Trussardi Donna Eau de Toilette

I find it very similar to donna edp,but the fruity/peachy accord of the original is replaced by citruses here so it has more summery and fresh vibe,also vanilla isn't as well-pronaunced as in edp here which is a pitty,however there is a dominant tea note here as jasmine tea which I find adorable.I've always liked jasmine tea in perfumes(cacharel scarlet,givenchy ange ou demon le secret) and it's very pretty here I just tried it on a paper strip and couldn't detect any aquatic or ozonic notes which I usually detest I have to do a side by side try with edp to see are they different enough or I'd better stick to my Trussardi donna edp P.s:Longevity and sillage seem to be the same,edt isn't that much lighter,it's just more citrusy and a bit less sweet...it's bottle is really pretty in person

Trussardi Donna EDT is very similar to the EDP, but jasmine tea is definitely prominent in this composition. Here the yuzu starts out cleaner (but not soapy) and less sweet, but it still retains the refreshing and uplifting quality of the original. During the dry down, the jasmine tea note becomes earthier, slightly amplifying the sweetness and warmth of the vanilla, which was really surprising. I would say the EDP is brighter (yuzu+creamy florals) and the EDT is more relaxed (yuzu + earthy jasmine tea). Longevity and sillage are average, but I have no problem re-applying considering the price. Perfect for spring and summer or whenever some aromatherapy is in order.

A beautiful composition, delicate, feminine and charming. The fragrance sounds easy to me. Citrus starts with a melon freshness, and then such an image is created: spring, jasmine blooms, next to a bouquet of huge, lush white flowers and a large bowl of peaches, abundantly poured with whipped cream with cold ice cream. Using this fragrance, I received a lot of compliments. I want to note the steadfastness, she pleasantly surprised me. Despite the fact that it is eau de toilette, the fragrance lasts at least 4-5 hours. This perfume has a very beautiful train.

Although this fragrance doesn't have great longevity, it has become my summer staple. It's not just a typical citrus or aquatic scent. The masterful combination of yuzu and jasmine tea creates a feminine and light fragrance, perfect for any hot summer day. This is far from an ordinary floral scent—it's charming and inviting. As long as this fragrance is available, I will continue to repurchase it. @deepgreenbeauty

This is so so so pretty. A soft and delicate Jasmine / Tea. I like fresh fragrances for Spring and Summer but not the extremely citrus ones. I end up returning my Versace Versence because I could not pass the strong lime scent at the opening. But this is another history. Feminine and freshness in a bottle for an excellent price. I don't sense much of a difference between this one and the EDP version. It seems to be the same thing. It's not even lighter than the EDP. I think it wouldn't matter if I'd buy this one or the EDP one. I love it just as I loved the original, it's very nice sweet fruity fragrance. Delicious kind of sweet, very alluring. Absolutely lovely thing anyway.

Soft, Ethereal and Ultra Feminine. When I first sprayed this it immediately reminded me of that soft ozonic smell you get from Gucci Flora EDT. The Jasmine tea and melon kind of smell like the osmanthus note in Gucci. Super pretty and elegant. Great silliage and lasting power.

The most beautiful jasmine perfume ever, in my opinion. The EDP is indolic, very much like Lanvin Marry me. But this is fresh jasmine heaven. No other jasmine perfume even comes close to the fresh amazingness of Donna EDT. Oh, and plenty of sillage and lasting power. 5+hours

This smells like some type of sickening sweet liqueur.. at first, the dry down is better... because of the tea note mixed with orange blossom....

I freaking love the EDP. It was a "like" at first sniff, but it soon developed into a love as I started to uncover its nuances with each wear. I recently purchased the EDT, and upon smelling both fragrances side-by-side, I was able start understanding all the notes at play in each. Both are light and refreshing, but by comparing the two, I can see how they differ and what makes each unique (at least to my nose!). Here's a quick and dirty breakdown (in my untrained opinion): EDP – sweeter, softer, rounder. - Sweet zesty Yuzu/Amalfi Lemon opening is very bright and uplifting, not bitter - Moves into a semi-sweet gentle, not heady floral – Jasmine/Lotus - EDP and EDT share the same base (Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cedar, Patchouli) but in the EDP, the vanilla is smoother and sweeter in the dry-down. *Overall, EDP is actually softer and more floral-leaning. Still citrusy and fresh, but less so when compared to EDT. EDT – sharper, cleaner, fresher. - Yuzu/Citron top note is prominent here - A slightly bitter yet beautiful Jasmine Tea note is prominent whereas EDP showcases a softer, more floral jasmine note - EDP and EDT share the same base (Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cedar, Patchouli) but the woody notes are more prominent here whereas vanilla is more prominent in EDP. *Overall, EDT is actually a bit stronger because it is a sharper, fresher citrus/tea-based fragrance. It's worth noting that in the deep deep dry-down, this mellows out and becomes more similar to EDP. All in all, I really enjoy both and I think it just depends on what your preferences are.

I bought this one blindly after finding an online perfume store in the country that I live in that retails perfumes for a cheaper price. I thought to myself that I would start by the cheapest perfumes they had and make my way towards the most expensive one. This bottle, as well as the EDPs, aught my eye. I am not the girly girl type but wish I could be. This is more on the masculine side, elegant, made for a specific type of woman. So I went for it. I was right about the look of it, I compared it to some manly perfume bottles but it has gotten that womanly elegance. I thought this scent is not for women that are easily dealt with. Strong, independent, leading women. I spray it. Gosh! This is a good one but not what I was expecting! This scent is a safe one. Flowery and woody, fresh and very elegant not in your face. Moderate sillage, which is good if you don't want anything overpowering but still want to be turning faces. The longevity is ... on the lower side, it stayed on me for 2,5 hrs and then it was very hard to find it anywhere. BUT HEY, I got myself a 30ml so I will be carrying it on me at all times. Overall an interesting surprise as I had never seen this one before and a recommendation for people wanting something nice but not too expensive.

I was travelling and had halt for 4 hrs at the airport. After trying many perfumes at duty free at the airport I ended up buying this beauty with some promotional prices. Its surely not in top list but I can buy this again for sure. Very fresh, sweet, aquatic fragrance. I could smell EDP similar to EDT version but this one is more fresh than edp. Though it doesn't last long on my skin, I was carrying the bottle along with me through out the journey in my trip. Longevity - 3 hrs max.

Is this the smell of heaven or what? I loooved every bit of it! Can ́t believe the bottle is already empty. The body lotion is made on Planet Venus I am sure. It smells so good. Awesome stuff people. Only bad thing it doesn ́t last long. I get 30 min. haha but I almost always complain about this with perfumes I love:)

Pleasant and light citrus scent with a bit of woods in the base. I like it, but not enough to buy it. Longevity is also an issue. It barely smells after half an hour.

Wonderful scent. Makes me feel grown somehow. I do not really smell any difference with the edp.

My favorite smell is that of jasmine green tea, but here the jasmine is overwhelmed by some vegetal notes, which I don't particularly enjoy. I much prefer the jasmine in Interdit Nocturnal Jasmine, for example. Otherwise, Donna is a well made perfume with fantastic longevity and sillage.

Feels like eating vanilla wafer together with sweet jasmine tea + some lemon. The EDP turned indolic on me on the dry down but not with the EDT. Sweet and a bit sharp and cloying in cold weather.

I was so sure I was going to love this fragrance and was excited to find a tester of the EDT, which is much harder to find than the EDP in my country. Make a long story short - the opening was indeed wonderful: a big, vibrant burst of citrusy-fruity notes. Then came the jasminey drydown which quickly turned into pure insect spray on my skin. This unfortunately is the note that persisted from there on for the remainder of the drydown which was considerably long. I found it almost intolerable and couldn't wait to shower when I finally got home. Now I'm wondering if it is worthwhile to even try to test the EDP given that reviewers claim that there isn't all that much that differentiates it from the EDT. So disappointing because I should have loved this according to the notes, and I read so many glowing reviews, but I guess there's nothing to do about skin chemistry.

I am stuck with vanilla, can't smell none of the top notes. I don't like it in 15 degrees Celsius so I will give it a second chance during hotter Summer days. Extremely low longevity for the price and the brand name! Such a disappointment 😥

If I had to sum this up, I would say that this is an easy-to-wear light-to-medium-weight White Floral with a lemony head. No, no, not THAT white floral, that you taste in the lift after the woman who works on the fourth floor gets out. This one starts off lemon chiffon, morphs rather quickly into buttery-but-not-skanky, tuberose-kissed jasmine, then wafts daintily away (longevity for me is on the low side, but I might have just gone nose-blind). Is this sounding like a boring, generic floral? That it is not. It isn't weird, avant-garde, or cerebral, but it sure is purty. If you do like a white floral that TYPES ALL IN CAPS, seek elsewhere; there are many to choose from. But if you are looking for a charming, breezy white floral that is more Holly Golightly than Mae West, then Donna EDT is your girl. Cheers, Friends.

Really liking Donna edt, I usually don't like citrusy scents , but this isn't a bright lemon slap here, this is a clean and luminous citrusy vibe, the florals aren't far behind..it has also a soft musky undertone, I find it real pretty, casual, and in a strange way rather comforting...probably because of the soft warm musky edge..the lotus gives it a quiet white vibe too, without being screechy..nothing overdone in that tranquil creation, feminine, intimate, yet not boring ..happy to have it...I had edp many years ago, and I feel edt doesn't have the chypre vibe edp had. Donna isn't aquatic to my nose, which is fine as I dislike aquatic scents.,distantly ozonic , maybe If I had to compare it, I would say Kenzo Flower Lumiere is a bit similar...although more floral..

A very beautiful Spring and Summer appropriate jasmine tea-centric perfume. My favorite aspect is the melon & vanilla note that adds a layer of lotion-y creaminess to what otherwise would've been a transparent jasmine tea. If you've ever smelled jasmine tea, you know it already has a rich, floral indolic "fullness" that is quite pleasing to smell, so in combination with the melon & vanilla, I find this perfume to be deliciously, sumptuously full, like touching a luxurious drape of thick silk charmeuse that has a bounce to it and doesn't wrinkle easily. Donna EDT is a true hidden gem and a steal (only paid < $45 USD) if you can locate the EDT version. For EDT, the performance is more than satisfactory and I'm a stickler of always getting EDPs over EDTs.

I had a sample as a complementary part for buying a vintage perfume online. I must say I thought at the beginning I loved it especially when I sprayed it in the cloud in front of me. Then I tried it on my neck and wrists and really found out that this smells so cheap on me. Like those perfumes that are fake and all of them have the same kind of smell in the base. Now I sprayed it on my hair and that is where you should be wearing it really. Only the freshly washed hair... Maybe it's also because I live in a very humid hot climate and so you should be wearing it in a colder weather. I will try it when it's autumn here, now it's summer.

After sampling this multiple times, the wow effect kinda flattened. I'm happy I didn't blind buy. Unlike bvlgari crystalline and a lot of similar freshies, this dries down quite quiet, but sharp and musky on me, which is not what I'm after. I like how it starts - like a very very watered down summery dior addict / armani code - but the drydown simply isn't smooth enough for me to consider a buy. Smells just clean, but doesn't blend with my skin at all. Ah, what a tragedy...

This has made me feel as if I met my Soulmate. This is falling in love. My search for signature fragrance ends here. I am gonna love this all my life . I had the EDP 2011 Donna but did not like the dirty jasmine note but the 2016 EDT is from heaven. Yuzu and cleaner jasmine .The floral and woody notes are just in the right places to bring out the citruses in the best possible way. Thanks Nathalie Lorson love you ever for this. All my LOVE.

This smells almost identical to the EDP, but this one is sweeter and clearer, if you know what i mean. It reminded me of This Is Her from Zadig & Voltaire. It is a nice fragrance, if you like the original, this one is a very safe blind buy. I would even say this is a safe blind buy for everyone. It is an inoffensive perfume. I still prefer the original, i think it is a bit more complex and joyful, but this one is good too.

A very soft, feminine fragrance centered around a beautiful lemon note. Smells a bit like a lemony panna cotta or ice cream. Defonitely has a creamyness to it without being heavy. I think this would feel perfect on a relaxed summer day. Moderate sillage, but on my skin its pretty long lasting. Overall its a gem and for the price I doubt you'd find better.

I am not a fan of floral perfumes, but I am fan of jasmine. It is very pleasant, office safe fragnance, with moderate sillage and projection. I like the hint of tea bitternes. I will happily use the whole bottle, but not sure if I will purchase again just because there is many more to explore. It is pleasing scent, but do not look excitement in it.

It's luminous, and very very pretty! Fluffy somehow. Evokes the feeling of spring and sunshine, is best worn in summer but it can be worn almost year round. Uplifting and outgoing, not fussy at all, yet not simple either. She's someone who has her s***t together but doesn't make a big deal of it.

I wish i could smell vanilla. All I smell is Jasmine. And because of that is a mature perfume, meaning I prefer to use it for sleep. Because is not that bad. I mean it doesn't stink. Actually it smells like a Jasmine soap. Luxurious but Mature.

I tried it and liked it a lot.It's fresher than the EDP but still very similar to it, sweet and fruity very feminine I think a small bottle will be purchased it's great for spring plus it seems to last

Donna Trussardi EDT is perfect for everyday. I wore it a lot this summer and still reach for it in the fall. Long lasting lemony creamy fragrance that smells very natural and clean on me.

A whisper of jasmine, citrus and woody, all of my favourite things. Alas, too fleeting on my skin. Very pleasant, certainly lovely and recommended who want a skin soft subtle perfume

Next buy decided. This is like Dior Addict and Bvlgari Crystalline had a baby. Jesus, beautiful stuff.
