-like ones I've tried, it's obviously a very good quality perfume. Unfortunately right now I don't have decants to compare it with the normal version or with the extract of the MFK. It has a moderate projection at the beginning but remains close to the skin after the third-fourth hour, lasting about 8-9 hours in total. I expected it to be much more bombastic, according to the reviews I had seen or read. It is true that in this case I have tried it from a decant, and I think that in these cases we always tend to under-apply the fragrance, but I have gotten the same impression from the other fragrance that I have tried so far from the brand using it in a bottle: good performance without being a bomb. I wouldn't buy it because I have similar fragrances, although I think its quality is evident. It is true that we cannot expect less in its price range and that I would like it to project and last a little longer. For me it is a BR540 with chocolate and, although beautiful, I think that there are many options on the market that give us that olfactory profile and good performance right now and that, if we want to add chocolate, we can always do layering.
