Mojito Love

This literally, and I mean LITERALLY, smells like virgin mojito. Not at first, but the alcoholic scent fades fast and everything you can smell afterwards reads like an ingredients list for making a mojito. I LOVE it. Back before the plague I used to wear it when I went out partying, and on more than one occasion I've seen people ask for mojitos at the bar when they passed me. When the top notes fade something that reminds me of candied coconut remains, but no floral notes. Unfortunately it doesn't last all night, especially if you're dancing, but the bottle is small so I just took it with me and spritzed it again when it faded. It's become my signature party scent.

I own the bottle. Tested with 2 sprays on each arm, on a moderate temperature spring day. Summary: starts off very interesting, juicy and leafy and sugared but not too sweet. After one hour or so it becomes a more common fragrance, sort of lemon meringue with vanilla. Cheap, pleasant, does not project much, does not last more than a few hours. Still worth it for the price, especially if, like me, you find it at a price of less than 5 euros. -- Starts off very interesting. I don't get the bubbly, bitter tonic water at all, nor the coconut. What I do get is a sugared crushed mint leaf + lemon and lime. The mint is not the camphoraceous menthol note from Vicks vapor rub, nor the medicinal note from Halls or other menthol candy. It is the green, herbal note of crushed mint leaves. This, mixed with the lemon bark and lime juice notes, leads to a very aromatic, almost tasty scent, balanced by a sweet note which is not overpowering so far but is very much present. I also get hints of rose and something very vaguely vanilla-y, but not so woody and sirupy as vanilla is usually. I really hope this one lasts on my skin. It is not too complex but it is yummy and unusual enough. --- Update after a few hours: Sadly, the juicier notes disappear after 30 minutes - 1h. What remains is something close to skin and sweeter, reminiscent of lemon meringue, vanilla-ish and with a sort of lemon syrup note, no longer that open and juicy lemon-lime of the beginning. Still pleasant but less unusual. Reminds me a bit of CK IN2U for Her.

The first time I smelled it was on a scent test strip, and it accurately reproduced the minty scent of a Mojito, lasting for several minutes. So, I decided to spray it on my skin. The minty scent did appear immediately but also disappeared right away, possibly due to my higher skin temperature. It quickly transitioned to the scent of lemon frosting cake. After a few minutes, the sugary note became more prominent, with a hint of coconut candy. As time passed, over an hour, it evolved into a musky, skin-close scent. At this point, I also smelled the scent test strip again, which had turned into a lemon candy scent. The scent on the strip was sweeter compared to the scent on my skin. I think this fragrance is suitable for all seasons, as the sugary notes might exhibit different characteristics in different seasons. This review is based on a summer test. Although the scent doesn't last long, it's still worth it for less than 5 euros.

Ok this, this I like. This is literally mojito in a bottle. Really. First spray is just mojito: Lime, mint, sugar crystals, tonic water MOJITO! The projection is brilliant and fills the whole room AND LINGERS behind you. As time goes on the delicious, mouth-watering mojito gets creamier with sugar and coconut nectar. The florals are soft... This is a little gem! It's perfect to use on the beach or on an EXTREMELY humid hot summer's day, it's got great performance (unlike Candy Dream from this line). It very unisex! If you love the smell of minty, lime mojitos, this one's for you.

Totally agree with the review below! This is nowhere near a mojito or even some other sort of cocktail drink. To my nose this is clearly a sweet lemony dessert, maybe tart or cheesecake. Yummy, creamy and really gourmand, undoubtedly lacking the freshness of a mojito. I have Acqua di Gioia and I think that one leans more towards a virgin mojito (or at least a nice fresh minty lemonade if you can settle for that).

Maybe I haven't had a mojito in a while, but this perfume is not nearly minty enough to fully evoke the scent. It's definitly sweet and citrussy, and a faint mint fragrance comes up after a while; t's a cute little summer perfume. It sticks to the skin and doesn't diffuse, however it doesn't last very long (which is expected in this price range, I won't complain). It's affordable just to try.

I love it. Smells exactly like a mojito. Of the series I would repurchase this again. Very fresh citrus heavily sprinkled with sugar. 10/10 price for the perfume . Very realistic mint, it reminds me of Guerlian Aqua Allegoria Herbal Fresca .

Smells exactly like a Virgin Mojito. A very unique scent. Doesn't last long, but could always spray some extra.

I’m confused by the reviews that say this smells like a mojito - mojitos are sherbety and fresh and bright. They’re not creamy?! This smells like a Murray Mint with a hint of very sweet lime. I.E it’s like a very light mint and caramel hard candy smell with some lime, but the lime is only strong upon first spray, then it’s just a slightly tangy mint toffee sort of flavour. I can only assume that it’s the coconut nectar making it creamy and the excessive sweetness that give it a toffee scent. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty! Also gourmand! But a Mojito is made with fresh sharp lime, fresh mint, sugar, club soda and rum. Ain’t no coconut in a Mojito and they’re not this sweet. I like this but but I have to heartily disagree with everyone who says it smells like a Mojito! If I ordered a mojito and it smelt like this I’d send it back assuming I’d been given the wrong cocktail! Ps, do countries outside of Europe make their virgin Mojitos with coconut milk or something creamy?!

This fragrance is actually not the kind of fragrance I like. But since I love mojito and the fragrance is 30 ml, I bought it to try. It smells like mojito for the first 5 minutes. It smells like mint lemon candy for the remaining 3-4 hours. You only get a sweet coconut scent for 30 minutes before it evaporates from your skin. It has a staying power of 4-5 hours. I will try it again in the warmer seasons. I'll update my review if my thoughts change.

This is a parfum, which is very easy to find at local stores in Turkey. I think, it has no resemblance to any parfume. It starts very fresh and nice. However after it sits, all you can smell is this sugary/syrupy smell. I can tolerate this Parfum but i wouldn’t buy it again. Overall 6/10 for me

Coconut, Mint, Lime, Tonic - Yep, Mojito - for the first 30 minutes. Sugar and lime is what I smell thereafter - still not bad for such an affordable price. Great for yard work, sun and sweat - it wears off by the time you are ready for a shower.
