Trussardi A Way for Her

I received two 100ml bottles of this in lotion form as a free gift when I bought Trussardi's Donna. As a lotion, I love it. The scent is soft and clean and sits close to the skin as the perfect after-shower pick-me-up. I don't know that I'll ever buy the perfume though. As everyone here says, it has ZERO longevity. About 5 minutes after I sprayed it on the tester strip, I could no longer smell anything at all. If you really do love this fragrance, you may want to try using the lotion first, then layering the EDT over it. Nov 5 update: Tried it twice now on top of the lotion, and it lasted about 5 hours on me. So if you're really into this scent but hate the longevity, try combining it with the lotion! The only thing I don't like about this perfume is the bottle. I think it's really ugly and far too masculine for a women's fragrance. On top of that, it looks cheap in person, quite different from the photos.

I have never thought that I will come to the point where my opinion is so different. I love this one. I just love it. One of very few - maybe the only one actually- that was amazing from the beggining. Scent is so delicate and feminine that reminds me fresh, spring flowers spread on a new washed bed sheets... Sillage is not so strong but this one who get closer to you will be surprised ;) I really don't find this one sweet. Sweetness is behind rain. You smell it through freshness of flowers, citrus and shadow of a forrest. It reminds me also miss Dior bouquet that is so beautiful and so last just a second. In my opinion Trussardi has to be made in the same Fairytale maybe with just one drop of passion more ;)

nice little surprise...this is not an offensive fragrance so great for the office. in my opinion the dry down smells like soap and lotion after you have showered.

I love it! Very fresh scent. The peach in this is quite bitter.

Tried this one yesterday at Sephora and I loved it! I can detect lots of freesia although freesia isn't listed in the notes- maybe it's frangipani I'm smelling, not freesia. Anyway- this is an elegant, feminine floral scent, nothing innovative for sure, yet good piece of perfumery work. Sillage is medium, longevity- I'm not quite sure. Had it on my wrist for about 2 hours, then I had a shower so it was washed off. The bracelet of my watch still smells amazing :) I ordered sample but I am almost sure I'll end up buying full bottle. Edit: I will not buy it- although I still love the scent lasting power is so disappointing. It lasts about 15 minutes, then it's gone.

This is a nice fragrance. Very light, fresh, fruity-floral. It lasted several hours on me. It came off a bit synthetic at opening but it settled in nicely for the dry down. I can't find any real fault with it but I have so many others that I love, it didn't make it to the cash register with me. If I didn't have such an obscene number of other scent choices, I could see picking this up. It's a pleasant fragrance that is clean and pretty enough to work in most settings without offending.

I am wearing it on a winter outdoor walk in my hair and for going out shopping I absolutely loved smelling it on me. I would get sick of it quickly but for a change up this smells nice to me right now. It does have a bit of a posh smell like Prada too. It is rather sweet though I couldn't wear it for more than a couple of days in a row like I said good for going out shopping. It has more sileage than most perfumes I wear.

Fresh and inoffensive smell. Well balanced and pleasing. You won't like if you are strong and heavy scents lover. I don't know why those people waste their time commenting knowing it's not their type of perfume. And by the way, the logo is a dog's head, a greyhound dog.

I think it's quite good tea scent. Very light and modest. Nice, but nothing original. I guess, it's the one I forget really quickly. Another great everyday scent, but I need something more special. Seems so light, probably won't last long.

Quite nice fragrance, not too warm, so good for spring and fall. I can smell a lot of white tea, which makes this fragrance extraordinary. Totally unobtrusive scent for sure. Office and school safe.

Nice light flowery fragrance, not amazing, but nice for a young girl or someone on a budget.

Great Creamy frangipani but baaad lasting power.Very very bad.1 hour and it is gone!

This was a blind buy from the sale rack. It's nice but a bit bland. Kind of a confusing mix ...is it a citrus or floral? At first spray I feel like the notes are competing with each other...then they stop competing and fall asleep. Zzzz

What a pity to have once grand Trussardi launching half-way products like this, pun intended. I dislike the phrase, but this one is indeed a chemical mess. No grace, no character and no quality whatsoever. I know we're not at a design contest here, but I honestly can't tell what failed more miserably... let's just say that it smells equally ludicrous as it looks. It's so obvious that it didn't know what it wanted to be, and it ended up lost (an accidental pun). An unfinished product and a disgrace for the brand. Such a pity, indeed. Now I really can't tell what it smells like: the note pyramid could have been completely different or consisted only of one simple chemical compound - it wouldn't matter. It just smells cheap and annoying. Don't get me wrong here - it's not a stink, it doesn't smell nasty, it just smells like something that doesn't deserve to be bottled and sold. And while I'm spilling honesty here, I can't imagine at what age I could have appreciated something like this. I don't think there's a constellation even, where I would be able to appreciate this thing. No Way for me.

This is literally the worst perfume I've ever had. It has a very sour smell. It's like lemon but it's probably the bergamot... I'll just gift it to my mom

Sickly sweet concoction of ingredients, mish-mash that I would not like to smell on myself nor anyone else.

I tested it in the summer and regretted I didn't buy it for the discounted price. Now I ordered a bottle, I hope I will still like it. It wasn't a sensation, just pleasant. Don't remember how the longevity was on me when I tested it but I'm not desperate if it's short because in that case I'm going to use it for a boring monthly early-morning meeting when you get noticed because you smell fresh but by the end of the meeting it disappears but it doesn't really matter because your head is empty anyway from getting up early and listening to the commonplaces :). Edit: I've worn this several times and I think it is a perfect female equivalent to a man's after shave: it's fresh, light and the sillage is just right, non-offensive in an office environment, I use it frequently to work. It is subltle and could easily be a Clean scent. The longevity is also good, I can smell it on myself at the end of the day.
