Trussardi Donna Levriero Limited Edition

Quite gorgeous; creamy and sweet jasmine tea with citrus sugar cubes and vanilla milk. Definitely works all year round, but notes like this work best in warm & hot weather. Projects quite loudly too, definitely leaves a trail.

Soapy, Milky, Flowery, not sickly sweet but still rich enough to wear in colder days. This is so good, it reminded me of Johnson baby powder and its lotion/bath soap and that's it 10/10.

Has the same sweet and strong currant(?) scent that Carolina Herrera's Very Good Girl has. It almost smells similar yet Donna doesn't have as powdery of a drydown; BUT Donna's powder drydown can be a bit dusty and mature smelling so I can see why some commenters say it reminds them of their grandmas. Donna has more floral notes and the base is citrusy like a fizzy sprite when you first pop the cap off a glass bottle of a soda. Maybe leans into bathroom cleaner territory but it's not strong and I wore this a second time and I don't smell it anymore. CH Very Good Girl is like one of my favorites fragrances right now but I can see myself switching it up for this when I think CH Very Good Girl is too sweet and intense. I love these Trussardi Levriero dog heads on these fragrances. The bottles are really heavy and they all seem good quality and fancy. So far all the Trussardi frags I have gotten have all been interesting and good quality. But of course, if you can only buy one fragrance go for Carolina Herrera Very Good Girl. As for this specific Donna itself, I see alot of reviews for this saying it doesn't compare to the original Donna so I have to check it out soon! I'm sure it's its own thing that's different from CH Very Good Girl.

I'm surprised to see no reviews for this one but probably that's because this page is just for one of limited re-editions of same scent in new packaging. However, this is the one I have so I will leave my review here. It is a beauty! Well blended creamy, almost lactonic florals. And very loud indeed. It is clean, it is sweet, it is rich, it is careless, it is a touch dirty, it is wearable, super feminine and it is a statement. Many qualities, even opposing qualities can be attributed to this one. But overall it is a beauty, perfect for spring which is now about to begin but also for any season. It reminds me of something... But quite hard to put my finger on it... This slight familiar feeling makes it not so modern, bit rather timeless, so probably I would choose it if I was was not an extremely young girl (nor extremely old, for that matter), but it is certainly not dated. Reminds me of Ghost in the Shell by Etat Libre d'Orange because of floral/clean/lactonic /dirty feel, but I prefer the Ghost in the Shell because it is extremely unique (reminds me but they are definitely not alike). Performance is super great.

I love the original Donna but this limited Levriero.. Not so much. In short the original is more a lemon meringue to me and the Levriero heavier on the cedar and has a different more bitter dry down which I don't like as much.

Is this really just repackaged TRUSSARDI Donna EDP? I want to buy 1 but would like to know which is best of them? Or if they r the same.
