Yellowstone Original

Note: There is NO blueberry in this. It is HUCKLEBERRY. With that in mind, this is lovely! It reminds me of vacations in Missoula, Montana. It's nostalgic to me for that reason. However, it has awful longevity. Like Jesus Christ. I do not want to have to be spraying perfume all day everyday. I don't want to be this person who sprays perfume in the public restroom but Yellowstone WANTS me to be. If anyone knows of more huckleberry perfumes, please let me know. I love huckleberry.

This is absolutely beautiful - the perfect blend of a fresh shower and desert floral. This could be worn anywhere, for any occasion. However, on me it faded almost immediately and didn't seem to have any sillage. Despite this, it smells so fantastic and is so reasonably priced, will definitely be purchasing a full size.

There is a set of all 3 Yelllowstone women's fragrances available on Amazon for approximately $50, so I thought I'd get it because I do so love the Beth character. I was expecting something on the gritty side with a dash of femininity, but this is anything but that. Yellowstone Original is an ordinary and basic fruity juvenile type fragrance that captures absolutely nothing about the Beth character. Because I prefer more unique and less generic scents, this will be relegated to my pile of 'air fresheners'.

I got this because some had suggested it smelled like Pacsun’s lilu (RIP) and I was so disappointed. It had a synthetic almost cleaning product smell. Not a fan, sadly.

Layer tip - If you have sweetest song from bath and body works layer these together one of my most complimented combos. I was at boot barn when I discovered this I didn’t really wanna smell like Beth Dutton, but I do like the show. I always found her a bit too much personally as a character (I’m just a lot more of a show kindness turn the other cheek kind of gal but wish sometimes I had some of her toughness and assertiveness) so it’s kind of like a love-hate view on her. That is irrelevant. I smelled this perfume and sprayed it on me told myself I didn’t need any more perfume cause I had at that point at least 200 bottles of perfume but then all day I kept getting wafts of this heavenly sent this juicy fruity lightly floral just summer perfection and this was a perfume I was missing in my routine in my collection. I went back that day to buy at bootbarn. I have almost used up the whole bottle and to replace it now and that’s with 300+ perfumes now it’s just that good. I’m actually wearing it today. You do have to be an over sprayer like 6 to 10 sprays per arm and then the rest of your body if you want people to smell you, but it does smell beautiful and the longer you let it sit the better it gets. I have had mine over a year and I sprayed it last night on one arm and hand then Yellowstone tornado on the other to see which my partner preferred and I woke up to both still having a subtle scent on me but was surprised they still were there. So heavenly. It’s not a beast mode fragrance tho and to me it’s absolutely not generic and strange for anyone to think it’s like a cleaner. It’s one of the most beautiful scents and I’ve got Delena and delina la rosé Valaya erba pura baccarat rouge 540 tons of both niche and designer perfumes and this is up at my top 10

I had originally tried this because it was recommended for those who loved Pacsun Lilu. It was close, but not quite there for me when compared to my original bottle of Lilu. I did really like the fresh juicy peach, and huckleberry in it so much that I got a full size. I only wish this were stronger and had more lasting power. I find it to feel more like an EDT, but I love the fresh fruity notes so much!
