I love this stuff! It smells so fresh and floral, yet there is this sharp greenness to it, like when you cut a flower stem. It does have and icyness like crisp spring air in the mountains on a chilly morning. It is so unique and wonderful, I love it.

I really enjoy this for cold weather. An icy, but inviting, floral. I get a pretty snowdrop and soft iris that's round and powdery. This isn't very fruity on me (but that may just be because I can't pick a specific one out). The watery element/"glacial accord" is very much a crisp air, crunchy snow. This does remind me of Provocative Woman; but PW was a little more abrasive to my nose from what I remember. (I did not really enjoy wearing PW but can't remember those specifics). Love Everlasting is an easy wear that's very polished. Linear, feminine, and delightful.

Review from the perfume rejects basket. Have owned a small, half ounce roller bottle of the elixir for many years. I believe it was purchased not long after Love Everlasting was released, from QVC. I recall the release of LE and the gorgeous bottle but the notes didn't call out to me so when this small bottle was offered I went for it. In the well over a decade that I've owned it, it looks untouched. It turns out my initial thoughts on the notes were correct. All I get on my skin is a generic "water note", which is "masculine" to my nose. Linear and unchanging. Liquid laundry soapish. I'm a big fan of TOVA, Signature, Autumn, Summer but Love Everlasting just doesn't do it for me. Many rejects have made the leap from the basket into rotation. Not this time.

The original bottle of this was very beautiful. It almost looked like an ice castle. This scent by Tova is meant to express her love to her homecountry Norway. That is why you find northern flowers in it. It's a nice and light scent for summer and daytime. One could describe it as airy and flowery. It wasn't a scent for me, but it is surely a different flower scent than the usual ones. The lasting power was not so great, maybe 4 hours.
