White Coffee

This is an enigmatic perfume apparently and I haven't tried the OG, but I got DUA's newly released Ivory Vanillac Coffee which is an impression of this. So here is my review for DUA's creation. I get hate for posting DUA reviews on the OG perfumes, but not all DUAs are on the database. Okay so this is not linear at all. The opening is not gourmand at all, while the drydown is. The opening on the skin is weird as it is bright and slightly sharp-sweet, like the green Palmolive dish detergent, from the bergamot-lily but it also has a spicy fresh almost minty, patchouli-like scent from the bergamot blending with the earthiness of the coffee and the peppery amber. There is no actual dirty patchouli spice scent though. I immediately also detect a subtle vanilla blossom, coffee and toffee smell, like light vanilla cookies so kinda bready since roasted coffee beans have a bready scent. So the fresh floral aldehydic and high-pitched lily-bergamot are jarring in this paired with the warm spicy vibe of the scent and it's unexpected so not my favorite part, but they incorporate into the other notes at the drydown for a green spicy impression. The lily being floral doesn't suit the other notes. The weird fresh dish detergent scent and the minty patchouli-like vibe from the lily - bergamot- amber-coffee remain in the mid phase clashing with the other sweet notes and it makes the peppery amber-coffee spice more intense, bright and fresh as aldehydic notes tend to do that with peppery notes and ginger. Luckily more of the bergamot remains in the later drydown not being floral so it's better and it has a smooth, subtly green element from the bergamot. The peppery spicy element from the amber-coffee intensifies in the mid phase and at the drydown and it becomes warmer, slightly earthy and bready from the coffee, smoothed out by the vanilla and rendered gourmand by the toffee. It's a soft warm amber-y peppery spice impression at the drydown like gingerbread along with some of the fresh green aldehydic lily-bergamot in the background. So the drydown is totally different, it is much warmer, more defined, even more spicy, and the Madagascar vanilla comes forth which along with the toffee/amber and coffee create the sweet, soft spicy effect like gingerbread, but not too peppery or fizzy like actual ginger and more amber-y. The coffee note is detectable, but as I said it comes off as an earthy bready spicy ginger scent due to the amber - toffee. The green freshness of the bergamot has less of the aldehydic lily later on. The vanilla makes the scent smooth, sweet and warm, and due to the green fresh element from the bergamot-lily, along with the earthy and bready scent of the coffee and the spice of the amber - toffee, the drydown smells like Bbw jolly gingerbread village, the way that one is sweetened with vanilla while having a green aspect from the timber and the warm softened spice of gingerbread. Ivory Vanilla Coffee has a more austere less sweet vibe from the coffee, it's more amber-y spicy, and it has less of the green element as opposed to jolly gingerbread village, but yea they have the same warm vanilla soft spicy sweet gingerbread vibe with a green element. Chilled Horchata has more of the warm spice of Jolly Gingerbread Village without the green aspect of it, and it's warmer and sweeter than this one. After 2 hrs I detect the coffee more in the warm toffee-amber spicy cloud being like an earthy sweet coffee stain smell. The fresh peppery patchouli-like lily-bergamot-amber-coffee spice made this unwearable to me eventually so I got rid of it.
