Elae

This is my go to for special occasions; fancy dinners, dates, you name it, I grab this. I'm a dude, and this is apparently a feminine scent, which is definitely a little misleading. YES, it is more on the feminine side, but I have ZERO reservations about this being my signature scent. I have never smelled anything like this before, with the warm spicy, floral, sophisticated, ambery mix just absolutely blowing me away from when I had first tried it. Well actually my mother had sampled it in a store - it lingered on her for the entire rest of the day, and I was transfixed by the one-of-a-kind scent that had been lingering throughout the house for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening. This was such a pleasant scent to me that I went back the next day, and having forgotten which scent it was that we had sampled, immediately recognized it after testing a few. Of course, I bought it on the spot (price was a little off-putting but I do think it is worth it, as I point out later) This is such an insanely sophisticated and comforting scent, the likes of which I have never encountered, and I highly, highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE who liked fragrances, given you can stomach the slightly enormous price tag (that said, for the scent, if the likes of Tom Ford perfumes are worth it 200+ dollars, this is certainly also worth it).

Reviewing a bottle from 2025. Elae was launched in 2019. This is a modern and elegant white floral which is subtle enough for any occasion. Elae opens with soft citrus - Moroccan neroli quickly followed by Egyptian jasmine and Ylang Ylang. The apple note is not perceptible. Fresh and minimally indolic on a bed of Australian Sandalwood. Warmed with vanillic Laotian Benzoin. I do not find it spicy nor is it sweet or fruity. Beautifully blended in it's simplicity with no artificial or cloying facets. Visiting the beautiful Trudon store in Paris I was impressed by Elae as well as Mortal and my favorite Trudon II. I am always searching for natural white florals that are not intrusive and can be worn at work or for dinner. Elae is perfect in this regard although better longevity would be nice. Perhaps we can hope for an extrait version. Quality- excellent Unisex but leans Feminine Performance- average -stays close, lasts 3- 4 hours Elegant easy to wear high quality white floral. Not unique or earth shattering but very well done. Trudon has 15ml travel sizes which are a great option to a full bottle. 7.5/10

I love this one , The sweet almost abit spicy opening. very strange to say spicy ,there isent spice in there but it feels deep and slightly spice creamy on my skin mixing so well with the Neroli and apple in the begining . Somehow this remind me abit of Rare Gold Avon and poem from back in the days . they do not smell the same but something about the second stage of it with the ylang and jasmin mingelig with the sweetnes in the top makes me think of it smelled from afar. The sandalwood and benzoin rounds this of so well . the jasmin and ylang never disapears on skin . It just changes abit to something so warm and cosy . The whole scent on me is rather warm and comforting . makes me think about long warm summer nights when the flowers realy starts to waft around you . Truly a beautiful romantic scent. The scent itself is pretty strong on skin , A little goes a long way . although i wish i stayed on a little longer then it does . it dies down after around 6 hour ,and disapears quickly ,maybe i need to spray more on clothes aswell . love this one regardles

Whenever I put this sample on I try to convince myself it’s not that special. Just a few notes, a pretty simple white floral. Many are saying this and I guess they’re not wrong. But it’s probably the most beautiful white floral scent I’ve smelled. The longer it’s on, the better it gets. Still not worth $280 a bottle unless you’ve got real deep pockets. But wow. Their website lists green apple and I definitely get a lot of that. I don’t generally love green apple but I think this whole simple composition may just be a prime example of the difference that quality ingredients makes. Update: I think it’s been a week now since I sprayed this on my sweatshirt and it’s still going strong. I’m honestly pretty in love. I think this would even be hot on a man because it’s just so absolutely gorgeous.

Elae is a beautiful floral. Very modern but absolutely classic, is it impressive right? How much does it cost today to create a perfume that is simple, elegant and feminine, that can be classic but that lives in 2022. Well, Elae is ... A bulky tuberose that is not at all indole, with a touch of sweetness from the red apple. Jasmine also resonates and turns Elae's end into Alice's dream ... It is a floral that brightens your days, it makes you a woman without being serious and you do not feel like a child either ... it is not serious but it is not childish either. Full perfume that is not too strong or too loose ... a simple floral but not a simple floral. Recommended for all those who want an old school perfume but do not want to look like excessives...
