Varens For Men Café Vanille

Very decent rum, coffee and vanilla scent for 10 usd. Nothing is too synthetic, it's blended well and it's soo addicting. I get coffee and strong rum from beggining, the citrus is nowhere to be found. In middle, becomes creamy vanilla with the slight presence of coffee and I get a musky finish. Not a pure masculine fragrance or a powerhouse in terms of projection and longevity but unbeatable for the price. I highly suggest you to try it out if you like rum note in a fragrance. 6 hours of longevity and projects during the first 1.5 hours. winter-fall scent, but wearable for spring and even for the summer nights.

This is the only Varens perfume I have that isn't of the sweet line and I am surprised how different they are, this line here is much more complex despite sharing the bottle design. I get at first cigarettes. the tobacco smell fades away and leaves behind a nice, deep, dark, coffee. It has something clean to it, something like a “for men" named shower gel, and something lightly herbal. The coffee is rly nice. I did fear that this is kind of like Opium but it isn't, it's as addictive as opium though lol. Its what I'd imagine the two men of Pulp Fiction would wear. "do you know what they call perfume in Europe?" I'll put this on my list for "perfumes I'd wear to get interrogated" and I would recommend this to people who want a masculine scent, that doesn't stray apart from the known but which is still interesting.
